I got a new truck from this dealership and had problems after driving 3,000 miles. I took it in four times, but the first two times they wouldn't bring it in because I couldn't replicate the noise. The third time they took it in and said it was a loose hood latch, but the noise continued. The fourth time they said all trucks make that noise and told me to go to a different dealership. They don't like doing warranty work and make it hard to use the warranty. Now my truck has too many miles for the warranty. Don't buy from them.

I purchased a truck in May 2023. We were contacted a few weeks after purchase stating that the Vin # on the paperwork issued from Legacy was wrong. I have a notorized document stating that the truck has been paid for and also a letter from GM Financial stating that the wrong vin # was on the paperwork and giving me the correct vin # As of today, I still have not received the title on this truck Incorrect Vin # 3GTPHDED5PG125673 Correct Vin # 3gtphde81pg125754 Please contact me at [protected] or e mail at [protected]@bellsouth.net on this matter

They paid me for the gap insurance, but I've been waiting for my extended warranty payment for two months now. Every time I call, they say they'll check and call me back, but they never do.

We got a 2021 GMC Yukon XL from Legacy Buick GMC on May 20th. We drove 3 1/2 hours to get it. After a couple of weeks, we saw that the registration/title info wasn't in yet. They also didn't put an inspection sticker on the windshield. 27 days later, they called us and said we owed them $414.00 because they messed up on the tax paperwork. We told them everything true during the buying process and signed papers with a set amount for the vehicle. We did our part 100%. It's October 18th and we still don't have our registration/title.

We bought a car from Legacy Buick GMC like 2 months ago on July 16. They said they'd send the titling info to our tax assessor/collector, but they didn't. We waited 2 weeks and tried calling the dealership, but they wouldn't answer or call us back. We've been checking with the tax collector every 2 weeks and trying to get an answer from the dealership, but nothing. The dealership finally sent the paperwork, but now we gotta pay late fees to the tax collector. I think the dealership should pay the fees. When we filed a complaint, the tax collector called and said they got the title package from the dealership. The tracking number is *** (UPS) and it was shipped on 09/22. Today's 09/23.

I got a car from Legacy Buick GMC on 5/7/22. Then, on 5/10/22, I went to cancel some warranties because I didn't know I had signed up for them. On June 21, 2022, *** care sent my refund to Legacy GMC, but my lien holder still hasn't gotten the refund check. I also don't have my car plate yet. I've tried calling many times, but I always get transferred to title *** and no one answers. I talked to my Sales man, and he told me to keep changing the date on the temp tags, but he didn't say when I might get my plate. I need my plate and my refund sent to my lien holder. I talked to the ***, and they said there might be fees, but I won't pay them because of their late filing. The car is still in the prior owner's name, so I'm still paying for a car that's not in my name almost 3 months later. Usually, a plate takes 2-4 weeks.
