Tri-County Lexus - Return
I purchase the tire and rim protection plan. When I went to use it on my rims I was told the contract was to new. So I come back in three weeks and was told the same thing. I would like my money back. I can get the rims fix now not later, and a lot cheaper the the $2000+ that I paid. Also I was only given one key for the new car, I was told in coming in the...

My experience at Tri-County Lexus was a mix of highs and lows. The showroom was impressive with a wide range of vehicles on display, and the staff were friendly and attentive. However, the process of finalizing the purchase felt a bit rushed and could have been more transparent. The after-sales service was satisfactory but could use improvement in terms of response time. Overall, a decent dealership but with room for enhancement.

This dealership has been one of the most respectful ones I have visited
This dealership has been one of the most respectful ones I have visited. I have been to many where they try to negotiate and bargain with you. The whole staff was extremely polite and respectful, especially [Name]. Everyone was very modest and willing to assist.
Thank you for assisting me in purchasing my new NX!
Thank you for helping me buy my new NX! I highly recommend her if you're looking for a new car. She really went above and beyond to give me all the details about the car and guided me through the whole process. The financing department assisted me in getting approval, and overall, my experience was wonderful. I am absolutely thrilled with my new car.
I went to the dealership expecting to encounter some of the negative reviews I had read
I went to the dealership expecting to encounter some of the negative reviews I had read. However, I don't regret going after meeting with my sales professional from the pre-owned department. He was kind, informative, patient, and professional. I have bought cars for many years, although never in a market like this, but he made it simple. I highly recommend Tri County Lexus as a place to shop. The team here makes me feel like family! Happy Holidays!

Beyjan did a great job getting me a new Lexus LC 500 convertible. Highly recommend working with him over at Tri-county lexus.
My wife and I wanted to lease a new Lexus and exchange our current leased Lexus early
My wife and I wanted to lease a new Lexus and exchange our current leased Lexus early. Beyjan helped us with this process. He was very professional and listened to our needs. He showed us a few cars to help us make our decision. Everyone at the dealership followed the pandemic restrictions, so we felt safe during our visit. Even after we completed the sale, Beyjan answered our questions through text and met with us a few days later to address additional concerns. This is the second car we have leased from this dealership, and we give Tri County Lexus a full five-star rating.
I went to tri-county lexus and was assisted by a service advisor
I went to tri-county Lexus in *** and was assisted by *** A Service Advisor. She is ***, not customer friendly, talks about other coworkers salaries to customers, and also lied about her name over the phone. Stating her name was ***, where in fact her name is ***. She acts like she hates her job at Lexus and it shows in her work and how she interacts with customers. I went to this specific Lexus to get my right housing mirror replaced. When the service was completed I receive my car with a panel piece not attached to my car. *** told me a story to cover up the fact that one of the technicians broke this panel off of my car. Because of all of this I missed two days of work. I do not recommend talking to *** if u decide to go to this Lexus dealership

My wife and I were looking to lease a new Lexus with an early exchange on our currently leased Lexus. Beyjan *** assisted up. SCAM ALERT! This dealer is dishonest and conducting a bait and switch for their pre-owned vehicles. They list their pre-owned vehicles online for a much lower price, and then when you get there in person they say that you don't qualify for "Loyalty", "Military" and other discounts - adding up to $2500. Not to mention their "Doc fee" is almost $700, when the average doc fee in NJ is around $335. We called before driving an hour to the dealership and asked for pricing and if there was any flaws with the vehicle, which we waited 2 hours for "Lillian" to respond, which she did not - so we told her that we would just drive the hour to come see the vehicle since we were very serious. When we got there the rear quarter panel had two dents, which they said they could have the guy take out, we then sat down only to be showed paperwork with a much higher price. I then asked if they had the wrong price, in which they said no, the internet price includes rebates which you don't qualify for. At that point I stood up and left. STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE TO GET THEM IN THE DOOR, you are what give dealerships a bad name in the industry. I visited the tri-county Lexus dealership and was assisted by a Service Advisor. Her demeanor was unprofessional and not customer-friendly. She engaged in inappropriate conversations about her coworkers' salaries with customers and provided false information over the phone regarding her identity. Her lack of enthusiasm for her job at Lexus was evident in both her work quality and her interactions with customers. My visit to this dealership was to have my right housing mirror replaced. Upon completion of the service, I discovered that a panel piece on my car was not properly reattached. The Service Advisor concocted a story to excuse the fact that one of the technicians had damaged this panel on my vehicle. As a result of these issues, I missed two days of work. I would advise against engaging with this particular advisor if you choose to visit this Lexus dealership.

