We had our metal roof installed in September of 2016, after spending a large amount of money we were told this would be installed by the best of the best. We would be able to communicate directly with the staff installing our roof and that when they were done installing, outside of looking at a gorgeous roof you would never know anyone had just been there to install. The staff that was dropped off daily to install our roof didn't speak any English, the lead dropped them off daily so if we weren't able to catch him we couldn't speak to anyone. We noticed multiple times that they were doing things wrong only to have to wait for him to come back to point it out. Once they left we found debris all over our yard, in our flower beds, nails in our driveway resulting in many flat tires.

First large snow fall (yes we had snow cleats installed and even inquired about additional ones, however we were told what was installed would do the job) and the amount of snow that was forcefully coming off our roof was damaging the gutters that the company had just installed.

Upon inspection, we noticed many panels were dented and scratched due to the improper installation of the roof.

A year later we finally had a rep come out to check out the issues, he assured us someone would be back to fix the issues. No matter how many calls, texts or emails we send we do not get a response. Always into voicemail with no return call.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

This company SUCKS, they rip you off, charge 10 times what they should and don't respond to phone calls or emails after for problems.
I ask for 3 square of product to roof the breezeway between my house and garage to they WANTED $ 1400.00 CASH for this small amount, and would not let me pick it up
claimed it is free delivery, BULL.
they are a mom and pop company working from out of their house, in a development when I checked the address.
I call the main company in CA and only get answering machine
one time got to talk to Gordon, and he acted as if this was strange,
however said he would check into and call back in a few days.
Which he did only left it ring one time and hung up
I can call back every day, but no one answers.
