The company is trying to pawn off someone else's debt onto me because the things that were forcefully given to me couldn't be declined, then said person charged back their credit card banning my account which I had over $180 dollars invested into. They gave me canned responses when I begged for help and treated me like a criminal.
Riot support was absolutely useless in helping me resolve an issue of changing the email my account is linked to. They asked me dozens of asinine questions to verify my account when I gave them actual proof of identification they said it wasn't enough. I've never felt so hopeless dealing with support staff that never actually tried to help.
I played LoL for years and came back after a hiatus only to discover that my LoL account no longer exists; it's all about RIOT accounts now.
So I attempt to recover my account, but the standard support options lead me in an endless loop with no solution beyond pressing the "forgot your password" button.
Therefore, I open a ticket with RIOT support to explain my issue. They bombard me with questions: Summoner name, city and state where the account was created, the first 3150/4800/6300/7800 BE/IP champion that I bought, and the first skin I purchased. It's a lot to recall after a 6-8 year gap. I try my best to answer their inquiries, but it's hard to remember all that. After a week of communication with support and being transferred to different representatives (each day brought an email from a new person saying, "oh hey, it's now McCheese taking over!"), they keep repeating the same questions:

I had already explained multiple times that this was years ago, and my memory of these details was anything but clear, but they continued to press for these answers, stating that if I couldn't provide them accurately, they would have to close my ticket. I have pleaded in about two emails for them to allow me to verify my identity using the purchasing information on the account, but they ignore my request every time.
It's evident that they found my old account from the information I provided, but because I couldn't answer their specific questions with precision—BECAUSE THESE EVENTS OCCURRED YEARS AGO—they refuse to assist me in recovering my old account. I have again implored them to let me verify my identity through driver's licenses, birth certificates, debit card information, but it seems to be disregarded every time. They don't even acknowledge my offer to prove my identity; they just keep repeating their questions.
I am extremely disappointed with RIOT games' support system. Not only are their account recovery methods outdated, but I also believe they would be highly inaccurate for people like me who play all the characters and spend a significant amount of money on their game.
As a result, the hundreds or possibly thousands of dollars I've spent on RIOT will be wasted due to their refusal to help resolve the issue. They probably would prefer if I just created a new account and spent more money on skins, but I won't be doing that. Instead, I will be boycotting their company and sharing this experience so others are aware of the lack of technological practicality in the year 2020. PATHETIC

I have had an account for over 7 years and I got banned for telling other players in-game that a player used a racial slur against me in the champion select chat. They told me I got permanently banned because I repeated the slur. So what? Well, I can't say that he called me black, because he didn't; he used a racial slur!
I have paid tons of money over those years and for some reasons, they don't refund it when you get banned. I have never been banned, so this was new to me. I filed a ticket about it and they say that they have investigated it and it was a legitimate ban. They added that further tickets on this matter will be ignored because they say it is resolved. The funny part is that the player who used the racial slur against me is still playing the game while I have a suspended account.
Worst company and worst support I have ever seen. I have never been treated this badly by any company ever. And it seems you can't do much about this because they just ignore you.

The fact that they don't cater to seasoned players and don't punish people for trolling or otherwise make the experience unpleasant is very irritating. I understand that making money and marketing is their thing, but consider people that actually care.
Matchmaking on Ranked is like a joke, it's become a stereotype that the community is toxic, when really it is the company not choosing to be strict about their policies or practices particularly when it comes to ranked play.
You don't see toxic behavior being tolerated in NBA/NFL etc. environments, and when you do they definitely get punished, or at least have to pay a fine. With every game I play I find myself more angry at the company, for releasing a product that I enjoy and yet they don't do anything in regards to people making the experience bad. Until they fix the situation of Ranked play, I won't take them seriously as "eSports" or competitive and will continue to push for them to lose revenue among other repercussions for not being more strict when it comes to competitive play.

