The goods have been in the office for 3 days but have not been immediately shipped to the customer. After calling their office but they forgot to bring the goods for delivery, the most foolish reason. Customers use postal services for the sake of saving time, it's just a waste of time. I hope this kind of stupid thing doesn't happen again.
parcel not received yet gdex record show "delivered" as tracked
Goods bought from Lazada and was sent out by GDex, provided with a tracking number. After some days I try to check the parcel status, it shows:
24/09/2019 12:17:00 Delivered
24/09/2019 09:17:57 Out for delivery
At which I receive nothing until 25/09/2019, and not a single call to me as well. This is so confusing and where is the exact location of my parcel now? Your system showing "Delivered" is not the correct info at all. What is the purpose of giving tracking number with such fake info for client?

Item was sent out by vendor on 19th Sept and delivered to the stated address on the next day, Friday(20th) 10am. However, i didnt not received the item by hand. Furthermore, there was no call received from the delivery as well despite i have given my contact address piror ordering the item.
Tracking system shown the item has been succesfully delivered but with no details of the whereabout and no detail of the recipient. I have also informed this matter to Gdex Helpdesk but not much of help.
Later it was found out on Monday (wasted 2 days) that the item was left unattended in the pantry of office.
I demand explanation from GDEX as how can you allow this to happen. Parcel should be handled with care and securedly kept.
rudeness and dangerous driving
Around 11:30-12:00pm dated 20/9/19, when I with my colleague wanted to cross the road, one motorcyclist with the Gdex logo nearly band on me. He even can glaring at me although he was in the wrong side of the road. Later around 3:15pm, he came in to our office to collect documents, I remind him not to drive dangerous however he can answer me back that I can claim hospital. Is this correct way of apologize when wrong doing ?
gdex tawau refuse to send the parcel to the address
i got a whatsapp text from gdex tawau asking me to collect for my parcel.but i already ask to send my parcel to the address that written.but they said no service for that. why? didnt they suppose to deliver the parcel? why we need to collect it at their office? didnt we pay for that service? whats the purpose im using gdex service if they cant deliver it to my door? what kind of service you offer? i better use poslaju lah if its like this, useless service.now i have to pay for runner service to help me to collect my parcel, it so wasted!
bad handling service
I am fhazila, with contact no +[protected] and address no37, jalan taming kiri 10, taman taming jaya, 43300 seri kembangan. I am the sender of parcel with tracking no MY66001051508. I sent the parcel on 11/9. I have wrapped my parcel which contains a laptop with a lot of bubble wrap & put a fragile sticker on parcel before sending. But when it reached the recipient today (18/9), my laptops are crashed in a really bad condition which this could cause by someone throwing it hardly. I am not sure on how you guys doing your work but throwing someone parcel even the parcel have fragile sticker is really an ethical issue that you guys really need to resolve. This is my first time using gdex and this going to be my last time.
I hope I can get reimbursement because that is a brand new laptop and cost RM3, 000.

Happen every time im expecting delivery from GDex. Same excuse from GDex "undelivered due to access not allowed" even i never receive call from the driver. I still receiving my others purchase from different courier services on the same day GDex driver attempts to deliver. Please check why GDex Serdang always giving excuse to deliver to my address. Not only happen to me, also few of my friends here. Happen once, driver suddenly call asking either i still need this item, because they dont want to come to the address, and ask us to collect from GDex Serdang. Please check and take action on this, because whenever we bought something online and receive tracking code which is GDex tracking code, we already know there will be trouble.

Communication within office internal staff and driver very BAD.
I had click for rescheduled my parcel. But driver still don't know and still sending and call me say nobody there.
After that I follow up back my parcel by calling to the branch and I let them know also my place is an office open until 5.30 pm and please deliver before 5.30pm.
For next day, 4 pm I do not receive and I call again and tell them I close at 5.30pm, please tell driver deliver the parcel before 5.30pm. BUT the staff call me to call the driver my own!
What is this service ?!
Then I also feel never mind I call myself, but can't call in.
When 6.42pm I had received a message say unsuccessful deliver my parcel!
I already told many time I'm closed at 5.30pm!

products damage while reach my customer place
On 10/9/19, I sent parcel to my customer in Sg Petani. Is a 10 steps ladder. Wrapping in nice packing and stick with Fragile notes, took photo before and after packing of my goods as well. But when reach my customer place on today, my customer complain one of the ladder leg is dented. Ladder is a safety things and my customer need to climb up high so he is angry of it and want us take action. He need the ladder desperately and is far for him to arrange return to us in KL. Need your feedback ASAP.
my parcel was missing
Have 2boxes should be arrived at GDEX Muar branch. But only 1box arrived and another 1box left at GDEX HQ Petaling Jaya. I cant accept this situation because both boxes in the same tracking number. So how I can trace my another box at HQ? Because when I trace using same tracking number, it shows both boxes at GDEX Muar. I tried call GDEX HQ Petaling Jaya and the didnt noticed this error until I called them..And I call GDEX HQ Petaling Jaya since yesterday but they still cant trace another box. Seriouslyyyy?
failed attempt which might not even happen
I received notification of delivery today under tracking # GAM009580956.
I have my door widely open waiting for the delivery. Didn't seem to see any delivery attempt but by end of the day, stated as attempt failed. Did the parcel really deliver or just simply assumed no one at home ?
I will check with guardhouse tomorrow as all delivery personnel will be escort by the guard to the door step. If your delivery personnel attempting for a delivery, should have a record at guardhouse.

