This is my second time Gdex Merlimau Melaka unable to deliver my items as they cant locate the location. Got msg on wednesday mention will deliver my item, but waiting for the whole day.. Nothing.. Then i got call from gdex on thursday ask me to pickup at their office, i ask them to deliver to my house and they said will sent it on friday.. From morning to night waiting but no one from gdex come. Please, i think they dont even sent it out for delivery and just hoping that customer will come to their place to collect. Well, its not cheap for me to pay lazada for the delivery charges. Please settle this issue. Tq

I check e tracking "Undelivered due to Sorry Card", i dont received any card. What happening here? No one from skudai office or delivery guy call me.
I been waiting the parts i order from lazada since yesterday and it cost me lost a repair job.
Any problem finding my address since skudai office just near by my house.
Kindly improve your service standard or gdex will lose a lot of customer.

Gdex teluk intan buat temu janjimelalui fon untuk pick up barang yg ingin dipulangkan semula ke cj wowshop. tapi tak datang dan beri alasan tiada orang di rumah walhal saye ade sahaje di rumah. berlarutan selama sebulan dari disember 2018 sehingga 18 jan 2019 utk ambil barang sahaja. call cj wow shop, cj wow shop bagitau refund tak dapat dibuat sbb barang tak sampai ke warehouse. proses call berlarutan sehinggalah bulan bulan mei 2019, bulan mei 2019 call cj wow shop inform barang tersebut sudah sampai ke warehouse. sehingga kini duit refund pon tertangguh. duit refund dikatakan masuk bulan jun 2019. pihak atasan gdex sila ambil tindakan terhadap pengurusan yg bermasalah ini.
Yg gambar bawah ni, barang yang terbaru di order, setakat ni dah dua hari di delay penghantarannya, sbb pernah juga terkena dengan gdex teluk intan tau tau barang dah dikembalikan.

I missed the call from delivery man, but I called back within 3 minutes because I urgently need this parcel, and wonder if he can turn back or where is his location so I can drive to meet him. After attempting for several call, your delivery man BLOCK ME FROM CALLING! This is really rude! Please take action for such attitude. Dissapointing.

Call tak sempat jawab, tapi mesej dapat nak hantar hari ni, saya call balik dia cakap tadi mandi tak sempat angkat call, terus dia cakap dah luar kawasan, saya kata hantar juga lah hari ni, mana boleh nak sahkan orang tu ada kat rumah tak berdasarkan call sahaja, tak ada ketuk pintu rumah terus tak hantar barang, kurier apa jenis korang ni.. Korang kurier hantar barang atau hantar pesanan suara saja.. Aku bayar postage bukan minta free taw..

The parcel was sent out on 21 May morning and should be arriving on the same day, however it was sent back to the office in the evening and showed the status of "undelivered due to held back in office". The next morning the parcel was out for delivery again but it didn't reach the destination and when i checked through the website in the evening, it didn't update any status. I called both of the branches in Ayer Keroh and Malim in the afternoon but the staff pretended that they cannot hear clearly and hanged up the phone. This is not the first time for me to face the problem of the staff hanging up customers' phone, many people faced the same problem also. Please take concern about this problem, thank you.

My complaint is my parcel delivered late. I bought from Sephora Online they are using Aramex delivery service.
Ive tracked my parcel from aramex tracking apps showed the delivery attempted on May 15th 2019 (with driver -> delivery attempt) On may 16th (in transit -> with driver -> in transit) May 17th (with driver in transit) I am so upset why my parcel got delayed so I called Aramex hotline, they told me GDEX have attempted delivery May 17th 2019 at 930am however failed. Then aramex gave me GDEX tracking no. and phone no.
I called GDEX on may 17th 2019 at 1pm ish. A rude lady (from GDEX Petaling) was shouted telling me GDEX SG BULOH have just received the parcel. I told her that aramex told me that GDEX has attempted the delivery at 930am on may 17th. I told her that how come in the gdex tracking apps (delivery failed for reattempt date). My shipping address was Klinik Kesihatan, at 930am Klinik Kesihatan on Friday is very much open! I asked her whether Aramex is telling lies or GDEX? Or the delivery wasnt done on that day but stated in the tracking app delivery failed. The rude lady told me she will call me back to reconfirm. 15minutes later GDEX SG Buloh called and another rude lady (Indian slang) spoke to me. I asked the same question as above but she did not answer my question. Is the driver really made the delivery at 930am because my assistant told me there is no parcel. Then GDEX sg buloh lady told me that the delivery will be done tomorrow (saturday). She still did not answer my question regarding the delivery. I told her that I want my parcel to be delivered today (may 17th friday) and not any other day as saturday klinik kesihatan will be closed.
Then I looked in gdex tracking apps suddenly changed from delivery failed to Undelivered due to hold for reattempt date... how come? suddenly changed! This is dishonest.
I got my parcel on the same day (may 17th 2019 at 240pm). I dont know who to trust.
This is not my 1st experience with this kind of treatment from GDEX. This my third bad experience from GDEX.
Please do something about these (your service, your tracking accuracy, your customer service).

Tracking no : GAC510074042. I didnt received my parcel since gdex jerteh call me and ask to self pick up at other place. If you re not going to deliver at my house, why do this service! Stated there attempt delivery failed but didnt even call or come to my house. I doubt gdex here didnt even deliver and just update the wrong update & ask customer to pickup by themselves. Certain area didnt cover and so on. [censored]

I bought something on Lazada. And it's not the first time. And I doubt it will be the last. I stay at the apartment, the delivery guy refused send the parcel to the door. I applied and the guard permit him and even asked him to deliver to the door. And still refuses, while my mum with difficulty walking, have to go down and take the parcel from him. And there are many times including this, there is no calls received, no show, nothing, but parcel was stated undelivered. No notice also.

i would like to complaint about you delivery staff behaviour. I do not get his name but his phone number is 0192687395. Hopefully you could trace with that number if not then take my shipment number:my40165450088 delivery is in nilai. He ask me to go down and take the parcel and not willing to send up to my door step. My mom is aged 63, do you expect she can go down in 5min? the delivery guy called me 3times ask me to hurry up. The 3rd call he is being so rude and said" you go office and collect your stuff la, your mom is not here yet, another 2 min if she still not here ask her to go office and collect. " excuse me, where is your manners? i cant tolerate this kind of person. Please train them well.

