You have the worst delivery guy ever. On 30/04/2019, your delivery guy simply put my parcel gam003967328 into the company mailbox without even bother to inform me that he left my purchased items there. This is not normal stamp post, this is my belonging. My address clearly showed level 2 of the building and he supposed to go up to level 2 to deliver this straight to me. I was there when I got the notification saying the delivery guy is attempting delivery that day, I was waiting for my parcel but never received any even though the web update was showing delivered! Now i've received my order late and cannot use it anymore! What's so difficult? Please teach your delivery man to be responsible and have some respect to customers belongings!

I would like to launch a complain for 1 of your employer from Hq side PIC name Miss Mira for in charge tracking number: MY30087840267
This shipment had been redirect 2 times due to unable call receiver while in consignment note there stated 2 number for they reach receiver.
The last feedback Ms Mira say she will arrange and not by today. And say will update me feedback by JB Branch. The last phone call she and no news.
She insult ppl by you don't have proof to know what she is doing. This is the service quality done by your side. and she challenge client by asking did i say today did you have a proof ?
FYI, i did call to JB Branch at 07-3530413 to arrange but they mention did not receive any instruction. Most probably by tmr.
Do you aware that this is bank document not others parcel things ?
You side are dealing with a corporate not a small business entity.
Kindly show efficiency and promptness to solve issue .

Good afternoon, can I know what is ur company do service? In this afternoon I recieve the message know my place did ppl can reacive the parcel then I call to your Wangsa Maju Branch and check can rearrange the delivery time and I request next day after 3pm is better because after 3pm my place just have person can receive but she just reaply me cannot because they cannot follow my time to send. That mean current company just dutty to send the parcel only. How ever customer can receive the parcel or not just delivery the place if not person receive just send after that ask my self go to collet at branch in they office operation time. That mean GDEX world wide service is like that good? And I want know who is service int the line also dont want give her name just cut off the phone this is a good service employee From GDEX?
Can i know how your company Delivery the parcel? Is ist went the place like condor ask the owner came down to loby collet the parcel is not send door to door? We had been follow up these issue since last OCT 2018, which is 6 months already, but still no reply from

We have to redo another set of standee for our customer, which may cause us losing profit.

send wrong parcel, staff without any apologize
Send wrong parcel (the parcel didnt not has any personal information, and the staff allocate the parcel in the popbox,how the staff know that parcel is my parcel?) and without any apologize or action, i'm the person go to the office to change it,this is not the first time happen on me! Before this missing the parcel, send my parcel to other person without any compensation, complaint also did no give any respond! The company image has not let customers trust. Consumer more prefer use pos laju or other courier express company. Gdex company should give your staff more training, follow the standard operating procedure to avoid this issue happen agin

Your irresponsible courier man called me at 2:24pm, 2nd April 2019, using this number [protected]) saying that my kid at home and asking for my ic number. I had already stated at my address that the parcel to sent at Security Post to ensure that the item are in good condition. Very fortunate that your man just threw the item inside my gate. product broken on delivery
I ordered a pc case with tempered glass on the side. The package had a fragile sticker on it, seller even confirmed that the product is in good condition before shipping. But, the glass just [censored]ing shattered on arrival!
It even cut my finger!
Now I have to go through a ton of process to get my refund and do lots of work for a thing that I did not broke and paid for it. Seriously, what the [censored] are you gdex employee doing even though the package obviously has a "fragile" sticker on it

I would like to make a complaint about gdex service skudai where beforehand the employee called and stated that he was at the address i've sent the parcel to but I was attending class and he told that he would leave my parcel at the office. Little did I know the office he meant was the gdex skudai office. I was not informed well and when I tracked my parcel, it stated that "item was not delivered due to customer's request" this was not what I aggreed to. Saya beli barangan di goshop. Setiap perhantaran adalah percuma kerana bayaran yang dikenakan termasuk cas penghantaran. Selalu pihak gdex akan menelefon sebelum membuat penghantaran barang di pejabat yang berdekatan akan tetapi sekarang ini apabila barangan sampai pihak gdex telah mengambil pihak ajen lain untuk menghantar barangan saya ke rumah dan mengenakan bayaran tambahan sebanyak rm5.00.

Hi, i just ordered an item (a mobile phone) through Lazada yesterday (20/2/2019) and the item has delivered today (21/2/2019) at 10:50am. Unfortunately, there's nobody at home so he asked me where to put the product because the item can't fit in the mailbox, "should i just throw inside?" I said no, you can't just throw it would be damaged. So i asked him to pass it to my neighbour. No respond from my neighbour when he called, so he decided to THROW the item anyway.
Please inform your delivery guy, if the customer not allowed you to throw the product please do NOT throw it.

