I was over charged for an extra day because NO one was at the terminal to check in cars. I told the man at the counter since he was the only person on site at 1:50 am on Thurs. 3/6. I called customer service to try and help be but didnt understand the first rep. I asked for a supervisor and her name was Hazel, she was very rude and I will file a complaint up the ladder on her. My one question is, there saying I didn't return the vehicle until 4:47 am. How did I make my 5:05 am boarding with a 2 1/2 yr. old in a stroller? The person who was supposed to have checked in my car was named Terell, what time did he start work? he wasn't on duty at 1:50 am. Plus if he was on duty, where was he until 4:47 since I was the first car in the return lane? All I want is this charged taken off my credit card. I have a been a loyal customer for over 20 yrs. and have never had any issues until Thurs. Please look into this issue and rectify the wrong that was done by the Fox Rental company for not doing there job. Thank you

I was over charged because an employee who checks the returns was not at work and showed up over 2 hrs. later. This was the fault of FOX and they want me to jump through hoops to prove I was there. I sent my boarding pass and still no response. I arrived at Fox terminal at 1:50 AM no one there to check vehicle in only 1 person at counter. I told him who I was, and he said to leave the key inside the car, which I did. I caught the Fox Tram at 2:15 AM to catch my flight. How could I have dropped off my car at 4:47 am and make my boarding at Southwest with a 2 1/2 yr. old grandson...It's Impossible
This is the worst service I have ever been treated in over 20 yrs using Fox. Please. do NOT call their customer service because the supervisor Hazel is the rudeness and nasty person Fox has as a supervisor. She wont help you one bit. I filed a complaint on her and still no response from FOX...Stay away from this company, not worth the headache ... Look at your receipt and make sure they dont over charge you too.