I bought health on line through Lazada. The parcel was shipped by the vendor from Ipoh on 10/5/19 n received by Gdex Melaka on 11/5.The parcel alleged to be out for delivery on 13 & 14/5/19 but the Gdex deliveryman fail to deliver the parcel to my address. For ur info. my house is about 8 km fr Gdex Office, not in remote area and easily accessible by road. Why can Gdex Melaka can contact me by phone to locate the my address, if they are serious and really concerned in delivering the package rather than returning parcel to vendor in Ipoh?. I tried to contact Gdex Malim Melaka but nobody picked the phone. Thank you.

I'm so unsatisfied on your delivery service handle by pasir gudang branch. Stated in tracking, "out for delivery" since 1100hrs. After waited until 1730hrs, I called +6072668006 and there is an indian guys answered, he told me delivery until 1800hrs. Then I told my wife to wait until 1800hrs. After 15mins I called again and the same person answered and told me he will launch a report. At 1930hrs, I was asking my wife if there is any delivery done.. She said no delivery. Then she said someone call her but she doesnt understand any word.
I really need an explaination and a good reason why the delivery cannot be done by today, 13may 2019? We waisted our day just to wait for the shipment and there is no call by the driver telling cant do any delivery. Courier service must call customer if they cannot reach/customer not at home/before performing any delivery. There is also no.. Call card/missed card/left card. This is a very serious matter. We waisted our day just to wait for this. We really dont have time to wait and wait and wait. This is not the first time happen.
Really need an answer, asap.

Please GDEX, how many times clients had complaint to you regarding the Lordy driver behavior. How gdex handle the situation and how gdex update the client. Please take it seriously on the potty driver problem. They don't do calling to customer but they claim they did it. This seriously spoil gdex reputation and the trust from customer. Gdex had to be very serious on this matter

lori GDEX hanya datang 1 kali seminggu ke kampung saya untuk penghantaran barang.
masalahnya... lori berkenaan hanya tunggu di perhentian bas dan akan telefon pelanggan untuk mengambil barang. sedangkan saya bayar kos pos tersebut sampai ke rumah saya.
macam mana pula dengan pelanggan yang tidak dapat ambil brg semasa lori GDEX tersebut datang? Perlu tunggu seminggu lagi? atau perlu pergi ke cawangan PAKA untuk ambil barang? kos pos yg kami dah bayar tu macam mana? sangat tidak bertimbang rasa.
GDEX perlu menaik taraf sistem penghantaran.. kalau begini caranya... rasanya tidak perlu menggunakan servis penghantaran dari GDEX lagi! amat menyusahkan kami...
Mohon GDEX CAWANGAN PAKA baiki dan naik tarafkan sistem penghantaran barang.

Pls I learnt this company behaviour is bad, parcel was sent to them since 30th of April nd it's to be delivered may 2nd, buh is it dat they can't deliver nd collect their money at doorstep, must the charges complete before they move...d person bringing the percel yesterday turned back coz d payment is not complete nd we told him d balance is with us in cash they will receive it on delivery...buh they r not even considerate at all, we've been trying their number since yesterday it's switched off...nd d customer line we saw online we've tried it dey r not picking you as well...

Barang pesanan dari LAZADA sepatutnya sampai kepada saya hari ni 04 MAY 2019...Tapi malangnya barang tak sampai dan penghantar barang iaitu GDEX EXPRESS telah memberitahu LAZADA yang mereka telah datang ke rumah saya serta call saya tapi tiada jawaban. Apa yg mereka katakan adalag TIPU. Tiada sesiapa dr GDEX call atau datang ke rumah saya. Perkara begini dah banyak kali berlaku. Penghantar barang GDEX EXPRESS kawasan puchong memang kurang ajar. I received SMS about delivery for today. Since I'm not at home, so I called Gdex for reschedule and confirmed with Gdex to send on next Tuesday.
But I still received call saying that delivery is at my doorstep now. I told them I'm not at home and asked them to send again on Tuesday.
Delivery man insisted to go inside the house and left the parcel inside my storage place. I told him not to put the parcel there because it's very dirty and full of insects, I requested them to send again on Tuesday, but they ignored and still left the parcel in my storage place.
I believe this was due to their laziness and irresponsibility for sending second time.
I'm totally furious about how you guys handle my parcel!

The courier is so rude. When i was going to took the parcel at his hand, he just throwed it at me. Luckily i manage to catch my parcel. I was shook. He should learn some manners. Then, he should learn how to speak nicely. I even said thank you despite his rude attitude but he said "I've got no time" with annoyed tones while rolling his eyes. He should stop being a courier guy if he doesnt know patience. I dont ever wish to use gdex again if this happened again to me. Please do something.

Saya Noor Diha Nordin nak buat aduan berkenaan pemandu lori GDEX EXPRESS. Pemandu tersebut memandu dalam keadaan yang sangat laju dan bahaya hampir melanggar kereta saya yang berada di hadapan. Kejadian berlaku sebelum tol juru dalam jarak 50 meter ke tol. Sekitar jam 6.30 am bertarikh 3/5/2019.
