RE: An exchange / swop
I am unable to find my receipt of the purchase however I was able to find the tag of the product.
I went to the Century City branch assistance was not helpful at all.
I understand there are policies in place but I had proof and the belt itself is a Foschini brand as name on there.
I am so disappointed based on not purchasing the Woolworths belt as I actually went back to Foschini to get the belt there.
The belt is evident enough that I do not have it long based on the condition of it.
All I wanted was to swop it. The buckle cracked and broke which was no fault of mine.

poor quality
I just bought a pack of 5 bikini panties yesterday and tried one on today as I'm putting it on the whole stitching just came loose. I paid R200 and this does not seem like quality as one would expect as its from such a well known brand. Now I'm told I can't return as its underwear I know but yet I just waisted my money due to the poor quality of the item.

I went to the fix today to purchase something for myself, something I never do, however I thought I would use my card as it is the end of the month and as per normal I pay back in full by pay day, I thought perhaps having such a good record this would not be a problem, well once I tried to pay it would not let my purchase go thrugh telling the agent to update my address details, which we tried to do, still nothing, we then called tgf and the lady said she needs 3 months bank statements! Really for what? My account is open? This makes me wonder what do they need my account details for when you already have them, then there was a lady that I spoke to and I had to answer questions, firstly I could hardly understand her and the phone was very soft, I tried to be as polite as possible, I had no clue what kind of questions she was asking me and got extremely confused, apparently I failed on my own history about myself, figure that! Then they said ok I must send my a proof of address, now baring in mind I just moved and all my statements are sent via email so no updating is necessary, luckily I had my outsurance contract that I sent because it had my name and my address on and to prove it I added my content details of which is my home insurance, this was not good enough and again they wanted my bank statements, again why? I have an account I am not applying for an account, I know I am probably wasting my time sending you this complaint as on your recent records it shows 77 complaints and 0 resolved, now all I want is to buy myself something as well as my hubby as it is his birthday tomorrow, thank you foschini for destroying that for me!, I will be putiing my complaint on every social media platform I can possibly find! Shocking to treat a trustworthy customer!

I went to Foschini Pavilion on Saturday to buy my Ponds face products. They have a special. Buy 3 products, with the cheapest one being free. I took two eye creams and a day face cream. The price on the eye cream was R 59.99 each. The cashier scanned the eye creams and then called the manager who informed me that the price of the eye creams were actually R199.99 each. The manager then informed me that she cannot give me the eye cream at the price that is on the box and if she does give me the eye cream at R59.99 she will then proceed to take the money off the staff's salary to compensate for the shortfall. I told the manager that it was immoral for her to punish her staff member and that I would rather pay full price at another store. I did not buy my face products from Foshini Pavilion and will not be visiting that store anytime soon. Really disappointed and upset with you guys.

Am very very much disappointed and deeply hurt about the service they gave me at foschini mokopane on saturday 24 august 2019.
On the 13th of august 2019 my husband bought me a new phone huawei p30 lite a double duo sim for the price of r5999.99 and before the phone was bought he did ask if its a duo sim or not and the cashier confirmed that the phone was a duo sim. From the same day he bought me a phone I was only using one sim card as the other sim was a micro sim and had to do a swim swap for a nano sim. I did the sim swap on the 24th of august 2019 only to find out that the phone could not read the other sim card but it is a duo phone even the manual book proves it. Then sunday the 25th of august me and my husband decided to go back to the store and explain our problem to them. Nobody decided to listen to us as we were told that there is nothing they can do, if a phone is out of the store then its not their fault or responsibility if it not working. We were told by the lady without a name badge saying that she is the manager of the store. Her attitude towards us was very rude and badly as she did not even wanna hear what we were trying to say to her. I mean like as a manager of the store she could have at least try to listen to what we were trying to say than to tell us that its non of her business if the phone is out of the store it is not her responsibility to look after it. And the phone was not broken the problem is the sim card slot it is not working according to the way it should. It is a duo sim but can only detect one sim card. As a customer the store failed to assist us and also failed to comply by the consumer rights. The store manager does not have a good communication towards customers. And as for me I will never ever purchase at the store anymore and I will also make sure that we close our account with them they have a bad customer service. How can she refuse to take or book my phone for a repair? After our argument with her the was one guy also without a name badge hes the one who took the phone a check it where he confirmed that its a factory fault and he will take the phone and book it for a repair. I was happy by the way he approached us that was an excellent customer service. As for me I will be happy if my phone gets repaired or if they can give me a new phone that works properly.
I will be happy if my complain will be taken highly serious and get a feed back that will make me happy and not to regret going to that shop anymore.

