illegal deduction in cell phone balance
Hello Team,
Today I have opened the installed game in my samsung duos (no multimedia) and without any notification/message on the screen, 50 Rs are deducted. I have asked with the idea customer care regarding this but they are not filing my complaint and said I have purchased the game from your mobile. I told so many times that I have not purchased any game but they are not listening me. Since the game is just a normal game which was installed on my mobile from so many years and never play these games before. Today I have just open the game and there was not popup/message appear on screen for buying the game but the amount was deducted without my consent. I have open the game and immediately close it by the phone disconnect button. I have got a message regarding downloading the game. Also I have not downloaded the same because in my phone there is no internet connection also. I have attached the screen shot for your kind reference. I am really disappointed with the services of Idea and nobody from the idea customer care team is addressing me. I have file a complaint in consumer forum. The grievance number is 1142267 against this complaint.

Not a complaint, need help. After updating the game for the new Limited Timed Story Events, about the Hearths Warming Prank & the High School Sweethearts Comic, I only got the announcement page for the prank, no story, or even the area. Also, all my "Watch Ad" features for everything are either gone, or won't work. I waited until 4 pm, & only received the new ball bounce event, which does work. And sometimes in Ponyville, all the sounds stop, not the music, the birds chirping, but when I travel & come back, the sounds come back too.

For quite long time I have been playing asphalt xtreme, asphalt 8 and asphalt 9; sent a lot of e-mail's throgh customer services, etc, etc, and never had a acceptable reply apart of the silly answers/replies, try to install again, give some time as a update was launched and takes a while to settle,... And... My gaming issues were never sorted. Also filled complaints about performance of cars bellow others on the same rank, unnexpected crashes (out of the blue), cars flying like birds, late starts while others were just miles away, disconnection from gameloft servers (several),... Just to mention a few and obviously complaints about hackers and cheaters on all games never sorted!
Imagine that on 30 multiplayer races I have lost in one morning nearly 300 rank points and never managed to finish at least third... Sometimes could see on screen 2nd nd at the end I was really last or a position before last. Furthermore, in many many occasions finished races and all others did get their ranks and mine was the same and most times no points just a sign (=) is this fair and acceptable after many complaints for the past 2 years? I don't think so! And, why you place players with cars with ranks like 1696 and 1500 racing other cars on over 2500 and 3000 ranks? No way to play those races and if you don't race you loose points and if you race you loose as well because you can't keep up... Bullying online!
Last,... I think that gl plays the bully attitude and... Unnaceptable situation is; like myself probably there's other people getting annoyed and stressed instead of having fun and enjoying the rides. Shame on you gameloft!
Hi my name is James and i really love playing Asphalt 9 but the problem is the car ratings on multiplayer some of the cars ratings are far to high my car is 2501 ratings and there was a car 3001 ratings and that is not fair on the other cars with the lower rank cars and i am getting really fed up with it. And other people should not go in a race with a higher rank than then the other cars witch is not on so can u do something about it please
I have been playing Asphalt 9 on Android for about 2 years. I try to only complain to tech support only when I've experienced an issue multiple times in a row. Majority of the time, tech support tells me it my slow connection, although my in game connection says it's strong. Interesting.
Aside from having your exact same experiences, lately I have notice that the cop cars appear out of nowhere and nock me into a wall, or a guard rail or into water..
If I manage to explode the cop car, it somehow always gets stuck to my car slowing me down.
I've seen many people have commented the programers are getting cheap. I would have to agree.
If it doesn't change soon I'm just going uninstall.