Tri-County Lexus Complaints 9
Hello, I hope everyone is doing well
Hello, I hope everyone is doing well. I wanted to express my concern and disappointment regarding the sales tactics used at Tri-County Lexus. On Wednesday, June 30th, I called your dealership and spoke with "Lillian". She informed me that I could purchase a 2020 RX350 Lexus for $43,000 due to special program incentives. As a result, I scheduled an appointment for the same day to meet with Lillian and finalize the deal. Unfortunately, when I arrived and asked for Lillian, I was told that she was not available and was introduced to Mr. Ahmed El-Ghareib. This made me suspicious of possible deceptive sales tactics. I asked Mr. El-Ghareib if Lillian would be joining us, but he replied that she works at a different building and would not be present. I explained that I scheduled the appointment to meet with Lillian because she made the initial offer that enticed me to come in. Despite my hesitation, I decided to give the process a chance since I was already there. I told Mr. El-Ghareib that Lillian quoted $43,000 as the sales price due to the special program incentive. Mr. El-Ghareib excused himself to contact Lillian, but I was confused why this conversation didn't happen in my presence. Where was the transparency? Mr. El-Ghareib returned and said that I misunderstood the quote given by Lillian, but I strongly denied this. I immediately texted Lillian to confirm the quote, but she did not respond. Despite these discrepancies, I continued with the process as Mr. El-Ghareib promised to make me a "great" offer. However, the price kept changing, so I contacted my brother and sister who requested to speak directly with the general manager. Instead of allowing us to speak with the manager, Mr. El-Ghareib excused himself to speak privately with the general manager and returned with offers that still did not match the initial price quote I was given. As someone who values principles, I feel it is important to explain the wrong I experienced and shed light on the deceptive sales and marketing practices. I expected a fair and transparent buying process where the original quoted price would be honored, but that clearly did not happen. After about 3 hours of discussion and negotiation, I was given a final offer of $44,500 with waived documentation fees. At that point, I was overwhelmed and left the dealership without finalizing the deal. Surprisingly, on July 6th, I received an email from Mr. El-Ghareib regarding pricing. Once again, I was told that there were factory and dealer discounts available and was invited to return. Due to my initial experience, I was hesitant but open to a price lower than the $44,500 offer. Mr. El-Ghareib offered a price quote on an RX350 that would fit my budget, but only if I traded in my existing car. When I declined due to the low value offered for my car, Mr. El-Ghareib made additional offers for the RX350 at even higher prices ($51,000 MSRP and $47,760.00) than originally suggested during our first encounter. I expressed my disappointment and mentioned that I thought we were working towards a better offer than $44,500, but there was no sincere effort on his part to return to that price quote or negotiate lower. Needless to say, we couldn't reach a deal after several exchanges. The sales department's tactics of using ambiguous language may boost short-term sales, but there are long-term economic and social costs. Attracting customers with misleading statements and hiding the truth behind obscurities, fallacies, and lies is not good for business. I understand that sales associates are entitled to a commission, but can the car-buying experience be reasonable while also providing a fair and transparent process for the customer? I am writing this letter as my final attempt to request a price quote for a 2020 RX350 Lexus that comes close to the original promise of $43,000, without any gimmicks. If you, as the General Manager, can make that happen and provide the quote in writing, I may consider returning to your dealership. A Disappointed Customer, [Your Name] Sent from my iPhone
My boyfriend and I purchased a Lexus here back in April. They ran the credit came up with some numbers and told us they would call when they get the car in stock. They called the next day that the car had arrived, when we got there we had our infant son with us and were told it would be about 30 minutes to go speak with finance, 3 hours later and a tired baby they called us into the room ( which was on purpose because they expected us to rush the paperwork since we had a little baby.) Before even signing anything they already started removing the license plate off the trade in vehicle and come to find out when they called us with a figure that completely changed once we got to signing the paper work, in fact the monthly payment was 80 higher and we were given $3400 less for our trade in then originally told we would. When I got home I'm looking over the paperwork and the amount we are being charged monthly is more then what the paper says it will be, I called over to finance and nobody is calling me back, I've asked to speak to finance and to the manager and no answer. Also we got a call the plates are in and the service department shut the door in our face because they wanted to go home, so the lady at the front desk said they would be mailed to us since we live over an hour away, that was over 3 weeks ago and we still have not received our plates for the vehicle and every time we call we get a different story of we get hung up on. This dealership should not be able to sell cars. Today is June 1st I have been waiting since april for *** to give me a call back from the finance department.

Read full review of Tri-County LexusA car was advertised as certified for $22,688
A car was advertised as certified for $22,688. I called them and they said that is the price for military members (in fine print at the bottom it says price applies all incentives, but its very inconspicous). They then said the car is not actually certified despite it being advertised as such and to certify it will be another roughly $1500. Lee from sales says "this is how we do business." This is very misleading and waste of people's time and needs to stop.

