Tri-County Lexus review: Return

I purchase the tire and rim protection plan. When I went to use it on my rims I was told the contract was to new. So I come back in three weeks and was told the same thing. I would like my money back. I can get the rims fix now not later, and a lot cheaper the the $2000+ that I paid. Also I was only given one key for the new car, I was told in coming in the mail, well still have not see any key. So send me a check and a key please. Car is nice but service sucks
