product being thrown without informing
bought a product on lazada and was informed that the parcel will arrive within 14th and 21st of december 2018. The parcel is delivered on 13th which is good for the early delivery. BUT, i was not at home by the time the postman arrived, and my parcel is being "put" on a far place from the gate. I am pretty sure no one's hand could reach that distance. The point is my parcel is fragile. This is so not professional service from a delivery company. Lucky enough for me, the seller wrapped the thing with few layers of bubble wrap so the parcel isn't broken.
goods lost/ being stolen
I received my parcel on 26 Oct 2018, but found that one of the box inside my parcel has been open, the things inside the box has been stolen. Then i went to the Gdex centre which located at Paya Terubong to lodge a report. The customer service lady said will report to HQ and give me a report no to trace. However, after the report for one month plus, i still haven't receive any new from HQ. I tried to called and the staff said they need to refer to the merchant in China. I said this is nothing related to the seller, but is a stolen case in your branch. Or do u need me to lodge a police report regarding the stolen case?
pekerja gdex yang tidak beradab
Hai. Saya ingin membuat aduan mengenai pekerja gdex cawangan batu pahat, johor. Dia seorang pekerja gdex yang gemok, berkulit gelap. Datang menghantar bungkusan saya di rumah dengan menaiki motorsikal. Beliau telah mencampak bungkusan saya dengan kuat di pintu pagar rumah. Beliau juga tidak memberi salam. Jiran saya cuba mendekati beliau untuk minta tanda tangan di borang beliau. Tapi beliau dengan wajah yg angkuh terus menendang pintu pagar rumah saya dan memecut laju motorsikalnya. Saya merasakan ini berpunca kerana saya tidak sempat mengangkat telifon beliau sewaktu proses penghantaran kerana saya sedang bekerja ketika itu. Tolonglah, beritahu pekerja anda untuk menjaga adab. Pintu pagar yang pekerja anda tendang, siapa nk ganti? Barang saya yang pekerja tersebut baling, siapa nk tanggung? Pihak kami mempercayai anda. Sebab itu kami gunakan servis anda. Tapi kenapa jadi macam ni? Sila ambil tindakan ye. Pekerja gdex cawangan batu pahat. Ini bukan kali pertama terjadi pada saya. Tapi berulang kali. Tolong. SILA AMBIL TINDAKAN. Terima kasih

Tracking status stated that I've received my own parcel on 5/12 at 15:38, but actually i didn't get anything, I want to know who was the one deliver the parcel to the location coz I can't find any parcel in my house now! I want to get my parcel as the items inside the parcel are very important and urgent! I wnat to know where's the parcel now and I want to get it back, I need a reasonable explanation from u guys and reparations my loss for this case. I hope u guys will solve this problem as soon as possible.

I have made a purchase through Lazada on 27/11/2018. Immediately, the delivery status updated as 'parcel packed and will be handed over to our delivery partner Seller Own Fleet MY'. As I will be away since 30/11/2018, I had attempted to contact Lazada to check the status of my parcel. There was no updates until I received a call from Gdex delivery man on 30/11/2018 that my parcel had arrived. I then requested if I can self pick up on 3/12/2018 which the delivery man said he will arrange for me and the office opens until 9pm.
When I just came back from my overseas trip and arrived at the airport on 3/12/2018 @ 5.30pm, I called to Gdex immediately and was told by Mira that the office was closing now and I cant pick up my parcel on the same day. I then re-arranged to deliver to parcel to my registered address the next working day.
On 4/12/2018, I called at 12.30pm to enquire about my parcel, Cik Suhaila told me the parcel was still sat at the PJ HQ and no status updated. I then informed her to update me the status (either to deliver to my office, but if did not manage to, I did not mind to collect it myself). Cik Suhaila told me she will get the person in charge to contact me. No calls until 3.30pm when I called Ms Jaya who gave me the same answers. I waited until 5.24pm and called again and was given the same answers and was told that she does not have any contact number for PJ HQ to follow up my case. I was then put on hold for 5 min without getting any response. I called again immediately and the customer service lady told me she will forward my request through email and someone will call me back. Finally when I was put through to En Zulhafis, he told me their system status only showed that I will pick up my parcel myself. When I requested for an explanation, he does not have any and he said he had no idea what was going on. I then managed to talk to Mr Jason who told me that their office opens until 10pm and system only showed that I will pick up the parcel myself which no status was updated that I demand for the parcel to be delivered to my registered address.
I would like to demand for an explanation why such a delay and ridiculous system to trace my parcel and why different reasons were given by the customer service. They are apparently not well trained and seem to be clueless what was going on.

Dear all, I want to complain for "Gdex Kepong Branch" courier services are no responsible to call for infront when can't find receipt ppl and my thing until now haven receipt yet, the courier services are so bad for my track number is MY43045361293! Friday (30/11/2018) i miss collect, but the courier put the slip at my house door only and mention "collect office" at kepong branch. Saturday(1/12/2018) 10am, i come office to collect . Admin told me my thing haven reach there office and say they boy just now morning have delivery again, we also miss collect, admin reason say " we miss out, and house are no ppl".
Besides, I want to complain as following:
1) Why courier boy when reach are no call to infront for us to collect.
2) My dad is at house on Saturday (1/12/2018) for all times and my dad say didn't see courier ppl come.
3) Tacking number result show on 1/12/2018 for out deliveey 9.05am, miss collect for 9.06am, it is wait for 1minutes only?
4) 30/11/2018 have infront for us to collect from office, but they sendiri out delivery and no call to infront, it is very no responsible.
5) It is courier for 2 times only when miss collect?
6) The thing haven reach Gdex office for kepong branch yet.
7) My thing very urgent!