On 5/16/2022 I walked in to see what my options were They told me I needed a cosigner They spotted me the car (let me take it with no contract)I come back and the documents they had me sign were with the car under the cosigners name and me as the co signer. I was not asked for consent no was my co signer, I disputer this and they changed it I signed the new paperwork and still dont have my copies of the contract.I was told they needed more money down and they could open a Lexus credit card on my behalf. They told me it would be 0% APR for 6 months. They opened the card charged 3k on it and they lied, the APR is 24% no 0% I have disputed this with the credit card company

- On 12/23, I returned a leased 2018 Lexus IS 300 (lease end date 02/01/22); net payoff on Trade In was $21,154.76. - On 01/01/22, there was an autodraft on my account for the 2018 Lexus I returned for $550. - In early January, LFS and they notified me that the overpayment will be returned once they get the payoff check from Tri-county.- When I followed up with LFS again, they notified me that Tri-county paid them $20,614 and not $21,154.76 pay off on the deal. LFS said that the payoff received the included my January 2022 auto draft payment which it should not have. LFS notified me to contact Tri-county Lexus for overpayment amount of $550. - I have made multiple attempts to contact Tri-county, sometimes on hold more than a 1/2 hour. - - The logical resolution is for Tri-County Lexus to remit payment of $550 to LFS to match the trade in payoff from 12/23 so LFS to in turn reimburse me for the autodrafted payment on 01/01/22.

On April 1, 2022 I delivered my Lexus RX 350 to Tri County Lexus for a resolution of a mechanical issue
On April 1, 2022 I delivered my Lexus RX 350 to Tri County Lexus for a resolution of a mechanical issue. They had failed to diagnose the condition in January at a cost to me of approximately $1,500 On April 14 Lexus diagnosed the problem which would require a repair cost of $14,750.Lexus suggested that we contact our insurance company. We contacted the insurance company who then sent an adjuster out.The adjuster totaled the car and offered me $19,000, the book value.Tri-County Lexus then, as a condition of picking up the car charged storage fees in the total amount of $2,600, dating back to the date we dropped the car off for diagnostics.Their explanation is that they would not have charged the storage fees if we had agreed to have the car repaired. The application of the storage fees was never disclosed to my wife or to me or, obviously, we would have picked the care up, as their office is only a couple of miles from our residence.Bottom line is that their charges were not disclosed and that they are excessive in any event. I would like the storage fees ($2,600) returned to me, as well as the initial repair charges of $1,500 (which were the result of a misdiagnosis), and I would like others to know that these questionable business practices are commonplace at this place of business.

The transaction occurred passing their regular business hours at night and they were rushing to close
The transaction occurred passing their regular business hours at night and they were rushing to close. The dealership mentioned because of COVID, there are more restrictions and cannot operate as late. So I tried to be considerate and help speed up the deal process as much as I can. The dealership agreed to deduct $3,500 off from MSRP of $43,432. The breakdown of the paperwork reflects total price of vehicle to be $40,633.70 which was not the agreed amount of $3,500 off MSRP. The final price paid on the vehicle totals to $46,940.00 with NYS taxes of $3,785.01. I consistently advised I wanted to transfer title which was $75 in NY and I can also complete it on my own; however, dealer insisted and charged me $450 for registration. When speaking on the price point the salesperson requested me to initial a paper based off of a monthly payment to show that I was serious of the purchase. Salesperson took down notes and instructed me to hand in my credit card and initial down to his handwritten note of 0 down and $756 monthly payment (which would equate for monthly payment if I were to do -$3,500 off from the total price he listed.) The agreed to was $3,500 off from MSRP not from total price. I was physically in the dealership connecting all the paperwork and have my mother sign via e-mail since she was not physically present at the dealership with me. All financing documents and ownership goes under her name and dealership advised me to initial for her. The sale of contract was not reviewed by me and sent via e-mail to have my mother signed. The breakdown of purchase price was not itemized before signing. We were pushed to sign since it exceeded their closing hours. The next day I attempted to correct the discrepancy with the dealership itself, both finance manager and salesperson were pushing back on responsibility. In addition, I was denied a copy on the bill of sale because this was something only for their internal purposes.

I leased a vehicle through Tri-County Lexus of Little Falls in 2019
I leased a vehicle through Tri-County Lexus of Little Falls in 2019. My lease had not ended until January 2022. Since November representatives from Lexus was emailing and texting me to return the vehicle back because they had a shortage in supply. I returned the vehicle back on 12/09. At the time, I had paid my payments up until the end of January. I was told by *** that I would be refunded my January payment. I called and text *** weeks later and got no response. On 12/29 I spoke with *** who had no idea I returned the vehicle and stated he had to locate it because *** no longer worked there. The next day, I called and checked the status and *** said everything was taken care of and I should receive a refund in two weeks. On the next day I went in and spoke with *** and explained that I should have been refunded for December and January payment since I returned the car on 12/9 prior to my actual payment date. He got very rude and nasty and said there was nothing he could do about it and I shouldve said something sooner because his boss had already taken the file. I left out very annoyed being that Ive never experienced this type of unprofessional customer service from ***. I called 1/19 and spoke to *** again stating that I still have not received my refund. He stated he would call me back, which he never did. I called on 2/21 and was told that *** no longer works there. While trying to explain my situation, I was told that a *** would call me back. However, I have not heard from *** as of date. I thought giving the car back earlier was to be beneficial to them, had I known I wouldve been treated poorly and like I have money to give away, I would have kept my vehicle until my lease ended. Especially, being that I was left with no vehicle and had to purchase a new one. I honestly just want what is owed to me. I feel that I am owed not only January payment but December as well. And I would like this rectified expeditiously.
