For 2025 alone, I've been slapped with nearly $100 in late fees, despite having automatic payments set up from my checking account and sending payments on time. Frontgate's system, it seems, can't process payments on time, but they are more than happy to penalize their customers for their incompetence.
I was utterly disregarded when I contacted customer service to rectify this blatant error. The representative, who struggled with basic English and sounded like she was calling from a call center in Northeast or Southwest Europe, offered a measly $15 credit for their systemic failure. Considering the substantial amount I've spent with Frontgate, this paltry offer was an insult.
To add insult to injury, the representative hung up the phone when I requested to speak with a supervisor. This level of unprofessionalism is simply unacceptable. Frontgate values profits over customer loyalty and basic decency.
Frontgate, you have lost a customer who has contributed significantly to your bottom line. Your automated system is broken, your customer service is abysmal, and your handling of legitimate complaints is downright offensive. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from Frontgate to look elsewhere. You will be sorely disappointed and likely financially penalized for their errors. Do not waste your money or your time on this company.