I have been playing the mentioned racing games for a long while but at some point after joining Gameloft Forums and my first complaints to customer services my games became "unplayable"; Gameloft never helped to sort issues like cars going flying like birds, crashing for no reason plus after e-mail's all cars started to be much slower then all other players making me to loose a huge amount of points, getting stressed and start feeling after each contact to Gameloft that and I think, for quite sometime I've been kind of "bullied" online on their racing games also because after each e-mail or complaint my games became even worse to play.
At some point Gameloft told me that was my internet connection (which always been) top and fast without disconnections. All disconnections were from their servers at the beginning of races or during races. Latetly I was placed in races with all oponents in ranks sometimes 2000 above my cars (can you race and get a decent place with this kind of trouble?). At some point in 50 multiplayer races on asphalt 9 I was last miles away from others due to all the issues reported and much more after contact with Gameloft (kind of penalty imposed or barring on my player file), ... today I have lost 200 rank points and gave up playing asphalt 9 who became worse then ever after my e-mail to Gameloft in the early morning.
I think that this "company" is not to trust and they never have a good customer service. Spend some real money on the games and what I did get in return? Stress and the bad feeling when you're bullied and you can't get the bully.
I am over 50 years of age and excuse my honesty; this Gameloft company is made of what and runned by who or what type of people ?
Gameloft has the worst customer service ( well next to Zito Media my ISP) you get automated replies to any complaint after they ask you to record every race you ever play just in case you want to complain and refuse to even give it a second look if you don't.
not returning gear
I have asked gameloft to restore my gear on my ranger on order and chaos. My gear was deleted by my [censored] brother and I have asked them to restore it for me. They refuse to because it breaks their stupid rule of account sharing. They wanna say it's my fault because I let it happen. Even though i'm in brazil and my brother is in the usa. I have 2 ipads and left one behind, which my brother got into and I had my account saved on that ipad as well. After explaining to them what happened, they want to accuse me of lying because they went into "investigation" and say my account was used in another country and that they believe I was sharing my account. After telling them that i'm in a different country, they still refuse to restore my gear. While other players are banned for hacking for like 1 or 2 weeks, they get a slap on the wrist while I can't get my 15k gear score ranger that I have worked very hard on and years on. I didn't break any rule. They want to say I broke the rule of unauthorized use of my account when I never shared it but simply was accessed under my nose. They refuse to see it my way and just simply want to push it a side and not help me cuz they think I broke their rule. While other players have committed worse acts they get to keep playing while I get this crap from them. It's highly unacceptable that i'm treated this way when I have done nothing wrong and they are letting years of progress into the trash.

How do I know the false reason and lies from customer care fake reasons to bane my account, . Customer care are peoples who don't help real honest players, they help and play the game as real cheaters helping the hackers.
Friday 7/12/2018 I decided to change name 1 more time from 熊蜂-像蜜蜂一樣刺痛 to Bumba and with the help of my leader, another honest player named Cloud, leader of an alliance named ZOK from realm 41, to infiltrate the alliance named BRO to gather some information. Knowing that ARYA is a well known cheaters and hacker already banned multiples times, We in the honest player forum against Gameloft cheaters, we know who are the real deal and the real cheaters helped constantly by customers care.
So my point was to infiltrate BRO under another name, Bumba and pretending that I was the brother of 熊蜂-像蜜蜂一樣刺痛 that offered this account to see if I wanted to join the game and creat another account or not. I didn't expected that this well known cheater named Arya will use my mail saying I am the brother of, against me as a cheater just because i fakely give my acc to my brother, that don't exist because all this is a fake. i have no brother, even if i had a bro, will stupid idiot cheaters from customer care verify if the IP-ID of the acc changed, no because i am all those players, am bumba as well as Vlad, and other names i used to spy other alliances.
I am the most honest players, I have been hacked twice on PayPal and by Microsoft payment systems, nobody recognise there responsibility and let me with 12.000 euros stolen from my bank account.
Even if I wanted to cheat I would not know how. I am respected in life for being the big brother of many, helping non stop with honest money and correct care.
After 4 days in that alliance named BRO I noticed many cheaters, I decided to go back to ZOK alliance and take back my Chinese game name 熊蜂-像蜜蜂一樣刺痛.
That is when I received the most fake warning but typical from customers care cheaters playing and helping the real hackers.It says the following : Hello! That mail came this early morning while playing.
I wrote to Arya from realm 41 alliance BRO he is the leader playing fake mails, to make many honest players kicked out from r41 when he pleased, with the help of customer care. So I wrote him that he tried to make me kicked out by customer care, fake care I would say and that he missed and that he could put his fake ways in his bottom. Than I unleashed all my anger on customer care for lying more and more just to get me out of the game knowing they used and cheated and lied for the last 7 months regarding many wrong play problems never recognised by customers care, but to lie more, never accept any responsibility for all my loses, my account being lock for 22 days that never excuse themselves for it neither helping nor pay back for all the loses they made me endure during those 22 days, hit 300 times + . And now they sent me another false saying they find suspicious activity in my castle.. more lies to find an excuse to push me to the limit so than they can use my anger against me to ban me. I knew this morning they will- fake another reason to ban me and I was right.
I am the original player, I never intended to give or sell my account. I did talk with many trying to know how they buy and sell accounts, with the intention to use it against them if needed. I have ASKED customers fake care to teach me how do we proof cheating and else, and 3 days after while using my new sixths credit card to purchases another bundle I received a message from the paying system that I had to contact my bank again. I lost 12.000 euros from using Gameloft paying systems.
I am the victim of my own scenario to get in BRO alliance, because I am honest knowing i don't cheat, even my leader knowing Arya false play for years, didn't though my scenario will be used against me.
One thing is sure, Customers Care service are playing in the game with and for the real hackers and cheaters helping them cleaning realm 41 from the real honest customers that are a pain in the bottom for real cheaters like ARYA.
Customers care banned me because I have enough proof against their scam play. I will what ever happens attack Gameloft and specially customers cares for faking help, evading real problems, eluding the truth and faking reasons to ban. Today 14/12/2018 While playing Marche of Empire I received a message warning from Gameloft customer care that they found suspicious activity on my castle.
I have been fighting with customer care for 7 months for many problems that they wont take any responsibility for, such as 5 changes of new credit cards hacked while buying a bundle and using the paying platform proposed by Gameloft customer care.
Account hacked and diapered, that I could not find neither log in, I had to wait 22 days for them customer care to find it back, . that costed me 22 days of non stop attack from other players, .
Customer care never accepted any responsibility nor wanted to help me recover the original account points or evolution in the game.
Customer care always eluded answers what ever my problem was, they lied for months about any problems, evading any answer that will compromise them to be responsible for wrong play and non stop glitch's.
I had proof against customers care playing the game and helping the alliance that are cheating and hacking, so the only reason for them to first sending me a warning without any proof or foundation on their part for suspicious activity, is to get rid of the player account who knows to much, .
I worked in game companies before and I know the ways that is used by those scam companies.
I wrote them back so annoyed from their fake and lying warning ( I don't cheat and I hate liars), remember that I was hacked by Gameloft proposed paying systems, for a very expensive and high amount of money . I have many players asking me to buy there account or for me to sell my account, after 7 months I asked last week 6-7/12/2018 to customer care how can I proof cheaters and hackers. Their is 3 players who know I was playing dumdum to try to get in that BRO alliance to spy. Only ARYA did use my strategic play against me, ..so I HAVE PROOF FROM 2 players that I was playing a fake brother using his brother account.

