When I had completed the Clan battle semi-finals cup with the Mclaren 675LT today (9th November 2017), I was on the cheater board. I do not know why I was on it, because I have started the game a few months ago, and have played it fairly without spending any money on it. There is no reason I should be on the cheater board unless it is a server issue. I haven't hacked or used any outside source to cheat or anything since I have started the game. It would really be great if you could check into this and fix this as soon as possible. My username is Driver 3933 and I have attached a screenshot of my profile.

I would like to complain about a subscription I had no idea I had joined, nether mind that I was paying for. After I played my first race for the current nightshade season, I noticed my multiplayer rating dropped down and was set back from 2001 to 1000 instead of it being set to 1800. I also noticed that there is no record of the previous season (which I participated in) if that means anything. I reported this to customer care earlier and tried all that was suggested but nothing seems to be working.
I am complaining about I have been banned for no reason in your game called blitz brigade.
As soon as I download a Blitz Brigade it comes up "Your account has been temporarily BANNED DUE to suspicious activity. If you feel that our actions are not justified. Please contact our customer care regarding the matter" and I am here to ask you that I have done nothing and can you please fix this problem and reply as fast as you can please I want to play this game because it seems amazing.

I opened my game today to find out that I've been banned due to suspicious activity. I feel I've been wrongfully banned. I have followed the guidelines, I have not cheated in any way, I downloaded the game from the Microsoft store. I have not played this game in a while and I really hope you can get my back up by today. I am sorry for any trouble that was caused.

gameloft - I was charged for something I didn't order
I have a pay as you go phone and once a month I top up £10 to pay for my internet pack from T-mobile. The last few months I wasn't able to add my Smartpack because money had been taken out of my account. This is odd, because I don't use my phone for anything other than texts, phone calls and Whatsapp messages. T-mobile said I must be subscribed to something and won't refund me the money, even though they can't provide me with proof who took the money. Today I received a message from Gameloft and it says I'm paying 99p a week subscribtion. This is not something I ever signed up for and I expect to receive a refund for all the times you have taken money out of my account.
The total of £8.95 can be refunded to my bank account
I also expect to be unsubscribed from this service as I refuse to send a paid message to stop this

I have had an account with Asphalt 8 for a long time. I have not played the game a number of months, but upon opening it for the fist time in a while, it told me that I was banned for suspicious activity. First of all, I have never done anything suspicious on this game, of course it would make sense if you were to take that last statement with a grain of salt, I am sure that's what everybody says when they get banned, but what I don't understand is why I got banned, especially when I have not played in a very long time, I believe that this is some kind of mistake, I'm sure you can find some kind of history if you were to look up my profile or something. I never violated the rules or terms of agreement, you have wrongfully accused me of doing so. I downloaded the app from the windows store onto my windows device. I never used a third party app store to do so. I never hacked the game to get free items. I don't even know how to hack.

I just signed into my Microsoft account on Asphalt 8: Airborne on 10/09/2017 and then I got a message saying I had been banned for suspicious activity but I haven't been on my account for ages so I have absolutely no clue why I have been banned because I haven't been on my account for ages so the only thing I can think of is you have falsely accused me of doing something wrong or my account has been hacked.

I hope you can help me, I am very addicted to this game, I'm 44 yr old lady and play this game daily, especially when there are special missions. Sadly there is an aspect of the game I am really not happy with. I spend ALOT of money on this game, but feel very let down by yourselves, for (like me) your loyal customers. Every time a new mission starts I have to pay all over again to upgrade the time limit on the special mission tokens, which I feel is very unfair on your customers. Not only do I buy normal tokens and a lot of them, you try and get every drop of cash you can, just because I am a loyal game player. The least you could do is allow each person to build up the special mission speed/time tokens. Also I am trying to get 2 island hopper cards, I realise this mission is finished but still like to upgrade if I can.
I would appreciate an answer as to why you feel you have to squeeze every last drop of cash out of your customers. I was playing another minion game, where you build up an island, to which yet again I spent a hell of a lot of cash, to then one day get told it's stopping, which I was livid about, after spending hard earned money, you feel the right to just pull the game when you feel like it.
Very bad customer service I feel.

I was just playing the new bike levels in offline mode. I completed the event (first two seasons) and when I came online to claim my rewards I got a message I was banned. I never used third party programs, edited game files and never played nor interacted with any players to get reported. Also I downloaded Asphalt 8 from the windows store on pc and I have sent two tickets but no response. I am now certain it's a mistake on gamelofts part since others here have been baned recently.

I have had this game since 2016 and have played it every now and then. I last logged on about a month ago and the game needed update which I allowed it to do.
Now have gone and logged on today to find I am apparently banned from the game.
I am in the UK Military and to find I have a been banned from a game for illegal activities is news to me. If my profile has been hacked into please could you let me know so I can lock things down at my end.
As this is a first to me to hear today that I have been banned, I ask if you could please look into this and unlock my account on this game so I can continue to play it. I do not wish to reload it and loose all the information I have gained over the last year.

Hello, Gameloft.
I’ve played this game since 2017 and for a year and a half, it was the most fun racing game I’ve played in a long time. Now, you’ve given me a reason to hate it.
Let me explain: according to your Wiki page for the Fifth Anniversary Update, it said that matchmaking in MP is now based on top speed, instead of performance rank. I scrolled to the bottom to the comments and they were 50/50 on this change. My response: why? Just why? Is it to make the mode more competitive or something? If it is, you’ve fallen flat on your face. This will KILL multiplayer in Asphalt 8. No, scratch that. This will kill the whole game, because you’ve just defeated the whole purpose of your own product. Spending money on cars, and TUNING them for online racing. That’s what makes games like this fun, and you just kicked everyone in the cherries by changing it to speed-oriented and probably ruined the fun for a lot of people, especially me.
I’m not expecting you to change it back any time soon, but speed-oriented multiplayer is the worst change EVER implemented and I just wanted you to know that.
(I apologize for the angry-sounding rant, I’m just brutally honest).