So I try and recover my account but the normal support options send me in an infinite loop to nowhere with no solution further than pressing the "forgot your password" button.

So this much is clear, They found my old account from the information I provided them, but because I was unable to answer their specific questions with accuracy BECAUSE THESE THINGS HAPPENED YEARS AGO they will not help me recover my old account. I have again pleaded with them to let me verify my identity through Driver licenses, Birth certificates, debit card information but it seems to be ignored every time, they don't even acknowledge that I am saying I can prove my identity they just keep repeating their questions.
I am extremely disappointed with RIOT games ***, not only are their account recover methods archaic, quite frankly I would imagine these to be wildly inaccurate for people like myself who want to play all the characters, and spend a decent amount of money in their game.
So now the hundreds of possibly thousands of dollars I gave to RIOT will go down the drain, because of their unwillingness to help resolve the issue. They probably would prefer if I just made a new account and paid more money for more skins, but I wont be doing that. the complaint is escalting each time I try and reach out - Riot have shut me down on multiple platforms when I have tried to raise this - intially started from a unjustified ban after my first 5v5 non ranked game - I was rubbish thats all I did wrong - but how can I be good without playing and learning - but I got banned? anyway the point is now your lack of engagement and I need and am requesting the complaints prcedure so I can log a formal complaint - I wont go away - I will keep on this until it get resolved.

I submitted a ticket for a refund as their site was not working. Riot support is not helping with the situation I submitted a ticket around June 3rd asking for a refund for my in game skins for their game Valorant, as their policy states that refunds are allowed. I tried using their site, but it was buggy and did not work. When I submitted the ticket, I was greeted with a support bot called Blitzcrank Bot that did not provide any useful information, this infuriated me as I waited half a day only for a bot to respond to my ticket and not help me resolve the situation at all. If Riot games wishes to have a support bot it should respond instantly. I waited until the next day and a support staff responded to my ticket, but was extremely vague in his/her answer and directed me to use their refund site, when I explicitly stated that their site was not working and was seeking clarification. There is also no way to email Riot, meaning that that you have to submit a ticket and wait 12 hours for staff to respond to you, not only that, they only send 1 message which makes explaining your problem extremely tedious. If Riot made you wait half a day but let you have access to live chat that would resolve this problem much quicker

On July 10th a transaction of $21.25 was made to Riot Games for an event pass. They claimed on July 31st that the same transaction of $21.25 was then reversed. Shortly after on August 1st, a Chargeback Suspension was then placed on my account. I talked to two agents from Riot Support Team, and they refused to lift the ban on my account. I sent them a document coming from my bank that I filed no such dispute. I was banned from playing "League of Legends" from August 1st to August 29th, I purchased the event pass to earn tokens and skin shards. I did not even get to finish the event, and I had to pay twice just so I could have my account back. I know I did not file a dispute, and my bank agreed with me. It only showed on their system that I filed a dispute. I am seeking for the second payment to come back to me. Also, I would like to be compensated for the unjust ban and the hassle I had to endure to receive my account back.
I placed an order for a clothing item as a gift. It was too small so I went through their very difficult return policy to print a form and mail it to the designated address. The company claimed that they would not even consider refunding me if I did not provide the tracking number from the postal service. They would not even look for it in their warehouse. It took them 45 days to "process" the return before they refused and I think they are lying about not receiving the package because if they had not received it, the package would have been returned to me. By the time they finally refused my receipt was too faded to read. I paid a significant amount for the order plus a $9 fee for the mailing. Now I have no product and no refund. It's not fair. I honestly think they are committing fraud by claiming they are not getting mail to cheat people out of their money. Can you please track this delivery and condemn their behavior.