Through e-tracking, my parcel has reach the GDex delivery station in Kok Lanas, Kota Bharu Kelantan on 17/2/2019. I only noticed it on 20/2/2019. The distance from the GDex delivery station in Kok Lanas to my address was only 7 KM, but when I contact the station agent why my parcel was not deliver yet, he say that he only make delivery on every monday only.
Can any one from your company help me, is it the policy of the company or because the attitude of company staff. For your information, this is second time I experience this problem. The last one causes the product that I buy cannot be use because of quality defect.

Tindakan ini memang kurang cerdiklah, sebelum ini saya gunakan perkhidmatan pos barangan yang lain, mereka hantar barangan saya depan pintu rumah, kenapa gdex sangat tidak cerdik meninggalkan barangan saya sesuka hati, dan dengan selambanya mengarahkan kami keluar sendiri untuk mengambil barangan kami!
Hello, kalau kami kena ambik sendiri barangan kami, kena pandu kereta/motor keluar, lebih baik kami pergi pasaraya, tak perlu guna perkhidmtan online ataupun penghantar barang. Kami bayar servis awak! Senang sahaja despatch gdex meninggalkan barang saya di tepi jalan, mereka ingat saya membeli menggunakan daun? Kalau hilang barangan saya, pihak gdex akan ganti? Brought item online 21jan2019, seller sent tracking on 22jan,... On 28jan inbound to labuan then until now, silent. No update. No call. No delivery... Seriously gdex? U r worst than pos laju. Do u aspect cust to find their item themself? To make a call themself? Wait until a few week? A few month? As long as I remember, people are paying for ur service. What take u soooooooo long just to send or even update anything?

This incidence happen in 26th January Teluk Intan branch. While I received a message from gdex that my parcel (GAM [protected]) is on the way of delivery at 10.56am. Subsequently, I wrongly pressed the button of "reschedule" at 11.30am. I went to your branch at around 12.00am and met 2 unfriendly counter staffs, a Malay lady and an Indian lady who has no name tag and unable to identify their identity. I politely bring my issue up to them that I wrongly pressed the "reschedule" button and I am at home on that day. The malay lady did not check delivery status. She turned her head around and asked another indian lady staffs "ada apa apa kesan tak kalau tekan reschedule" while the indian lady replied without looking at me "tak ada pun". I was asked to wait at home for the delivery. I informed her that I nees the parcel urgently but I was asked to go back and wait in an unpleasant way. I received lazada message regarding the failure of delivery at 1414 H that attempt of delivery was not successful. However, there is no delivery attempted the whole day as me and all of my family member are at home.in 1445 hr, I went to Gdex teluk intan to claim my parcel as I was assured the parcel will be delivered to me. Once again, I was attended in an unfriendly way by the malay lady mentioned above in teluk intan branch that the service is closed. I politely ask her back to help to check whether the parcel is in the delivery van just parked in front of your branch office, with tons of parcel inside. Once again, she refused and locked up the door. I am deeply disappointed with Gdex service in Teluk Intan as
1. I have stated my intention of first visit ib clearly that the reschedule button was wrongly press and I'm at home in 26th January. But the only reply is to go back and wait, the parcel will be delivered which is not happening at all
2. Unfriendly reply and service to customers by above mentioned staffs
3. "Unsuccessful delivery status" but in fact, there is no delivery to my home for the whole day.
4. No staffs identity tag by Gdex.
Hopefully your company will address this issue seriously in term of providing courier service. This is my worst experience regarding courier service compared to other company.

Your customer service called from 07-3591266 without mentioning his name, told me my parcel cant be redelivered today. I told him im in need of the item, your lady promised me yesterday to redeliver today and yet can't make it! All he can answer is 'I don't know'! Obviously, of course, he knows that it suppose to deliver today and can't make it then made the call to tell me and yet instead of apologizing he is telling me 'I don't know'. I am in need of the item, he can't redeliver today at all and he told the issue is that the parcel is in office and the drive didn't bring out. I told him is your side issue isnt you suppose to resolve for me, your lady promise to redeliver today and then you can't make it. Then again he said I don't know, I dont know who promised you, we can't deliver today. So again I ask your cocked up and you gonna tell me I don't know. Then he answered me 'oh then how?' I told him you said can't deliver today and you want to ask me how? And when I said I want that parcel you said no can't make it why bother to ask how? He said monday then I ask him is this confirm and what time? Again 'I dont know' this is ridiculous! If you can solve customer problem or answer to their question why bother calling?!
