09 november - call pickup untuk ambil parcel, dah bagitahu yang parcel ini kecik motor boleh bawak tak tahu macam gdex office arrange, lorry yang datang ambil, driver tu marah cakap company kami tipu dy.
13 november - call pickup sekali lagi untuk parcel, tiada siapa pun datang pickup.
14 november - call sekali lagi untuk re-pickup, alasan driver reject pickup kami sebab kami cheated, so dia aim company kami dan taknak ambil pickup.
15 november - call sekali lagi dan masih sama tiada pickup yang datang.
Kat sini saya nak bagitahu untuk driver lorry gdex branch brp, bila kami call untuk pickup document, driver motor marah cakap lain kali call untuk parcel, bila call untuk pickup parcel driver lorry marah sampai aim company kami, dah korang nak kami buat apa? kami company furniture barang yang selalu kami hantar skru cabinet, roda. barang kecik je, dah call cakap motor boleh bawak, tapi korang arrange lorry yang datang. lepas tu sampai nak aim company kami tu dah kenapa? sekarang ni yang salah office yang arrange pickup tu! please take note!

I had rescheduled my parcel delivery from 13/11 to 15/11/2018 (today). at 11.54 am today, I received sms saying that the rider was on the way to deliver.
I'd been waiting the whole day at home for the delivery. however, at 7pm, I received email from gdex saying "undelivered due to hold for reattempt date". I felt so frustrated with the service. i'd cancelled my other appointment just to wait for an undelivered parcel. what a waste of time!
I faced the same experience as you today.

I'm not sure what kind of service is this? just a freaking parcel have to resend for how many times and till now I still haven't get my parcel yet? if i'm not in rush I don't mind to wait for it? or is there any other way to get back my parcel by myself?
As such a huge logistic company and this happened for not understandable reason? can you tell me what is undelivered due to "held back in office"? is this a reason that i've to bare? also, please tell me how to avoid of using your logistic company if I want to purchase things from others country? if you all really can't handle the parcel might as well just close the whole company. I really couldn't wait anymore!

I received a call from GDEX (phone num: 03-[protected]) on 12th Nov 2018 to arrange a delivery on 13th Nov 2018.
On 13th Nov, at around 3pm I received a call [protected]) stating that he, the rider has arrived at my condo lobby.
The rider rudely insisted that i pick up the item myself from lobby (in fact, on usual practice, GDEX will deliver straight to house door).
He was telling if i do not pick up the item myself from lobby, he will leave without delivering if time does not permit.

Such service is not only disappointing, but also frustrating knowing GDEX is a MNC with great reputation.

selamat petang GDEX,
saya Afikah, pelanggan lazada. saya sering beli barang di dalam lazada. kadang pihak GDEX akan menghantar barang yg di beli. isu nya disini, cara pihak gdex hantar telah membuat saya tidak selesa. Ok, saya duduk di flat. jadi harini saya menerima panggilan ([protected]) dari gdex mengatakan barang telah sampai dan minta saya turun ke bawah dan mengambil nya. saya tidak ada dirumah kerana kerja kecuali mak saya je ada. jadi saya minta pihak gdex hantar ke atas. tapi pihak gdex memberi alasan mengatakan, 'saya bawak lori ni cik, saya tak bole naik ke atas takut barang customer hilang'. saya in bertanya, adakah ini cara penghantaran pihak gdex? adakah lori pihak gdex tiada pintu? bukan sekali pihak gdex buat begini. Mohon pencerahan.

This message was sent to me yesterday. poor service indeed. why not leave the parcel at the guardhouse? every other delivery service does exactly that: deliver the goods.
Not gdex. they insist on ringing you, even if you are not available during the day. I just spoke to a customer service lady from gdex calked ayu who tells me they will ring the customer, then ask the ic number before they leave any parcel at the guardhouse. this is a ridiculous procedure. I believe this company is too inflexible to follow simple instructions from a customer. I spell it out again:leave the parcel at the guardhouse. do not ring me first. I know it's coming, I told you to deliver it, so do that. do not waste my time by adding unnecessary steps of burocracy.
This is not the first time gdex caused me problems. last time I ended up driving to the depot myself to collect my parcel. again, the delivery failed miserably, after several attempts. that time the excuse was that my parcel was too valuable to leave with the guardhouse. they do not trust my guards? well, I do. that's why they work for me. my thanks to the kind staff at the depot, they helped me and located my parcel, even though it was late in the day.

