game not working
Yesterday the 6th Feburary in Australia. I purchased the game Delicious Emily's Mom versus Dads. I keep getting a message saying "loadLibrary failed with error 1114: A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed." Research on this error has not been good, what I have found, they talk about a virsus. I hope this is not the case, as I do like playing games that wildtanget have and would hate to have to stop. Please advise how to get the game I have paid for working.

gamehouse - delicious emily's miracle of life game
I purchased a game about a month ago and it hasn't worked from day 1! I have been purchasing this game series for years and this is the first time I have been told that I may not be able to play or own this game! I had to download a bunch of stuff and they said if it still won't work, then I won't be able to play it because it's not compatible with my PC!
Stay away from Gamehouse!
I have paid for a game and purchased it from this website Gamehouse. Game did not work and I wasn't able to open it. Contacted Gamehouse customer service and they said that was a bug and that they were already fixing it.
Well, they never fixed anything. I asked for a refund and they agreed but I actually never received anything. Very dishonest and unprofessional company, I would not recommend them to anyone! Stay away from Gamehouse!
deceptive practices and poor support
Do not buy games from the Game house site. They have very poor customer service and once you have purchased a game they will keep telling you that you need to reinstall the game you have bought but then won't let you install it. Even though you own the game they only allow you three downloads of the game. If you have a problem with your PC or have to reinstall the game you are just out your money and they will not respond to your requests. GameHouse is a very poor place to purchase a game on line.
I bought games from Game House this morning 20 February 2012. Amounts was deducted from my credit card, but I did not get confirmations of the orders, payments or shipping details. On my cellphone, the amount of R7.75 was deducted TWICE and an amount of R61.88 was deducted by RN *real.com online.
Would you please investigate the matter.

I purchased a game that won't open
I purchased a game that won't open. After trying all the suggestions on the Help page to no avail, I emailed my issue. I received a pat/scripted response sending me to the Help page (I mentioned in my email that I already tried everything). In addition, the suggestions were for Windows and I indicated in my email that I have a Mac. They also suggested calling or using live chat without providing a telephone number or where to find live chat, however, nowhere on the webpage can I find either. VERY poor customer service.
Whatever you do don't ever purchase anything from this site they are scam artists. The only way to contact them is extremely difficult and they take forever to reply and then it is a form letter that doesn't even pertain to the problem. After you buy a game you can only reinstall the game 3 times no matter what the problem may be. They disconnect the games on a regular basis and then you are out your money. When they finally responded Microsoft sent a warning on the email to be very cautious and not open the email because they failed their fraud detection test as an unreputable company.
When I recieve my American Express statement there was a charge on it from RN* GAMEHOUSE.COM FUSUBSCRIPTION -----subscripton [protected] for the amount of $19.99 that I never made or gave them the authorization to do.
I bought Chuzzle Deluxe, but it won't load, even after trying everything they suggested. I finally asked for a refund, but after almost 3 weeks, no refund! Now they won't even answer e-mails. They are thieves!
That is a Seattle Washington area code. Contact them and try to clear it up . Dispute the charge with your bank if you have to.

Unauthorized credit card charges. I looked at this site, the games would not even load and the next thing I know I have a monthly charge on my credit card. I called to have the charges refunded, the rep said she would issue the credit and no more charges would occur. The following month another monthly charge. This time they tried to tell me they could only refund me a one time couteous charge of one month. After a bit of conversation, she went to her "supervisor" and then said they will refund me both charges. We shall see what happens next month. This place is running scam. Beware!

I have been trying to play. Watch Makers solitaire. I have gotten no assistance to fix the problem I am having to play the game. I can only play to level 80 and no further. Please help. This has been going on for weeks. What can I expect

I am on level 54 of this game and everytime I try to get past the level, it freezes up on me so something needs to be done to make it work right.
i have been using game house for along time and just recently it stopped working and it said the website isnt working anymore but u guys took the money from me and i want this to get fixed how do i get ahold of customer service to get help
They are a rip off, then when you have a problem, it wont get solved.