We do not tolerate abusive behavior and hacking etc etc.. al fals proclaimed from customer care and Gameloft.
I WILL NOT TOLERATE BEING ACUSED OF ANYTHING WHEN I KNOW I HAVE RESPECTES ALL RULES OF THE GAME. I WILL NOT LET ANY CHEATER AND REAL HACKETS PUT ME DOWN ON FAKE PROCLAMATION, THAT HAVE ABSOLUTLY NO PROOF NEITHER FOUDMENT, THIS IS A COMPLETE FAKE FROM Gameloft AND I WILL STAND AS LONG AS I AM ALIVE FOR BEING DISRESPECTED CONTINOUSLY BY CUSTOMER CARE FOR MONTHS AND HACKED MONEY FROM GAMELOFT. IN THE CONTRARY OF GAMELOFT I DO HAVE REAL PROOF OF ALL THE ALLEGATION, OF LYING CHEATING AND HACKING.

I downloaded the app. The moment the leaders found out that I was an African American they kicked me out of the alliance. I worked extremely hard and spent money on this game and was having tons of fun. That completely hurt my feelings.. This is totally unfair. Gameloft represents capitalism at its mercenary worst. Their Customer Care department is a cruel joke. To paraphrase a popular Youtube video, crazy, nasty-[censored] Gameloft don't care. In response to my complaint that a glitch after their latest update had robbed me of a quite inconvenient but not enormous amount of in-game currency when attempting to purchase evolution materials, their stand was that since this transaction did not show up on their end there was nothing they could do for me. No amount of reasoning could persuade them to part with the few lines of code that would have saved them a customer. While admittedly not a big spender, I have made several purchases from them over the year that I have been playing DH5, but they would still prefer to lose my business rather than compensate me for my loss, even though the actual cost to them would be nothing. I am done with Gameloft and sincerely recommend that anyone else avoid ever becoming involved in one of their games.

