Jus left with my new Toyota Highlander from Galaxy Toyota. The customer service was amazin! The Sales person took so much time to explain every detail about the car and made sure I knew how each feature worked. I highly recommend this dealership and will definitely be back to purchase my husbands car very soon! Thank you to the Team at Galaxy Toyota!

From BDC to the sales manager who helped me. Every1 was very knowledgeable about the vehicles there, kind and knew just what I wanted based on my interests. I walked out happily and appreciate the great customer service. Smooth transaction and very helpful staff made my first car buying experience easy. Vehicle so running well and I love my purchase.
To start, the sales manager lied to justify a higher price, then he snickered at the end of the negotiation, which is usually a sign someone is lying. Next, we needed an accessory installed as part of the deal, which they added to the contract and IOU. However, the Parts manager lied and never ordered the part, saying it was “on backorder”. I had to go somewhere else who did the work in 48 hours that these folks could not figure out in 35 days. Galaxy just cut a check for less than the price of one part as their “solution”. Additionally, while working the part issue they began screening our calls, to which even the general manager was avoiding us. Finally, we found out that they never filed our registration paperwork with the MVC until almost 2 months after we purchased the vehicle. The temporary plate expired a while back and they did not want to help with any documentation regarding the situation, but instead blamed it on COVID.

I worked with sales agent George ***. He was a really cool laid back person. Made me feel at ease and didn't pressure me into buying a car. His knowledge was great and was willing to go above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. I have been to this dealership before and wasn't amazed with the agent I worked with years ago but decided to go back and glad I did to meet George. He was a class act and all around great person. Looking forward to working with him soon again.

I wanna tell ya 'bout my time at Galaxy Toyota. First things first, the new showroom was super clean and real fancy. When I walked in, the staff was real friendly and said hi right away. I talked to this guy Miguel, the manager, and he knew his stuff. He made me feel at ease, like we've known each other forever! I told him straight up how much I could afford each month, and he totally got it. I gotta say, it was a really good experience. I definitely recommend Miguel and Galaxy Toyota.
They straight up lied about the price
They straight up lied about the price. I talked directly to the internet sales person about a used car on their website. They told me the price listed was what I would pay plus tax, license, and title (DMV fees), and a dealership fee of $579. But when I got there, they hit me with extra fees from the dealership that added up to over $3,000. I told them that the sales person on the phone said there wouldn't be any extra charges. Their response was, "She shouldn't have told you that, and we'll talk to her about it"...total deception. I walked away and didn't buy their car because of the sneaky $3,000 in fake fees for a used car! This place is tricky and doesn't keep their promised price!

I recommend Galaxy Toyota to my friends and family. The showroom is pretty and clean. My salesman, KJ, is really good. I recommend dealing with him. He knows a lot, is friendly, and did extra for me. He made it possible for me to get a new RAV4. He didn't rush to sell like most salespeople. He took his time to show me different cars and explained everything. He answered all my questions. This is my second time working with KJ and I recommend him. The managers at Galaxy are also good and friendly. They came out to congratulate me when I bought the car and even clapped. It was a nice experience.

We all know car buying can be frustrating and time consuming. My husband and I honestly had the opposite experience. From the moment we walked through the doors, the staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. Steven *** made the car buying experience smooth and just about seamless. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and was not pushy. We ended up purchasing our new Rav4 with them, but even before the purchase he, and the sales manager, Tony ***, made us feel like we’ve known eachother forever and remembered us each time we walked through the doors. We could not have asked for a better car buying experience.

He listened to what we were looking for and showed us several Rav4s on the lot and let us take one for a test drive. Due to Covid-19 restrictions he wasn't allowed to ride with us, but when we returned he was there to answer all of our questions about what the different models had to offer. Steven made the whole process an easy and comfortable experience which Never seems to happen when we buy in the past. Even after we left the dealership and had our RAV4 he said to call if we had any questions to call him. We actually did have a few more and when we called him he was able to answer them with ease. He is a true asset to Toyota and would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

When the day finally came and my car was ready, he personally drove from here on the jersey shore all the way to Long Island to pick up my new vehicle in the rain. What a guy! Since getting everything squared away I have since reached out to Steve at Galaxy for help with my CarPlay and again he was very gracious and patient with me. Overall at galaxy toyota I had the best experience I’ve had so far with buying or leasing a new car. Looking forward to the next few years of free oil changes and tire rotations as well!

I don't recommend this dealership
I don't recommend this dealership. I went there to try and get a lower monthly payment for my 2017 Honda Accord, like Tony the sales manager said I could after a year of being on time with my payments. But when I got there, they just kept giving me excuses about why I couldn't lower my payment. Instead, they tried to convince me to get a newer car. I specifically told Tony H the day before that I didn't want to trade in my car, I just wanted a lower payment. Now I'm stuck with a car I don't like for another whole year and I'm really upset. Can someone please explain why someone with a credit score around 630 and always on time with payments couldn't get approved for a lower payment but could get approved for a newer car? Watch out for these crooks.

I wanna know why the sellin' price of the car was more than what was advertised on the website, which was the MRSP. I wasn't aware of the price changed. After I got my lease payment, I asked for a breakdown of the price and was told that the finance manager, Lauren would go over all that with me, but she didn't. When I spoke to her over the phone, she couldn't give me an explanation of the price increased. I spoke to the general manager, Miguel and he told me that the rebate, theft fee, registration fees, document fee and tire fee were added. The registration fees, document fee and tire fee were due at signin' and I paid 'em includin' my down payment. How could all the fees be added back into the lease payment when I've already paid 'em? I knew my payment was too high from the beginnin' that's why I wanted to see the breakdown of the price. I didn't agree to the price they have on the contract.