This is a complaint about the Company's policy as a whole. I have been playing League of Legends consistently since around the Summer of 2021. Since then, I have spent hundreds of dollars on in-game cosmetics, currency, gifts, and the like. I was recently permanently banned for inappropriate in-game chat behavior. That really is not my issue, because this was justified. My issue is with the fact that I was GAME banned for a CHAT infraction. I can no longer play League of Legends on an account where I have spent a significant amount of money on different cosmetics. Riot now urges me to "Make a new account and disable chat" but refuses to answer my question as to what I should do with my lost money on cosmetic items. I have given them my support through in-game purchases because I enjoy the game very much but have been taken advantage of because the game itself is built to be frustrating. I am not contesting a punishment for my actions; I am contesting the SPECIFIC punishment I have gotten. Because I am such a recent player who has been banned, I request either A. a Refund of all transactions on the account for the past 12 months or B. a reversal on the account, followed by a PERMANENT Chat restriction. This will allow me to use the skins and still spend money on the game, which clearly they want from me by making more accounts to buy things on, but I will just spend my money collecting my items on one consecutive account altogether instead of spreading all my money out on different accounts with no way to combine collectively. I am collecting cosmetics and this is a gigantic hitch in the process. I am a definite valued customer as I spent significantly more than the average consumer on League of Legends. In the support tickets, my responses were replied to in hours. After I dropped the "What do I do now with my skins?" question, I have gotten no reply in over a day. This punishment system needs a huge structure shift, and I by all means am offering to be a part of it for NO COST TO RIOT.
I have been subjected to a permanent account ban and hardware ban for supposedly using third-party programs to exploit the game. This does not make any sense as I have not installed any type of software on my computer other than uTorrent, which I know many people have used. The last game played on my account was on February 4th, and since then I have been studying for exams ever since and haven't got a chance to play. When I logged back into my account about a week later my account has been banned for third party program. This is absolutely impossible as I haven't installed any programs or adjusted anything in my device to exploit the game. I have used this same riot account for almost ten years now, it is ridiculous how I'm getting banned for absolutely no reason and with no explanation. They can go through my entire match history and it's all just regular games, no sign of any cheating. I will let Riot go through my entire computer to get this resolved.

I can assure you that I have never resorted to scripts, cheats, or any form of third-party tools. The support team's decision to uphold the suspension without providing any concrete evidence or justification for their allegations is deeply disappointing. Despite my appeals, they remain adamant about not reinstating my account, leaving me unjustly accused and penalized.

I've been a player who's invested a tremendous amount of money into the game and have been permanently banned, wrongfully, without any prior advice. So after playing and buying into LoL for around 3 months, i wake up this morning to get on and I am permanently banned. They send a chat long and say I'm part of a *** of people who get their account permanently banned . As I'm reading this chat log, not only was it not ban- worthy, and that riots system must automatically take action on certain accounts first , I'm horrified that so much of a customer's money , time , and stress could be invested and taken away. Before reading the chat log another text box popped up saying a punishment has been issued to the user i reported, if that was the case why am i banned as well ? This business accepted payment for services and products embedded within a game they produce and support that require the user to have access to the game and game environment. The company banned my son's profile and in effect caused my son, who is under age and cannot agree to any legal terms and conditions, from having access to the materials he purchased within the game. Additionally, the company has a fiduciary responsibility to the end user to understand if there were any technical issues causing a problem before banning his profile. Further the ban applied to his profile was extremely excessive where he is unable to use his in game profile for over a year. The ban was applied given a technical issue where the software caused the PC to restart. However, Riot Games would know that had they taken proper steps to identify the issue. The user profile is ***. We asked for an immediate lift on the profile ban and stated we would take legal action if necessary.

