I bought a bionic iron on my account on 20th March. However, my sister bought the same iron as a surprise. When I tried to return the iron on 21 March at 09:30 am, (less than 24 hrs) it was up to Tamlyn at Canal walk to give the approval. Tamlyn refuse to authorize the return even though it is confirmed that the iron has not been used. Tamlyn did not even have the decency to come speak to me face to face. This makes a loyal customer like myself feel unappreciated and after having spent thousands of Rands at Foschini, I feel so let down that if there is no resolution, I will be closing my account with Foschini and I will never support the Foschini group in any way again.
