On Wednesday 30/11/2022 at 3:30pm was my flight to Riyadh my booking reference V7322S, I reached airport at 1:00 for check-in but the person who was sitting there he stop me for travelling and his reason was that "you are traveling with different occupation which is not in our list" I was requesting him to let me go because my flight was about to fly but he didn't allowed me my 800dhm got wasted, I sit there till 8:00pm just to know the reason and compensation of my other fight but after 7 hour they are asking me to fly with same visa type. Again I have to buy the ticket which was now double the rate of my previous ticket which was 1205dhm yesterday I came to Riyadh for UMRAH, I just want to ask you why they stop me first and after 7 hours they told me now you can fly with same visa they wasted my time, my energy and my money.

i have booked 5 tickets yesterday on 6/11/22.

2 tickets from riyadh to jeddah

3 tickets from madinah to riyadh and paid through saddad, till now i didnt get the tickets or the booking numbers and when i checked my account on your website they asked me to continue booking? how come while i paid already through saddad and the bank confirmed the payment and sent the invoices.

since more than 24 hours i am calling your customer service with no response, each call 40 minutes on the waiting only listening to your automatic messages, i sent to your WhatsApp, email, and customer service with no response from your side. i need a fast response or i will raise my complain to GACA.

I was travelling from Jeddah to Riyadh on 7 Oct flight no. XY022, we were supposed to depart at 12:30 PM, but we were surprised by flight delay for 2 hours, we departed at 2:30 PM

I had an important appointment at 4:00 PM and I missed it!

My appointment was on October 21, so I booked a round trip for the same date for 440.36 SAR, but the date was advanced to 7 Oct, when I managed my flight dates, I had to pay additional 341.37 SAR as change fees!

So in total I lost 781.73 SAR for nothing because I missed my appointment..

This sudden delay troubled me and I had to rebook another trip and everything I paid is lost!

أثناء رحلتى صباح اليوم من جازان للرياض وصلت المطار قبل موعد الاقلاع ب 30 دقيقة كاملة وكنت انهيت ال check in قبل الذهاب للمطار بحوالى خمس ساعات

بعد مرورى من البوابات والتفتيش تفاجأت بفرد أمن المدرج ان البوابة اغلقت وكان ذلك الساعة 12:19 صباحا علما بان موعد الاقلاع 12:45 صباحا لم أجد موظف فحص التذاكر لادخالى لمدرج الطائرات ساعدنى الامن بالاتصال به فقال لا يمكننى الدخول لان البوابة اغلقت توجهت لمكتب طيران ناس بالمطار لم أجد الموظفين جميعا علما بأن تذكرة الطائرة مكتوب بها ان البوابات تغلق قبل 15 دقيقة فقط علما بان الطريق للمطار كان شديد الزحام نظرا للاحتفال باليوم الوطنى ، لم اجد حل سوى ان حجزت بمبلغ 700 ريال فى الخطوط السعودية التى اقلعت 2:15 صباحا حتى اتمكن من اللحاق بمواعيدى وعليه فانى اطالب شركتكم الموقرة بارجاع ذلك المبلغ لى ولكم جزيل الشكر

I was scheduled to fly from Jizan airport to Dammam International Airport last August 24, 2022 at 6:25PM. I got my Boarding Pass and sat in the Passenger Waiting Area. I heard the call for Flynas Passengers bound for Dammam to form a line. The airport was chaotic and noisy. When i find the gate, the guard told me the Gate is closed.

Dear Sir/Madam

I have traveled with Flynas Airlines several times in the past couple of months. Normally, I was satisfied with the service. However, on July 17, 2022, I had an unpleasant experience. This has been very upsetting for me, as explained hereinafter:

I had a scheduled round trip “Riyadh – Cairo” (Booking Ref. VH3W2R), and during my return flight (XY 266) I had checked in online almost 2 hours before the flight time since I have empty luggage and I need get onboard as fast as I can.

Once I arrived in the Cairo Airport Terminal 1 and reached the check in counter (at 9:28 pm – almost one hour before the flight), I have been advised by the check in counter employees that I will be that last one to get onboard but I have to get rid of the empty luggage which I have conformed and followed at the moment.

