Saya order barang dengan lazada dan kenapa GDEX call untuk pick up barang d petrol pam ( caltex) tikam batu.. mcm mana GDEX hny boleh tggal barang d situ tnpa sebarang jaminan... Mcm mna kalau brg tersebut hilang sblm smpat cust.ambil.
Septutnya hntr ke rumah mcm pos laju sb sy dah bayar harga postage... Bknny free dr lazada..
Terpksa keluar 15km untuk ambil..

My parcel should be delivered today and your delivery boy called me to deliver the parcel. I did'nt pick up bcoz i'm working n my phone on silent. He message me with no intro by just mentioning 'xnk ambk brg ke'. Did gdex have standardize greeting for customer? If not, you should have one. I called him to explain and tell him to deliver to the customer service at my workplace but he keep asking where is the scott garden, decathlon, jalan klang lama. Such a nunsaince excuses. He told me that the customer service do not receive parcel. He did he know. I also one of the customer service, so I know the procedure. He end the called suddenly when I was talking. I just think maybe he is driving. I think there are ways to solve this matter in good way but personally he is rude. I work in service also so I know how hard to deal with customer but this is not the way. I apologized but this can ruin gdex reputation. Hope action will implement on this matter. P/s : I put my company name so it is easier on your side. No t happy with this situation.

Parcels were ready for pickup on 16 August 2019 but nobody came. Called your CS and referred to pickup team hotline and she suggested they had arranged for pickup on 19 Aug but nobody came. So we asked what about today? She replied ahe did not arrange for today. But if it is urgent we can bring the parcels to your Damansara depot.
What kind of courier service are you operating? How can we get your driver to come pickup our parcels before our customer decide to cancel the orders?

i am waiting for my goods, why suddenly on 15.8.2019 it has been outbound from BKI station?your part time worker refuse to send it to my workplace is acceptable, but then he refuse to send it to me just around 6 km from my waiting place and threat me to return and reject delivering the goods. i ask him politely if he cant do it, ask some one who can do it within your company.i have the evidence.please help me to settle this thing, otherwise, i will definitely make a complaint of a "tribunal pengguna" too.

My CN:MY75027026952. Delivery status shows "Undelivered due to sorry card".
I have called this morning to GDex express Penang asking for delivery at 4.30pm today (15/8/2019) and it was confirmed with driver that they can deliver at 4.30pm. I rushed home and waited since 4pm but no one shown up. Then I waited and checked my delivery status at 6.45pm, it shown "Undelivered due to sorry card".
Why? The driver not even called me! I have purposely rushing home to wait for the rider but end up nothing happen! What kind of services and promises! Please improve your service or at least called to inform the status instead of getting us waiting for you!

Dah 3 hari i punya barang system out for delivery, bila call Customer service, barang akan sampai, tgu sampai pukul 5 bla bla bla.tapi sampai hari ke 4 tak settle pun masalah tu. Call Gdex Serdang tak angkat drpd tengah hari sampai tutup, call CS nak numb driver courier tapi tak bagi, privacy katanya, tapi masalah tak selesai pun ?
kalau you all nak delay sampai 2-3 hari takpayah bagi message yang akan deliver today.

my parcel is in a very bad condition
I want to complaint the items inside my parcel is missing. I did submitted a complaint form on last Friday but until now I still can't get an explanation. I need an explanation. I shipped from China to Malaysia. There are 12 small packaging parcel inside a big parcel but I missed two items in total. The value of these 2 items is around RM70.00. I have put on the fragile sticker on the box and wrapped it properly with air bubble sheet (please refer to the picture).

Hi,
i have received a complaint from my customer that
the parcel he received was badly damaged but luckily the content inside still can be used by have a lot of bent marks. The box i used for packing is brand new but when it reached to my customer hand just like rollover vehicle even though i already put on fragile sticker.

I am disappointed with Gdex service especially Gdex Kuching branch. As per the system tracking, my parcel arrived on 19 July 2019 and delivery was not successful on the date and I am fine with it. On the 23 July 2019 still my delivery is not successfully delivery. Until now at 1526 hours yet my parcel not arrived.Kindly solve this matter efficiently.

Because the outside appeared undamaged, our customer opened the box and removed the product from its plastic wrapping. As he was blowing it up, though, he realized that there was a damage to the parts of my product as shown in the picture, which cannot be reused anymore.
I understand that he have removed the item from its packaging, but he did not cause the damage. We hope that you would take it quite seriously and make sure that such thing may not happen again.

I have been waiting for my parcel almost a week now. They call me the first time but i did not answer so i call them back they said they wanted to send and i was like okay and i have been waiting all day long, and waiting until tomorrow until Thursday. When i call back wanted to ask they said ' oh kampung pulau ha nk hntaq' and i was like what a crap that is because i had to go to kl on Friday morning. I said i was not at home and then they said they cannot keep my parcel for so long and i was like okaylaa i asked for my sister to help. Because they called me again on Friday so i was like okayla finally my parcel and then i call my sister to tell her and tomorrow she whatsapp me saying she had been waiting amd they did not come. I call them back they said they already sent. This is really ticking me off. They keep on lying. And never sent the parcel. And now i am worried about my parcel as we all know how sometimes these people tend to steal people's parcel. FYI, it was my lipstick in that parcel i wanted to bring to Korea but i do not have the chance because they did not sent me my parcel. Right now i am in korea for holiday and they ask me to go get the parcel. Stupid people. If i know they do something to my stuff imma rain hell on gdex. Plus i cannot ask for my sister to help she always busy. I can only fetch my parcel once i get back to Malaysia .

Hari ke-4 aku kena cover balik kerja aku tak sempat angkat. hari ke-5 gdex kol suruh angkat fon hari isnin, aku ok. hari isnin. hari ke-6 aku keluar rumah, aku masuk kembali tengok ada misscall dari gdex, aku kol balik tak jawab. hari isnin aku tunggu buang masa kerja aku tapi tak sampai jugak, hari selasa tak sampai jugak. aku buang masa dua hari tunggu gdex. Apa benda ni? Dah alamat tu cari ja la dulu. apa guna alamat dekat surat tu? lepas ni tak payah alamat. letak nombor fon ja, nak hantar baru kol tanya alamat. buang masa banyak dengan gdex ni.
Gdex ni syarikat lama ka baru? Ka menteri yang kerja dengan Gdex ni? Kerja sehari cuti dua hari kerja sehari cuti pulak tiga hari. Lepas tu dekat tracker kata tak dapat di kenal pasti padahal tak datang pun seperti dijanjikan. Konfirm ni mesti menteri-menteri yang hantar barang ni. Orang guna servis hangpa kot. Jangan dok melampau sangat. Tu kalau rosak barang tu aku nak kena keluar hantar baik pulak. Main-main. Patut tutup lama dah Gdex ni.