I went to foschini East rand mall yesterday an I got such a terrible service, i went there to exchange some facial product and then I was told to exchange were I bought them from which was lake side mall. What pissed me off is that during the week I did send my sister to go an ask if is it possible for me to come an exchange those goods there even if I didn't buy them there she even showed them the products on her fone they said it's fine if the items are still sealed an the she has the slip, but when I got there I was told a different story to make it worse the lady that was assisting me told me about targets that they work with that if I return them here she will be in a minus an in benoni they will be on a positive so is it allowed to tell a customer that so I ended up not exchanging. Oh by the way the lady who was assisting name is zandile "she is the skin nutrition assistance "so can I get a clarity on what she was on abt because I didn't understand like really coz the reaturn policy says something different to what she told me.

I bought a dress at Foschini in Goldfields mall in Welkom. I wanted to return it to foschini in Boitumelo junction in Welkom. They told me I cannot return it there as they do not have stock of the dress. Why cant I return a garment to any foschini? online refund
I ordered a tracksuit online for my son on the 11/07/2019, I paid with my Visa card, order number P331676559. Two days later I got an email indicating my order was cancelled. I called the call center I was told the tracksuit was out of stock at the warehouse and at the shops. The money should be refunded into my back account.
I was told the refund was finalized on the 13/07/2019, it should take 7-14 working days for it to reflect in my account.
The tracksuit was mysteriously available online on the 25/07/2019. I called the call center to find out if It was really available this time. The consultant said they can confirm when I have paid for the order. I told her I wont risk another refund situation. I then called Totalsports shops for availability of stock. A very helpful guy by the name of Lebogang at mall of Africa helped me. He confirmed the tracksuit is available at Birch Acres mall. I bought the tracksuit cash at the birch acres shop on the 25/07/2019. Same tracksuit as order number P331676559 because my son really wanted it and I didn't want to disappoint him.
I called the call center again on the 1/08/2019 and I was told the money should have reflected in my account on the 31/07/2019. I checked with my bank(FNB Private Bank). No payment was made. I checked my bank statement, uncleared funds, no money was deposited.
I have been checking with my bank still no refund/unclear amounts.
I am EXTREMELY disappointed at the service I'm receiving from Totalsports. All I want is my money back. Its not my fault you didn't have stock, why am I being punished for it. I want my money to be refunded. I have never seen such incompetence in my life. Your service is worse than our public hospitals.

I had bought a jacket at Foschini Richards Bay in KwaZulu Natal, I think it was 7 weeks back, and when I check my self in this morning yesterday at work I saw a few tiers in the jacket and when I got home I was more on the other side. I have never felt so small. Your consultants on make up department do not know anything about customer service . I was shopping for foundation and needed help but the lady rudely said she was not gonna leave what she was doing and attending to my needs. She had this annoying laughter I'm not gonna shoot there ever again 😡. She was having a conversation with her friend when i arrived. Where is the culture of customer's first.