Then, suddenly and surprisingly after I got rid of my luggage, the check in counter employee told me I cannot get onboard since he has now two more passengers need to be onboard as well but with their luggage. I confirmed that I have already checked in online and have no luggage, so I am eligible to get onboard.

The check in counter employee impolitely insisted on not letting me get onboard, and hence I missed the flight owing to this “arbitrary” decision from the employee. This is despite my explanations to him that I have already checked in online and get rid of my luggage as per his instructions.

In consequent, I had the following unpleasant (unaccepted) impacts:

• Time Loss: I missed the flight and could not be able to reach Riyadh on time. Instead, I had to stay in Cairo airport more than two hours looking for another flights to Riyadh, but I could not find expect for one that should travel to Jeddah at 12:15 am July 18, 2022 and then I had to look for another flight from Jeddah to Riyadh and finally I arrived Riyadh at 8:30 am instead of 2:00am (6.5 hours later).

• Money Loss: I had to pay additional around 1300SAR to book “two” new tickets as follows:

o From Cairo to Jeddah (XY 568 – 12:15 am on July 18, 2021), I paid around 840SAR (4200 EGP). I got this ticket from Flynas offices at the check in counter (Receipt is attached for reference),

o From Jeddah to Riyadh (XY 14 – 6:05am on July 18, 2021), I paid around 470SAR. I got this ticket from Flynas office in Jeddah Airport (Flynas PNR MBHG7D).

• Physical Impact: 11 hours without sleep starting from arriving Cairo Airport to reaching Riyadh Airport.

• Psychological Impact: Imposing all such stress instead if securing safe comfortable services is at all accepted to me or any other passenger.

• Business Opportunity Loss: Owing to arriving late to Riyadh, I missed my prescheduled business meeting at morning in Riyadh, which was a very crucial meeting.

I am asking that you should compensate me for the above cited consequences, and let me know if you require any related query.

my luggage did not reach india

I have traveled by Flynas several times with more than 1 baggage within the total weight allowed to me (for example I have booked a ticket with 30 KG permitted baggage). There was no issue

But today while traveling by Flynas Jeddah to Dubai, the attendant does not allow me to travel with more than 1 baggage within 30 KG total weight of all these baggage.

They are saying only one baggage is allowed a max of 30 KG. Strange!

This is a totally unfortunate and unacceptable incident.

Flynas must do business honesty stop cheating passengers, and be transparent with customers while booking the ticket.

Moreover customer will feel that he has been cheated by FlyNas. Attendance should allow its valued customer. Keep Customers in high value if you are not having severe issue

On May 12, 2022 I ROLANDO P. SICAT travel on your good airline from Dammam airport To Jazan Airport on flight # XY 717, Booking Reference # TBI1JG (see attached stub). Upon reaching in Jizan Airport and collect my Luggage (See same design Image attached) color is Navy Blue, my luggage is not available, immediately I inform the personnel in airport baggage counter and he prepare a Baggage claim Form stating it was LOST BAGGAGE with a contact # [protected] & Claim # 17412.

But until now May 24 many times I contacting this personnel in the airport but not getting any good answer and even customer service hot line [protected] nobody taking my call.

What is your best solution to this matter? Please give your feedback As soon As possible.

I need to release an urgent complaint against the crew of the (Flight XY 567) Fly Nas especially the flight attendant Mona Ahmed because of the mistreatment, insult and mockery of us when we entered the plane and verbal assault on my son and bully about his American nationality and that happened immediately upon boarding the plane and the threat of being kicked out of the plane and terrifying us which affected our safety and own business for more than 24 hours in Jeddah Airport Terminal 1.

‏In addition to non compliance to safety standards and lack of professionalism from the staff of the flight.

‏As soon as we board the plane after all measures taken we asked the flight attendant (Mona Ahmed) and explained to her the approval of the boarding and showed her the demand and the proof the identity of my son as a result she insulted him for carrying the American nationality and terrorized him and threatened to expel all of us from the plane.

‏She explained that she doesn’t care if he is American and insulted the American Government and Airlines. That mistreatment caused my son to get hurt and cry hysterically which caused him convulsions.

I demand the pilot, Crew and Flynas airlines to take the full responsibility of breaking the rules and affecting the safety of passengers by asking them to place the bags on the ground.

‏ In addition to breaking the law by forcing us to leave the plane after sitting in the seats for about an hour for racist reasons.

