Dear Sir / Madam
I Feel Very disappointed with G-Dex Courier Services . I had courier local food (petai) to my aunt who stay at east malaysia (Sabah) . I courier on 8/07/2019; then arrange pick up on same day . But my aunt only received a call on 15/07/2019; request come to gdex office collect the things .
It use almost 1 weeks plus to deliver my parcel to my aunt . Gdex didnt send to her house ; but ask her collect at Gdex office . During colelction time ; we notice that the plastic tupperware broken and the local food (petai) also spoil .
As a consumer ; we pay expensive courier fees ; but the parcel delivery to our relatives is spoil and damages . What is your feeling ?

Hi there's an email informing me that my parcel will arrive at my house on July 18 2019. But there is no parcel arrive at the end. When i check with tracking number, it was stated that it was out of delivery but after that it stated delivery was unsuccessful to reattempt date. Is there any problem with the parcel?
The email is misleading people about the parcel arrival. There is an different date of arrival. Hope you can check and resolve it .Thank You.

I received a call from GDex Puchong telling me that they couldn't locate my address. The person on the other end decided to pass the phone to the driver so that i could provide more info but he was talking to me rudely on how he couldn't find the house and said that he called me many times which he didn't.
I received a text message saying they were at my house but no one was home which is totally not true.
My point is that why can't he talk nicely. Is there a need to be really rude? This is really really bad. Astro Go shop should engage another company! Very bad! Very very bad!
non delivery after receiving sms
I received an SMS from GDEX on Saturday 13th.July 10.15am
stating that they will deliver my parcel TODAY.
I changed plans to stay home so that we can collect the parcel.
BUT the parcel did not arrive.
If GDEX can send an SMS to inform us of delivery DAY, they should have the courtesy to send us an SMS informing us of cancellation ... Rather than let us wait .
And when i tried to call the hotline in the evening, they are close at 2pm on Saturday

I do not owe you any outstanding amount and you suspended the account without any notice. There are no reason given, and the service provided by your credit department is ridiculous unacceptable. They are very arrogant to deal with. Seems like they do not care about this case. On the other hand, your customer service is try their best to arrange the reserve pick up in Kuching, but your own credit department is holding them to proceed.

I've placed an order in lazada. The parcel was sent by the seller, but it was wrongly delivered to collection centre by Gdex despite the address and pin code was clearly stated. upon contacting, i was told, they will arrange to re-deliver the parcel. But end up, the parcel was returned back to the seller after waiting from 11/6/19 - 17/6/19. It was a engine oil that I bought. Due to the failure and poor service of GDEX, I'm now bearing the cost of engine issues in my car - its workshop due to engine over heat!
This is my 2nd time experience to the same address but was wrongly delivered by GDEX.

Pada 2 July 2019, di Jalan Palas 1, Taman Sri Pulai, Johor Bahru. sebuah motorsikal berwarna hitam, yg juga rider dari Gdex seperti tertera di baju dan beg rider tersebut telah melanggar motor saya di hadapan rumah saya, lalu pergi. Saya disini tidak membuat tuntutan, tetapi jika pihak Gdex boleh mengecam no plat dan nama rider tersebut, saya igt membuat laporan polis kerana menyebabkan saya kerugian Rm480 ringgit untuk membaiki motorsikal KTM saya, yang telah membuatkan tripperfork dan handle saya bengkok. driver sangat kurang ajar
Driver call tanya samaada saya ada dirumah atau tidak, dan sy jawab sy keluar, boleh tinggal di dlm pagar atau jumpa sy berdekatan dgn rumah.Driver cakap nanti dia bagitahu balik..Tiba2 dia call saya semula, tinggi suara dan menengking saya dengan perkataan "lu jgn main2, sy sudah sampai rumah", selepas sy bg ic number, dan belum hbs ckp dia telah mematikan talian..sy sangat tidak berpuas hati dengan perkhidmatan gdex..

its been out for delivery since thursday 27/6 and has not arrived until now.i hope you can please check it out where the package is right now so i can wait in calm or pick it up as soon as i can before the item sent back to zalora.as i know i did not send the item to the post office and i am hoping for an easy way to get my item

The staff called me saying I need to take the parcel at the center here in Kluang saying that they don't know my address and they couldn't find it. This is ridiculous because I received parcels from gdex here quite multiple times. It's your job to find the address so you have no excuse. I'll accept the excuse if it is my first time receiving parcels from them. Bad service. Fix your staffs' work ethics and teach them to be responsible.