(originally banned for "compromised account") I made several tickets to which they never responded except for a week later when I received a generic password reset email (one of those automated replies, not from a real person). The ban remained even after resetting my password. I made tickets to complain about the customer service, all of which were instantly closed and I was redirected to the original ticket I made when my account was hacked... still no reply. After 2 weeks and threatening legal action, I finally got a reply and was told I'm permanently banned for using third-party software, and the ticket was closed without any further explanation. So this complaint is against their customer service. How they treat everyone as guilty even when there is proof in their files. Plus, I was hacked live on stream and provided video proof to show my innocence. This is also a complaint against their handling of harassment issues, as I am bisexual and I get permanently banned for getting hacked, while someone who attacked me in game chat faced no punishment. I want to go to court since I have suffered major losses as a streamer (my average of 18 concurrent viewers dropped to 0.7, with my monthly subscriptions decreasing from 27 to only 6, and it may decrease further when the new month starts). My mental health has also been affected as I have PTSD and gaming/streaming is how I cope, but that was crushed when I was banned live and they failed to address the issue. The amount of hate I have received from people who don't believe my side of the story has been overwhelming. At the same time, I live off disability income and streaming revenue, whereas the company has proper lawyers. I fear I'd only face further humiliation. The evidence I have includes the video link and timestamps of the events during the live ban, including my attempts to submit a ticket while still live and discovering that the account email had been changed and my account was stolen.

I haven't been an active player since 2014, due to not having a workable gaming pc that can run League. There were a few days in 2016 when I did get to play using a relative's pc. I have recently found out that my account has been permanently banned since then. I have not played or logged on yet somehow I am banned. I contacted support about the issue but they would not reverse my ban. I told them my account was hacked and banned for negative chat behavior but they insist that I was the one that made the mistake. I have been a player since the Beta of the game in 2009 and even still have the invitational email for the beta. I have every League email that was ever sent to me, yet I have no emails that brought up the ban issue. If I have not been playing, then how is it that I got banned and if I got banned, why did I get no notification of it? If I had, I would have taken actions to prevent the banning. I asked the support representative for proof of their investigation into my case. They replied back that the proof cannot be shown because the ban is so old. If the ban is so old and proof cannot be shown, how am I to believe that there was an actual investigation into my issue? Old chat logs would show that I rarely used the game chat before 2014 and an IP log would more than likely show that the account was hacked from another location. The support representative would just say that the ban was justified and that their investigation would show it. If the investigation shows that I am at fault, please present the proof of my fault. If the proof is too old to show as evidence, then it is too old to use against me. Without proof, the claim that I am the one at fault is baseless and an insult to my character. Over the course of my League gaming, I have purchased a significant amount of RP. I even purchased some RP in 2016 for the few days that I played. I love this game but I don't love being taken advantage of. I want a refund for all my money spent on LoL or a repeal of my ban.

I am disabled and was given a HWID ban on my computer that is custom made for my disabilities for something I didn't do. I have several disabilities and had to have a custom laptop made for me. While I was having some medical issues for a week and a half, someone borrowed my computer, hacked my *** account, installed cheating software and Riot Games put a hardware ban on my computer so that when I was feeling better and tried to play the game I was notified that there is a permanent hardware ban on it and I would never be able to play on my custom made computer for my disabilities ever again. I have started 5 different support tickets explaining in great detail what happened and that I have completely wiped my harddrives and took my computer back to the factory settings so that there is no way the cheating software (which was installed by someone else) could even remotely be on my computer. I also went into great detail about my disabilities and how that I have to use a special custom made computer and they are still keeping the hardware ban on my computer. Now I am finally feeling better medically, I am even unable to create a new account so that I can play a game that I like. In the meantime, there are many, many cheaters playing the game that are making it obvious that they are cheating and Riot Games is not doing anything to them. It is making it miserable for anyone to play the game anymore.