After that my child got severe fatigue and illness and convulsions and needed hospital treatment due to the abuse he received from the crew of the flight especially attendant (Mona Ahmed) and staying for more than 20 hours in King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah Terminal one.

I demand flynas to run urgent and rapid investigations In addition to getting back my personal honor and financial compensation for the abuse and the fact that we were kicked out despite sitting and fastening belts for about one hour Also being humiliated by one of the staff members, trip cancellation and bullying the US nationality and aviation, and the US government as well on the ground of Saudi Arabia and within your respectful Airlines..

Despite trying to call the embassy in Jeddah several times on Friday, I couldn't get an answer, and when I did get in touch with 999, my son and I were left to cry and are in a miserable situation.

After spending a lot of time in the airport police, I made a complaint. However, I was not allowed to take a proof of what happened to have a document with me but was forced to acknowledge that I was not authorized.

Please help me protect the rights and safety of my son who was on FLYNAS Flight XY567 from jeddah to cairo and make sure he is compensated for the trafying he suffered and the trip cancellation.

Good day this is to bring your kind notice what i have face the trouble while traveling through FLYNAS flight dated 7th MAY Flight XY-213.

The flight is delayed more than 5 hours in Riyadh airport and further I face lot of tension.

total 5 hours delay because i miss my important meetings and trip to oman.

i am really upset with the service, kindly do the needful in the way of free ticket foc or other allowances.

Flight No. XY253 had been delayed from 19:15 pm until 22:00 then another delay at 23:00. However 23:00 had passed already and we didn't get up into the plane. We are in KKA since 15:30 pm and no one from flynas representatives here to help or to provide us with clear and sufficient explanation. This is ridiculous situation. Every passenger have his own program or plans to do and flynas dont understand this.

I booked online and paid by PayPal but the website stated that payment was not successful However it was withdrawn from my account. I haven’t got a confirmation email nor anything.

I tried to call the customer care many many times… no one picked my calls.

The reservation was for 2 adults : Mr.Hamdy Elkhouly and Mrs.Nabila Elgamasy. Tickets from Alexandria to Jeddah round trips (17th of April- 27th April) the payment was 705€.

I have booked a flight from jizan to jeddah for me on 23rd march 9:00 pm, my wife and infant with limited baggage. During booking it has showed 7 kg for us and 10 kg for infant with no more extra details. And I had a doubt regarding infants 10kg so I contacted customer care they said yes infant have 10 kg. So prepared according to that. During boarding pass and check in the cabin crew was like u need to pay 170 riyal for excess baggage I wondered and I question about that he was like VERY RUDE and he could not even talk english. He was like pay or getlost really what the hell is this it seems like we are flying for free by seing his reaction. Atlast I asked him to talk politley I will pay it.

But my concern is even after confirming from customer care and in email more details were not provided. Still I payed for excess.

i want money back flynas Booking Confirmation ( GBMFYD ) which was booked two years ago. since am not planning any travel next one year. kindly refund my amount . because i need money for personal expenses.

can't wait such long time. am going to complaint Directorate General of Civil Aviation and GACA

Friday 12th March all Flynas flights cancelled from Riyadh airport. No details provided beforehand and no explanation of why.

Contacted the airline for a refund was advised that a credit would be issued but this is not acceptable as no longer working in KSA and have no intention to return.

I just want the ticket purchase price back as it was nearly $400.

I was planned and booked to travel in your airlines from DXB to JED on 6th February 2021. Unfortunately Saudi Arabia closed all their borders on 3rd February and all airlines stopped working. Due to this unforeseen emergencies, my flight was also cancelled.

I booked a flight from Dammam Airport to Riyadh Airport. The flight was cancelled. This was June 2020. Ever since then I have been waiting for nrefunded money. The flight number was H766VC. The Amount was 938.13 Riyals. The flight date date was supposed to be 9th June 2020 at 10.55 hours. I have been in correspondence with Flynas but I still do not have a refund of my money. This is an easy refund to process and should have been resolved by now.

I have booked ticket with flynas from new delhi to hail on 21 march 2020 with pnr ycbuyt, which i changed twice with extra money as international travel ban from saudi arabia. But website showing flights. But still travel ban, so i can't use ticket. So i contatacted various time on their [protected]@flynas.Com. But now when i see there is no credit shell.
