On March 1st we purchased in good Faith furniture from furniture City. that same day we found out the couch & table were not going to fit in the rest home we were moving to. The ***. So that same day I called furniture city to cancel the order. I was told we could not cancell. So we put a dispute that same day 3/1 with Citi Credit Card. They resolved $1000.00 but furniture city wants to keep $413.00 for damages and "contract"

I purchased furniture from the store in July
I purchased furniture from the store in July. the table i ordered was not the correct table and the sectional i ordered was not delivered by the delivery date. i contacted the store multiply times spoke to the store manager and the store rep. they ensured me the correct table would be delivered which it never was. i asked to cancel the sectional and refund me my money which shold in turn be refunded and credited to my credit card. i never heard back from the store and my credit has still not be put towards the credit card. i called the store again and spoke with the store manager she told me they had the correct table but never called me back when i asked about the refund she said the floor manager was working on it, this has been the same answer ive gotten since August.

I bought a complete King size bedroom set and waited 1 month to get the furniture. Which was not a problem. When the delivery guys delivered the furniture, it was damaged. Not just one piece it was all the furniture pieces, including mattress. I told the delivery guy to take it and he said to wait till the new pieces to arrive and to contact the office. So, I contacted the office and the ladies that work there are very rude! They told me to email furniture city with pictures so I did and I have not heard from them for about month and now we are going on two month's. When will I get the furniture replaced. This was two month's ago. I bought the furniture in July and received the furniture on 8/24 (damaged) and today is 10/22. I still have not receive a phone call or anything from them. They just told me were working on it and that was a month ago.

I was told I would need to pay half of the order and pay the rest when my order came in, In four weeks.Today is 08/30 I still have no furniture and when I went in to the store, they told me they only have bits and pieces of my order and the rest would be in NOVEMBER! I went in to ask for a refund and was told i would have lose 25% of the entire price for cancellation, because they can not get my furniture to me like they said. this means i'll be losing around $715.00. they should have told me right from the get go, that there could be a delay in delivery due to covid-19 I would of been less upset then being lied to that All my stuff would be in, in the 4 week time frame they said. they did not even attempt to reach by calling, to inform me of my order in anyway i literally went into the store of my own volition to find out what was going on with my order. i was also told if i kept my order now and waited till November when the rest of the stuff came in i would get free delivery and setup.

I purchased a tv console for $475 that cracked within 4 months of purchase. After 2 months of attempting to reach a manager to get it resolved I still do not have a refund and can not get them to pick up this sub quality item. It took them 3 months to send a repair man that said it couldnt be fixed. I recently submitted a complaint against furniture city. 1 of the items in question was picked up today. A refund has not been applied as of yet. The other item was a table that was stated by sales to be a "durable" item which was the table. The owner/mgr Omar states its not a warranty issue nor will he do anything with it Saying it was my responsibility to research the product. While that is true I was made to believe the product was something it wasnt by his sales staff. . Im not sure if anything can be done about this issue. People dont usually return or complain about items 4 months after purchase. Nor do I personally want the hassle of a dispute regarding the item. I simply wanted a durable table that I was falsely led to believe was what I was purchasing. All I am asking for is either a treatment for the table, an exchange or a refund. However I was informed this item has since been discontinued. Probably for the same reason I have lodged a complaint.