This is not the first time I've been getting messages on a daily basis. I'm still in shock of how in the world they got my number and details. They must be some sort of scammers. I was unable to log in this afternoon (17 of October)(and your service as been down for the last few days!), even though I had access to internet and was able to log in to all other sites except yours, and as a consequence I was zeroed, that is my army was completely wiped out and all my resources looted.
I've already begun my recovery but I had to spend "gold", resources and all my speed-ups to do so
I would like to know if there is any thing you could do about it?
Maybe replace the resources and speed-ups, those are more important, for me, than the gold.

As Gameloft are fully aware, in the game War Planet-online global conquest, there was a HUGE problem with the World v World event on Friday 27th July 2018. As a result of this problem that Gameloft have already accepted responsibility for, they chose to reset the game.
Unfortunately, due to this reset, more upset and more losses have been incurred by EVERYBODY who plays the game.
Personally, 1 of my factions (AHU) baby sparta, was deleted from the server and players in said faction were teleported across the globe. This was bad enough.
Then after 2 days and nights of replacing a lost faction and the cost of in-game medals to return players to where they were, Gamelofts reset cost me and all my faction members to lose all troops built, all upgrades built, all commander experience points earned plus many more in game activities.
The other 2 factions I am associated with, (300) sparta and (//A)ace-usa and who I have players in have lost EVERYTHING we did in the game since Friday 27th July.
I understand problems happen. Sometimes through no persons fault. Technology goes wrong at times.
That said, we insist on Gameloft making amends for the mentioned losses, both in man hours played and in what we achieved in those hours.
I am merely the spokes person for over 200 friends and associates who have been made to lose vast amounts of in-game material, medals, troops and many more things through the actions of Gameloft
How they do this is tricky but I am confident Gameloft has enough integrity to do right by the millions of people who play and enjoy this game. Below is a screenshot of a gift sent to 1 player for the above mentioned issue. Also there are screenshots of Gameloft admitting the issue and admittance it was their fault'

The racing game is based on a slot machine hazard lottery pick up prizes and rewards system, that means that it's not even a pay per win game or not completely but a lottery random picking game that use the LUCK casual combination like a Slot Machine to get to reach the game purpose improvements to upgrade, so you can't improve upgrade your Cars without this system, so you have to insert coins anytime with real money and hope to win the exact combination to get what you need to go ahead, why someone would pay with real money and fall in this hazard trap? Because in game prizes are too lower for allowing the player to upgrade cars so they put a shop in it that doesnt grants you anything because its a SLot Machine. So this is a scam system a theft at 90% only a 10% could be the prize deserved or the shop that you wanted buy precise as most of the cars are not in lottery but to upgrade them u can forget to get what you want even if with real money shopping, there also the game remain stucked and the player can get boredom and abandon it at risk of the Gameloft itself, but probably most of the users players become buyer because got econnomic possibilitties and spend alot knowing that its nothing granted in this shop!

I am so sick of the newest mobile game, Dragon Mania Legends, popping up in one of my mobile games, Disney Magic Kingdoms. I am so sick of this stupid game. Gameloft, get rid of this stupid game as quickly as possible. Go back to the licensed games (Littlest Pet Shop, My Little Pony, Despicable Me, Paddington, etc). Release new licensed mobile games (Girl Talk, SongBurst, Heartthrob, Sabrina the Teenage Witch, etc). Put "Dragon Mania Legends" in the delisted game library immediately. Change the advertisements from "Dragon Mania Legends" to any licensed mobile game (Littlest Pet Shop, Girl Talk, SongBurst, Heartthrob, Sabrina the Teenage Witch, etc) because dragons are illegal and against the law so they must be slayed by dragon hunters (humans) (let alone a dragon trainer).
Gameloft, this is your last chance...
Delist "Dragon Mania Legends" and release new licensed mobile games as better alternatives (Girl Talk, SongBurst, Heartthrob, etc).

Contacted Gameloft several times about the game Asphalt 8 Airborne. The issues were never resolved and at some stage game became worse and worse to the point there was no fun playing it on free races or multi player races as the cars were not performing up to the specs and levels compared with other players. Crashes in straight line without a reason, much less speed then others with the same level of specifications. Times were when my cars were able to start a race all others were already miles away ! In about 2 or 3 days lost almost 300 rank points even being second or third in races. Loosing points even after others crashed my car and see people behind me gaining points !? Gameloft support people was never keen to sort things out and e-mail's were received stating that some customer assistant weren't up to what you expect to find a solution to all the reported issues with pictures, etc !
There were times that I felt bullied and really felt that inside of Gameloft people could be doing things to upset me or to make me drop ranks, loose points and get upset. Really bad from Gameloft as a company !
