I was up $100.39 and was cashing out but when I went to the home page to exit out the acct said $42.49 was only on my account!then when I contacted my agent to tell her/him the problem they said it was a zero balance and wouldn't cash me out my $100 winnings. The reason I was videoing the game as I played it's because all morning it's been glitching and I went up to $70 earlier this morning and when I went to cash out she said that I only had $6 on the game so I started recording each of my games and games continuously took away from my winnings each time that I changed games and sometimes during the game.