Poor service ! I very disappointed on your company services, before send out my goods, your customer service will keep update information for me, but after I make payment and sent out my goods, service is totally different, now my goods on hold by Guang Zhou custom, I email your customer service, she didn't reply my email and didn't tell me the person in charge already change to another person, then I call her and asked what is the status of my goods, I told her my receiver said now on hold by custom, can help me contact agent and settle it for me as soon as possible, she want me cc the email to the person in charge and she said that person in charge will feedback me as soon as possible, until today I call her again, she said my last email didn't cc to that person in charge, but I said Friday I already cc to that person, but no any feedback also, I paid two thousand plus shipment fee, but at the end receive service like this, and after I send email complaint your customer service, they said will arrange and update to me, now already 2 days ago, still don't have any one handle my case and contact me.

I received sms that my parcel will arrive on 25/6, so I called GDex and the driver told me will arrive around 4pm-5pm but I waited till almost 5pm and GDex still not arrive yet. Finally I managed to call the driver and we make a deal to wait at somewhere so that I can pick up my parcel. When I meet up with him, he told me the parcel not with him but with his colleague which is in another van. What kind of mistake is that.. how can a big company do such a stupid mistakes?
Continue with my story yesterday.. same thing again.. I received sms due to another parcel arrived today at GDex.. so I called the driver name Anuar at Melaka Malim branch to wait at road side of hospital Melaka (for info, the security at my apartment refused to sign any parcel on behalf that's why I call GDex to wait somewhere for easy pick up). I contacted him once I reach there and he said he is on the way from Melaka Sentral. Lastly I wait at the road side for 30 mins.. I call him for 10 times but he is not picking up my call.. my husband try to watsapp him but he doesn't want to reply.. so I decided to leave.. 5 mins later, the driver Anuar call up.. my husband started to question him.. y not picking up the call.. he get mad and shows his rude attitude by shouting at my husband. He even told my husband that no matter how long it is.. we have to wait for him.. what kind of good service that GDex provide to customer and hire such a great & polite staff!

So barang yang saya order dari Lazada tak sampai lagi.Barang tu stuck 2 hari dekat pejabat pos entah kenapa maybe sebab busy barag banyak lagi ok.But bila hari sabtu 22/06/2019...barang tu out for delivery waktu pagi but bila petang barang tu FAILED untuk hantar attempt failed katanya.BUT, saya tak ada satu pon panggilan dari Gdex tanya tentang lokasi rumah ataupun pemberitahuan sebab kenapa tak boleh pos.

Saya menggunakan service gdex Perlis (tracking number MY66001066031) untuk menghantar buah harum manis kepada pembeli di Taman Sutera, Kajang Selangor pada 17/6/19 ...Dari Gdex tracking buah yang saya hantar itu keluar dari Gdex Perlis pada 17/6/19 jam 19:16:48 petang... Transit ke Gdex Petaling Jaya pada 18/6/19 jam 4:19:28 pagi ... Sampai ke Gdex Tun Hussien Onn (THO) pada 18/6/19 jam 9:15:05 pagi... Saya nak tahu apa sebab yang menyebabkan kiriman saya tidak boleh dihantar kepada penerima pada hari yang sama iaitu 18/6/19 sedangkan buah itu sudah pun berada di THO dari jam 9:15:05 pagi .. Setahu saya alamat penerima (Residences Sutera di Taman Sutera, Kajang) berada tidak jauh dari pejabat Gdex Tun Hussien Onn... apa akan terjadi pada buah itu jika ia berada didalam kotak terlalu lama dengan keadaan ditutup rapat dan siapa akan dipersalahkan jika buah itu rosak... saya siap tulis perkataan " BUAH" dengan besar diatas kotak ... walaupun saya ada tandatangan diatas janji akuan tapi kalau Gdex janji hendak memberi perkhidmatan untuk menghantar barang termasuk"BUAH " ... Gdex juga perlu mengalaskan tanggungjawab untuk MENGUTAMAKAN yang mana perlu dihantar kepada penerima dengan segera untuk mengelakkan sebarang masalah atau kerugian kepada pihak pengirim ... worse experience. 12th June, delivery person drop the collect parcel card in my mailbox because I were working not at home to collect it. so next day (13th June), I rush to GDEX subang jaya to collect my parcel before I outstation, GDEX office person told me my parcel is out for delivery = fine, I ask them to call the delivery person inform him to drop my parcel at my home's guardhouse so they can sign and collect for me instead. after few days, I back from outstation, I receive a call from my sender informed me that my parcel has been return to the sender! WTF?! what service is this GDEX?