This is not my 1st time experience with bad service for Gdex Kota Kinabalu, Sabah branch. I m making online purchase from Kuala Lumpur to Kota Kinabalu, the parcel has been picked up by Gdex on 30/08/2019 and i haven't received it till today (12 days). Called the office to check my parcel the counter just ask me to wait. Tracking no.: GAM005761778 :(

I have been calling the customer service since yesterday. What they all told were they will get back to me. But none of them did.
At last one of your spokesperson who called Ms Amirah, promised to me that the parcel will be delivered latest by today (Saturday). Till now 1630 I have yet to receive my parcel.
And now, no one is available to answer the phone as they all has went back for weekend. I need my parcel urgently! Is that what you called efficiency?

I am Ivy Tan Yin Shuin, living at Angkasa Condominium, Cheras. I am supposed to receive my parcel with the tracking number CNMYG0014638601 yesterday (05/09/2019). However, I waited for hours but the delivery man was not here as I expected. When I went for shower, I received missed call from this number - +60136361824, which was from the delivery man. I redialled this number but the delivery man's attitide was bad. He was unpatiently telling me that he had left as he was in a rush for delivery at other places. When I was about to ask him what time will he deliver the parcel the next day, he hung up my call without letting me finish my sentence. I hope this will not happen again because this is the delivery man's mistake, instead of the customer. Thanks.

My name is Mohd Hafizuddin Khan Bin Norkhan (Receiver for: MY43071006067), (Receiver address: No.36, Jalan PJS 10/3, Taman Subang Indah, 46000 Petaling Jaya, Selangor). I am the recipient of the courier. I had checked my parcel shipment status today and found that the shipment status was unsuccessful due to the recipient had shifted ("Undelivered due to Consignee Shifted"). This is an unacceptable and unprofessional incident on your part because the whole day I was at the address and this is not the first time I had received parcels through courier delivery. I also did not receive any phone calls from your courier guy/despatch while my phone number was stated in the consignment slip.

Shipment (motorcycle) arrived on 30th aug 2019 at gdex seri iskandar . However on 31st aug is national day thus it might closed due to public holiday. However on monday the premise still closed. Thus not fair that the day after 31st aug were charge on me. As i go check up the premise everyday to pick up my motorcycle. Service that you're company provides were really bad. Premise still closed even that's not public holiday or replacement public holiday. Slow service.

Your service very suck.. The item is an urgent item and I trust gdex the better courier to send out as soon as possible with expensive cost that I have paid!

Today I received a call from courier man named Sazli from GDEX Kajang Prima. Address to receiver written by the sender was faulty. I missed one call from this courier man. Second time he called, i picked up the phone and he said he sent the parcel to this faulty address and someone signed the parcel. However, i told the courier man politely that the address was faulty and my address is just nearby him. He raise his voice and said he already sent the parcel and why I didn't picked up the phone at the first place. I may not using Gdex courier any longer as I experienced a very bad situation with your sadistic staff.
This man was rude. No manners talking to customers. He sent the parcel to the wrong address. He said in Malay ‘kalau tak puas hati kita jumpa'. I am so disappointed that Gdex hire a courrier man who act like a gangster when dealing with customer. Now due to his bad action, I have to wait for two days to receive my parcel.

GDEX operation/delivery team's performance is unacceptable.
I have a Lazada Order due to be delivered today (27/08/19) as per the app it's out for delivery.
I purposely took a LEAVE OF ABSENCE from work to expect the delivery and receive it at my home which is my shipping address.
The whole day nothing came and suddenly I would receive a notification in my Lazada App that the delivery was not successful. I tracked and it says "due to SORRY CARD".
I called the customer service to clarify and they said that the courier people reported that there's no one at home hence the result.
The delivery or the courier team is very irresponsible. They didn't even bother to call my phone number! The customer said they repeatedly called and no one answers, my phone has never failed to accept calls or any other notifications for that matter, regardless the weather condition or whatever force of nature's problem. On top of that, the delivery people could have rang my bloody doorbell to notify the people inside of their presence.
And yet they chose to not do any of those.
This is unacceptable and a very very bad image.
The only reason I could think of why its unsuccessful was due to the very heavy rain the whole afternoon. Which might have made it difficult for them to deliver in fear of damaging the goods. IF THIS HAD BEEN THE REASON AND NOT "DUE TO SORRY CARD & NO OWNER AND NO ONE ANSWERS PHONE CALL" I would've been more understanding. But these reasons put the customers to blame. Not only I am blamed, I also had to waste a day's paid working day just to wait for this irresponsible people.
You should screen the competency of your workers.

Customer service called me back as I requested to be updated if its possible to re-attempt delivery today. They said that its impossible today and that they would attempt again tomorrow. And I asked if they could give priority to send as early as they can, the answer I got was "we cannot guarantee but they will deliver tomorrow"
So Am I to take another LEAVE and what if they dont show up again or suddenly I get another unsuccessful notification?