This is a rough transfer rate as you put money on your account to buy RP the rewards are 1 RP on Korean servers but 250-390 RP in the US and Europe.
I've been a player for League of Legends since 2012, and throughout that time, I've maintained a clean record with no chat restrictions, bans, or warnings for inappropriate behavior. However, during a recent match, some teammates exhibited extremely toxic behavior, leading to a heated exchange. Regrettably, I also said things I shouldn't have. Despite my nine years of impeccable conduct, I faced discrimination and my past positive behavior was overlooked. The other players, who engaged in similar conduct, were not penalized, yet I was sanctioned and restricted from an account into which I have invested a significant amount of money over the past nine years. The absence of a prior warning or a fair process is indefensible and utterly disappointing from a company of this stature. I am now seeking a refund for my Twitch Prime memberships and all expenditures made on the game in the previous year. Should the company no longer value my participation in the community, it seems only just to reclaim my financial contributions. Riot Games has demonstrated a lack of good faith by failing to provide a satisfactory explanation or conduct a thorough investigation into the incident.
I downloaded and installed a new game onto my computer over the weekend of January 14-17 in order to play with my friend. When my friend and I tried to invite one another to play a match together, we were unable to do so. After some investigation, it was revealed that my account had been assigned to a different server, which was not my choice but a decision made by the game's developer, Riot Games. I have attempted to contact Riot Games; however, they have requested that I secure my account first. When I purchased the item, I carefully reviewed the description of the product and made the purchase. However, what I received did not match the description and I asked for a refund. They answered me as they do agree the description does not match, but cannot refund the money. I spent *** CAD willingly on Sunday for the product I wanted, and I had miscellaneous in-game cash left that was worth roughly around 8 CAD. The representative told me that there is nothing they could do, but I fully disagreed for having to pay for a product that was not described in the system. When I pointed it out, they said they list such description in their "articles", but that does not mean a false description is justifiable. The item I purchased is "Nixie Egg + Icon", and it guarantees Nixie to be drawn from an egg. However, when I opened the item, it gave me Nixie which I already owned and gave me a random egg that had a different product called ***. I would normally not file a Complaintsboard.com claim for 8 CAD; however, I really would not like Riot Games to get around their false advertisement. RiotGames owns a gaming studio. This complaint relates to a game managed by the studio called "Skyblock." It is marketed to children and features in-game purchases. My 10 (now 11) year old son spent all his money (I have the receipts) on these in-game purchases. While playing the game, my son was tricked by other players into joining their "co-op," and they proceeded to steal the items he purchased, leaving him with nothing. I contacted the studio about this (Ticket #XXXXXX), assuming they would at least restore the items my son lost (or return his money). Instead they told him to be more careful in the future. As they market their game to children, I believe they have an obligation to either make the game less prone to such scams, or better mechanisms to handle scams (keeping logs on what occurred, restoring items stolen from players + disciplining scammers). I am specifically asking them to at least provide him with the equivalent value in credits/coins in their game so he can "purchase" the items lost from their game. If this is not possible, I would like a refund of the money spent in cash. I would very much appreciate your investigating this and/or referring me to others who can help. I am sure my son is not alone and that younger children (and their parents) are also being scammed. Thank you! Riot Games support, specifically their Player Behavior Department, refuses to answer my questions directly and has outright dodged my questions. I was given a permanent ban on my account on January 10th. I have, unsuccessfully, attempted to speak with the Riot Games player behavior department throughout several tickets. They ask at the end of nearly every response if there is anything else I have questions about, but when I ask questions they dodge them. They give vague answers and responses that neither answer my question nor even really pertain to them. I have spent 910$ on this account, which can be easily looked up on their website if I log in to my account. I cannot, however, access or use any of the content I spent my money on because of the permanent ban on my account. In several messages their support staff say that what I did and said on it's own it doesn't deserve a permanent ban, but because of previous behavior issues they cannot ignore the ban would stay. When pressed about how that makes sense or why that is a reasonable when I have spent a lot of money and time in this account, I get the previously mentioned question dodging from them. I have played this game for 8 or 9 years, and only recently (the last year) have I had issues with their player behavior department. I have not been given fair treatment, and have been disregarded as a customer. I have asked multiple times for alternative outcomes rather than the permanent ban, and even made suggestions, none of which were considered or given a thought. The entire experience has left me feeling less than human, and I am beyond disappointed.

