Furnitureland South review: Pallister recliner

I purchased a Pallister Lift Chair in February 2024. According to the receipt, it would be delivered in 6-10 weeks. However, I received the chair within 2 weeks. It is the same chair I sat in on the floor. It was dirty on the back, the fabric won't lay flat, and the sitting cushion is as flat as a pancake. I have been working with a customer care associate and have gotten no where but frustrated. He promised to send parts, no parts yet to repair the whole chair - don't ask me how it can be done! I have been working with him since the chair was delivered and it is now 7 months later and I'm trying to resolve a used chair issue when I purchased (>$2000.00) a new chair. By the way both of my sisters purchased the same chair with different fabric than the floor model and their chairs are flawless. By the way, a repairman was sent out two weeks after I received the chair to clean the black marks off the rear. According to Chris (customer service), this is a Pallister issue, not Furnitureland South, but that's not acceptable because I paid via credit card to FS. My next step is to contact the WTVD (Raleigh/Durham) troubleshooter. I want a refund or a new chair. Donice Jeffries, [protected]