We came in to shop, we were not attended to, we request a female stuff lady who was just standing without a name tag for assistance, she was rude when we requested help and ask her for fitting rooms, she just told us the fitting rooms were full, we request for a store manager she said there was no store manager on duty. On the 23rd of April 2019, I went to Exact and ask them how can I claim for the cell phone insurance as my entire handbag was stolen. I had my phones inside the bag, one of the phones I bought at exact in December last year and I took an insurance. Also my ID book was in my bag and all my cards. The lady explain to me that I need to come with an original ID in order to fill in the claim forms. On the 7th of May I received my smart card ID and decided to go to the store again. They said I must bring the copy of the insurance that I received. I went home to fetch it and came back on the same day. Two ladies were at the counter, I told them that am back, they didn't even tell me to wait for the person I was dealing with before, they just ignored and continue with what they were doing. I waited for someone to assist me up until the person who dealt with me before came and he gave me the forms to fill and he disappeared again so after I completed the forms I ask the two ladies that can they please help me. One of the ladies started shouting at me saying can't I see that they're busy, why do they have to leave whatever they're doing and attend to me. The gentleman who was helping me came after ths shoutings and continue to help me and did not ask for the ID. The same same lady who was shouting at me it's the one who said I must come with the original ID for claiming and to my surprise the claim was done without the ID. I really felt so small with her attitude and I need this to be corrected.

I went to Foschini in Promenade, Mitchell's Plain for a new card because I lost my card. A lady helped me and she said that she must phone head office and a consultant will ask me questions but I think the questions asked was irrelevant because she asked me about the issue date of my id book which I gave it to her but that is not my first id book. She then ask me if I have a landline number which I said no but we had one years ago and I can't remember the number and then she asked me more questions but she never told me that I failed the test. The lady helping me by Foschini said I failed the test and I now need to bring proof of address with. I think the questions the lady asked by head office got nothing to do with my lost card or my personal details. I have this account for years and now I can't even get a card for my own account

It has been way over a month today that my mum fell in this store. Warren from head office is still going to call my mum from December 2018 in order to re-imburse her the hospital fees. What a pathetic useless bunch [store and head office].
We have to keep on calling in and still no Joy.
When she fell that part of the floor was wet - no two ways about that - now thay do not want to be sincere and compensate the customer. How ruthless and horrible.

My mu fell in the store on the 31.12.2018 due to the tiles being slippery. She has big bruises on her legs as well as pain. she was informed by the floor manager at that time to go to the doctor and seek medical treatment and to return with the slip as they will compensate the medical bill.
Up till today she is waiting a response from Manager Larissa at Foschini after she took the bill to them. The changed the story saying the head office will get in contact with us which 3 weeks have passed now.
They do not want to be held accountable for their actions [leaving a floor wet]. There was another customer in the store that ran to my mums help and even informed my mum she is sorry, and that she herself felt that area slippery.
We are still waiting a call from the store or HR and no one is returning the call.

I applied for a Markham account online on the 08/12/2018 and pre approved. I submitted documents on the 11/12/2018 via whattsapp and at Newtown Junction Mall branch.I have been making numerous calls to know whether my application is successful or not.I was advised all documents are in order but received an sms on the 15/12/2018 that I should resend to finalise the application. refund from online purchase
In November a week before I was to attend a funeral, I bought clothes online from Foschini. Two days after delivery problems set in and I was advised by their employee who handles their Twitter to cancel th order. I was also advised by your delivery company to cancel the package since they couldn't deliver to me.
I did so the same day and went through the procedure, received a secure email and sent in everything I was told to by the Twitter employee @TFGZA.
Of the R2593.00 they only paid in R1963.97. Which means not the whole refund. I'm sorry but this is daylight robbery. On the 23rd of November I sent in a complaint via email as well as contacted the company via twitter. Nothing has been done.
This was my first time making use of their online store and I won't be using it again. And definitely won't recommend anyone to purchase from them. Your company is corrupt and fraudulent.
night repair eye
I bought this product and remarked that the labeling was different and was told it is the same product but improved. There was another special on and in it was a sample of the eye repair. I took both and decided to use the sample forst before opening the expensive bottle. I foi d the product totally different to the one i ha e been using for over 5 years and feel it leaves a sticky reaidue on my face.
I was told to return the product.
But have since found out that the original product still exists but can only be night on line.
Why can't I exchange the one I have for the other.
Am sure other people will notice the difference.
I bought it on the black Friday special.
I don't want a refund. I absolutely love love love the product I habe been using for 5 years.