I have been buying items and point for this online game for years, since 2010. Over the years, I have spent a substantial amount of money purchasing in game content. I do not play as often as I used to now in the 2020's for example, but I do play once in awhile. Long story short, logged in and everything I have purchased over the year has been removed or is completely gone. I want to know where my thousands of dollars worth of items have gone, because unless I abandon the game and or disable my account, they should be there and available for me to play and use. I have opened up a case and I feel like I have been givin the run around, asking me questions to explain first purchase made, first win, etc.. just very random questions that can date back as far as 2010. After getting past those ridiculous questions, they have finally explained that they found my account and were wanting to reset my password. I have never had problems logging into my account, the problem is everything is gone, I have mentioned this several times and they insist that everything is fine and have attempted to have me reset my password. I want either everything returned to my account, or my money back from everything spend since 2010, they should not be allowed to do this to me or anyone for that matter. Absolutely not okay to take something someone has accumlated over the years and deny them access to it or deny responsibiltiy for deleting it if that is the case. I have access, that is not the issue, everything is gone, I have said this over and over.. please help. my account email address is attached,*** both accounts I have access to and I am repeating again, that is not the problem, problem is everything is gone.

I was a League of Legends player, is still my favorite game. However, on 7/20 Riot decided to permanently suspend my account as well as my partners. (We both play on the same computer) When I emailed them they said that the reason why they did that was because they found that we were both "using 3rd party programs to cheat". I was shocked and confused at the allegations because I have never cheated in a game using scripts of any kind. (I am not tech savvy & League is my favorite game and I would never do anything to jeopardize playing it.) We both went through the computer to see what programs we had recently installed to see what could possibly be triggering a "prohibited 3rd party program" on their end. Well upon further investigating on our end, we had downloaded a sound equalizer (to adjust the sound of music). After we deleted that program we played for an entire month on another account and it has not been banned. So we both assume that the music equalizer was triggering on their end. We tried explaining it to the company, we even sent them what equalizer it was that triggered their systems and they REFUSE to give us our accounts back even though we were NOT cheating in any way shape or form. Even explained to them that I was not cheating because I have been playing for about 5 years and have only had 1 account and been stuck in the same Elo for years. I am extremely upset, I have reached out to them through Twitter, Instagram, to their support team and nothing. I find it so hard to believe that such a large company has such BAD customer service, to it's loyal fanbase. I spent hundreds of dollars on their game, supported them for years and they don't even have the decency to look into the matter nor consider that it was a mistake on their end. I want my account back. I know for a fact I did not cheat or do anything to alter anything in game. I find this all EXTREMELY frustrating to say the least.

( Levels given when you are recommended by players after a game). They showed me the transcript of a game ( image 1). I sent an email back telling them that maybe this was an old game, perhaps my boyfriend was playing the game. I expected a response from Support, but nothing ever came. On the 20th after not playing for two days, I am playing Civilization 6 and on Discord a friend tells me that I am playing League of Legends, which I am not. I ask him for how long, his answer is about 40 minutes. At that moment I knew I had been hacked and that my boyfriend could not be the one playing on my account because a few minutes befores my discussion with my friend I was eating Supper with my Boyfriend. So I did what everybody would do, I went on the website, changed my information ( password and email ) and also my in game ID. Then on the 21th I received an email that I was permanently banned from playing because I used 3rd party software. I produced a ticket in order to get the situation explained an resolve. To tell the company what really happened. I received nothing for 5 days. I sent in my email, all the information they could ask to determine if I was the person playing. When I finally got an answer, they told me that it was my responsibility to make sure my account was safe and to make sure nobody else plays on it. To recapitulate briefly, I inquired about a wrongful measure taken against me, then I got wrongfully banned and again tried to get to the bottom of the situation by asking what happened and collaborating with their Support Team. But still they treated the issue like it was my fault by not protecting my account while they did nothing in order to help me.