After check the map, I just realised gdex office is quite to my delivery address.
I highly suspected gdex purposelt not sending my parcel.

My item no MY30051858919 from Diladin Unggul Kulim went missing since 19 Nov 2018. I've called Gdex call centre 4 times since Thursday 22 Nov 2018 when I see the status of my item as "DELIVERED" in the system, which I don't receive at all! There is no attempted call made to my mobile number [protected] on the said date and the call centre also do nothing about it. They promised to contact me again when I asked about details of the receiver such as IC no etc. Only today I was informed that the receiver's name is COP and I know nobody of that name at my office! So FRUSTRATED WITH YOUR HORRIBLE SERVICE, GDEX! My item went missing and you guys did not do anything about it! Who will be responsible for my loss? The sender are kind enough and posted the item very fast. PLEASE DO SOMETHING! I WANT MY ITEM BACK! WHOEVER TOOK IT. I WANT IT BACK. OTHERWISE I WANT FULL COMPENSATION FOR MY LOSS! I would like to complain the guys who sending parcel for me, cuz when he arrived my place and wait me within 10 min. But i'm not in house so I told my friends to help me get it. But that guys keep rushing! So he told me he's waiting for a long time, he will go other places 1st than send it back to me. Again! He keep rushing my friends and the lift was slowly, so when my friends go down he already leave. And I call and message him, and wait him for a long time (1hour), it is very irresponsible of him not to answer my call and message. The attitude was very bad and no patience!

I've complaint twice to KPDNKK and Lazada but to no avail. I bought a tv on 17/11/2018 tru Lazada order no [protected]. I didn't received the GDex tracking number. On 22/11/2018, GDex Bahau, N Sembilan called me to self pick up . The parcel was 40 km away from my house. It happened back in 2016, order no lazada : [protected], it happened the same. And same to my friends. Before purchased, I would make sure the delivery area covered and CONFIRM my area was in. I paid for the shipping to make sure that my parcel should be delivered right in front of my house .
I want to request GDex Bahau to make delivery right to your customer's hand. I will find the right channel to bring this matter up.
unprofessional staff and undeliverable item for more than 10 days
I still yet to receive the item yesterday and tracking system showing "refuse to accept"?! Is this your service standard? Never deliver the item and just simply update the status as "refuse to accept". When did your despatch send the item? and where did he send to? Who refuse to accept it if he was there? Please clarify it and make a refund to my loss.
In addition, your despatch is so rude and unprofessional when dealing with customer. He did called me yesterday to ask about my home location. But should a despatch call customer as "AMOI" and talking rudely to the customer? Same person called for few times to ask about the same question - "where is your house" and i've explained for so many times but yet still never send the item as promised. It's really unbelievable that a well known courier company's service is so terrible. Please educate and train your despatch to be more polite and professional.
I am really very disappointed on your service. Where to find a courier company that need more than 10 days to deliver an item to customer?! And yet I still never receive it until to-date since 10 days ago that posted out by the sender.
the attitude of people in charge and staff
I have a parcel that didn't received. I have a phone call from staff who send the parcel tell that my house don't have people can help to receive and sign so give me a sorry card. but while calling in the phone, I asked him to wait a while because I have to call my neighbour to help me and he close the phone call. and then I go to website to check and it showed it is a "problem" (undelivery) due and it have send back to office. and I go to office in tun hussein onn. of course we need to complain that the staff to know the reason why my parcel do not have send it correctly and again. but the staff don't have tell me well and they expound us when we are asking anything. there fire I think that your company must train your staffs and please change another ways to send parcel.
Ex: I always cannot received parcel in my free time and after send twice they are not send again and need us to go to office to take parcel ourself. please change another ways and let customer to set the time to receive thanks.

service delivery - unethical behaviour
On 19th nov, around 1.40pm I received a call [protected]) stating that he, the rider has arrived at my condo guardhouse. the rider rudely insisted that I pick up the item myself from guardhouse eventhough I told him I am at office and there is people at home. he insist me to pick up the item from the guardhouse and ask for ic number as proof of receipt.
When questioned why he don't want to go up to the unit and deliver the parcel, he said that he has a lot place to go today. what sort of reason and service is this?
How can we give out ic number without first seeing the parcel? as such he has left the place together with the parcel. is this gdex sop to leave items unattended at the guardhouse. who bears the responsibility if the parcel is lost?

Im not complaining about overall gdex.. only in langkawi. I really feel better close ur business in langkawi. u can get ur service rview in google itself. how screwed up it is. I do use gdex in klang and kl.. they deliver on time or earlier.. but langkawi very terrible. seriously dissapointed. if not enough staf cannot manage please close. we can use other courier service. n our suppliers also use other services to deliver item to us. please dont simply hold items for 1 week. any problems contact us.
undelivered parcel on time
My parcel should be in front of my door step 3 days ago, but when I checked the aftership tracking method, it went from 1 station to another station, ended up going back to the same station, at last to another last station. and 16/11 9.00am was the only last update about my parcel. havent got any updates about my parcel (17/11), they said will be despatch by today (17/11), but I didnt receive any updates about my stuff nor phone calls was made why does it took so long to reach my place.