I wish to file a complain against your delivery guy of mobile number 017 320 6239.
Yesterday (13.6.19) at around 2.55pm I received a call in my sleep (after suffering from jet lag on returning from Europe). The caller, of mobile number 017 320 6239, said that he is from Lazada and asked if I was at home. I told him yes then he asked me to go down to the guard house to collect. I requested him to deliver to my condo unit but he kept insisting that I go to the guardhouse. I told him I would wait for him at home and hand-up. Thereafter, there was no delivery and no news from him.
I subsequently checked with Lazada. I was advised by Lazada that the he was not their deliver person and the person should be from Gdex.
It appears that your delivery person of mobile number 017 320 6239:
1. Lied to me to say that he was from Lazada when he was actually from Gdex.
2. Refused to delivery the item to the designated address. It puzzles me that he rather spent the mobile call charges and his time to negotiate with the customer than to do his job properly by delivering to the designated address.
I wish to say that Lazada's own delivery person is more reliable than Gdex, judging from the delivery services in the past one year as I often buy from Lazada. I hope Gdex is aware that Gdex's service is required if the delivery is handled expediently and professionally, otherwise, I would rather request Lazada to handle the delivery inhouse when I purchase from Lazada than to let the job handled by Gdex.
Kindly investigate and arrange for my delivery expediently.

Saya sebagai pelanggan yang menerima barangan dari perkhidmatan syarikat ini berasa amat kecewa dengan sikap pemandu yang menghantar barangan ke pejabat saya.Perkhidmatan ini saya bayar dan bukan nya percuma.Jadi tugas penghantar barang adalah menghantar barang dan bukan nya sebagai tukang komen .Ini bukan pertama kali saya terima note beserta kata-kata yang kurang sopan tetapi kali ketiga. Jadi sekiranya pelanggan tiada dipejabat, anda boleh hubungi no handphone peribadi yang telah terpampang besar di pejabat saya.Atau sekiranya malas nak hubungi no handphone, anda tinggalkan consigment note tanpa kata-kata yang tak puas hati terhadap pelanggan anda.Pejabat saya bukan ada pengawal yang jaga selama 24 jam.Saya selalu bekerja diluar kawasan malah kerani saya pula ada waktu ke bank, waktu makan atau urusan lain di luar pejabat.Pejabat saya setiap minggu ada barang yang akan sampai dari penghantar perkhidmatan lain selain dari gdex.Namun tidak pernah sekali pun saya terima rungutan dari pihak penghantar sepertimana yang saya terima dari gdex.Malah mereka sendiri(penghantar perkhidmatan lain)pun tahu untuk hubungi saya sekiranya tiada orang dipejabat saya.

This item was posted by seller on the 27th /5 but god knows whatever the reason, the item still hasn't delivered until today 3/6. I've called the customer service few times and the answers are very upsetting. I even received a call from klang utama gdex, and the staff was very rude and unprofessional, I don't think she deserved to work in customer service. She even asked me what's the item in sarcastic ways, whatever the item is, cheap or unimportant to you guys, it has to be delivered not to be kept. I paid for your service and it's not cheap. This is the worst experience with a courier company ever! Please please don't treat your customers like this ever again.

tracking my parcel and it stated ‘inbound to rompin station' and haven't move at all for 2 days. I wonder for how long it should take to arrive to rompin and eventually arrive in endau. This is not a good delivery service provider and this business should be more efficient. The company can see that lot of complains were filed here but no solution were provided to the customers as to only just wait for it. It is a bad service and very dissappointing.