(originally banned for "compromised account") I made several tickets to which they never responded minus a week wait before getting a generic pw reset email (one of those auto reply emails, not a real person) Ban remained even after resetting password. I made tickets to complain about the ***, all instantly closed and told to go to original ticket I made when my account was hacked... still no reply. After 2 weeks and threatening legal action, I got a reply and was told I'm permanently banned for third party software and ticket closed. NO EXLANATION OF ANYTHING. So this complaint is against their ***. How they treat everyone as guilty even when there is proof in their files PLUS I was hacked live on stream and provided video proof to show my innocence. As well as a complaint against their protection of sexual harassment as I am bi-sexual and I get perma banned for getting hacked mean while some one attacks me in game chat *** and get's no punishment. I want to go to court since I have suffered major losses as a streamer (18 concurrent viewer average down to 0.7 average with originally 27 monthly subs down to only 6, possibly less when the new month starts) as well as my mental health being diminished as I have ptsd and gaming/streaming is how I cope and that was crushed when getting banned live and them not fixing it. The amount of hate I have received from people who don't believe my side has been larger then I expected. At the same time, I live off disability income and *** revenue, where as riot is a *** company with proper lawyers. I'd only be humiliated more. This *** has the video link and time stamps for the events of the live ban. This includes me trying to make a ticket well still live and finding out the account email was changed and my account was stoling.

This is a complaint about the Company's policy as a whole. I have been playing League of Legends consistently since around the Summer of 2021. Since then, I have spent hundreds of dollars on in game cosmetics, currency, gifts, and the like. I was recently permanently banned for inappropriate in-game chat behavior. That really is not my issue, because this was justified. My issue is with the fact that I was GAME banned for a CHAT infraction. I can no longer play league of legends on an account where I have spent almost *** dollars on different cosmetics. Riot now urges me to "Make a new account and disable chat" but refuses to answer my question as to what I should do with my lost money on cosmetic items. I have given them my support through in game purchases because I enjoy the game very much but have been taken advantage of because the game itself is built to be frustrating. I am not contesting a punishment for my actions; I am contesting the SPECIFIC punishment I have gotten. Because I am such a recent player who has been banned, I request either A. a Refund of all transactions on the account for the past 12 months or B. an *** on the account, followed by a PERMANENT Chat restriction. This will allow me to use the skins and still spend money on the game, which clearly they want from me by making more accounts to buy things on, but I will just spend my money collecting my items on one consecutive account altogether instead of spreading all my money out on different accounts with no way to combine collectively. I am collecting cosmetics and this is a gigantic hitch in the process. I am a definite valued customer as I spent significantly more than the average consumer on League of Legends. In the support tickets, my responses were replied to in hours. After I dropped the "What do I do now with my skins?" I have gotten no reply in over a day. This punishment system needs a huge structure shift, and I by all means am offering to be a part of it for NO COST TO RIOT.

I've invested about 9 years of my life and over 1K into their products. The fact that they don't cater to seasoned players and don't punish people for trolling or otherwise make the experience unpleasant is very irritating. I understand that making money and marketing is their thing, but consider people that actually care.
Matchmaking on Ranked is like a joke, it's become a stereotype that the community is toxic, when really it is the company not choosing to be strict about their policies or practices particularly when it comes to ranked play.
You don't see toxic behavior being tolerated in NBA/NFL etc. environments, and when you do they definitely get punished, or at least have to pay a fine. With every game I play I find myself more angry at the company, for releasing a product that I enjoy and yet they don't do anything in regards to people making the experience bad. Until they fix the situation of Ranked play, I won't take them seriously as "eSports" or competitive and will continue to push for them to lose revenue among other repercussions for not being more strict when it comes to competitive play.
Played the game for roughly 6 and 3 quarter years and now the game is completely unplayable as well as the support being absolutely no help other than a response pertaining to a different type of issue in which I never had, Spent roughly 2 grand or so on the game over the years.