As a Lazada Seller, I am officially complain the person who in charged the delivery (Petaling Jaya Branch - [protected]) for the tracking number of GAM000922080, because my client did not receive the parcel, and the system show 'delivered'. The person in charge called my client before he deliver, but my client was not in his house at the moment, so my client ask the person in charge to open the gate and put his parcel at his parking place, in front of his car, or send back to branch, my client can go and take, but the person in charge promised to send to my client hosue. After that when my client reached his home, he didn't see any parcel in front of his car, and he asked the guard house, the guard house said no record for GDex delivery. So my client called the person in charge, the person in charge still remember this case, but the person in charge couldn't answer my client's simple question, such as colour of the car and gate. Therefore, I hope that Gdex would be able to investage this person in charge, and give me a reasonable reason so that I can explain to my client. Thank you.

What happend to gdex? I bought something from taobao and they sent the item via gdex. You sent me the tracking number and I check the status the item is out for delivery. Then I wait at my house and my house have so many people at home but your staff dint ring the bell or what? I check the status again there mention item undelivered due to sorry card? I called the customer service, they told me yr staff have come but nobody at home and ask me whether got receive a sorry card ornot? Again? Whats up? We have so many people at home! No call no ring bell, how I know when your staff come to my house? and no card.
Dont try to lie with customer please, that parcel is very urgent for us. Please arrange yr staff send the parcel by today. I need the parcel urgently. And please make sure yr staff call me before they send or whatever. Dont try to lie to customer.

I have received the sms by gdex said that will send the parcel today, so i keep tracking my parcel online, until afternoon, status was show Undelivered due to Sorry Card. But whole day i was home, and dint see any gdex staff, even no ring the bell or what. I called the customer service, and the staff told me undelivered because addressee was not at home and a Sorry card was left to notify. Staff say cant send it on next day (Tue), cause of public holiday & and cant confirm me can send it by Wed, still need arrange. OK, FINE, i wait.

Hmm.. Did gdex send me the parcel on wed? i was at home for the whole day too, never receive my parcel, never receive sms said u r coming today, no one of the gdex staff ring the bell. Even the sorry card that u mention. OMG? whats wrong? no one of yr gdex staff send me the parcel, and u tell me sorry card? so and wheres the sorry card? where?

Gdex, you failed to pick up today. This happened before. Its very frustrating when this happens. Each failed pick up means delay in delivery to our customers. If you can't manage logistic business properly then might as well close them. You customer service don't even reply to our emails pertaining our complaint. I am very sure you have more than one vehicle to perform pick up. I seriously don't care what problem you are facing - but this ends now.

Im studying in muadzam shah so I expected for my stuff to go to muadzam shah but instead, my parcel went to kluang johor. the first item went there back-to-back from pj-klu? then this time, they repeat the same mistake. my second parcel went to kluang again not once! but twice? what the [censored] are you guys doing gdex? you want to repeat it for the sixth time? im so hopeless because lazada only choose to provide gdex as they trusted courier service! Received 3 call back from gdex and mentioned as parcel will be re-send again on 27oct 11am-1pm but not at all!

You gdex guys are you still working in the company or not? why none of you are answering n giving us a proper statements? until we have to keep on calling you guys several time then only will get to your call. again and again incident happening with you guys gdex. yesterday, one of my colleague called up you ipoh branch to come and collect the parcel.. no one arrived to collect the parcel.. the next day morning, the same colleague of mine whom called up the day before, called up again one of your staff and asked? they are so irresponsible can tell us that may be the system is down so due to that they never update the system properly. how irresponsible n careless staff are yours can reply to customers like that. is that you gdex giving us free service? in this year, 4 to 5 times we are getting over like this with gdex.. . ipoh and kl branch is it worst branch n staff ever I could see..

I am inclined to make a complaint here that the GDex delivery man was so annoying. He called me to ask whether I was home ot not, I told him I will be at home in roughly 10 mins. He insisted to delivery the parcel to the shop I was there which made me wait for him till almost an hour there and I had to rush to work after that. GDex is so inconvenient and not flexible at all. Besides, the customer service sucks, the skudai branch never pick up my phone call. SUCKS!
And I've been calling customer care line nd the delivery man number it's switched off, nd pls must we finish paying the charges inclined on d parcel before bringing it

I would like to make a complaint that GDEX COMPANY have to seriously look into this and take the full responsible into your service provided.
1) I received a parcel from China Taubau CN CNMYG [protected] which i purchased 10/10/2018.
2) The parcel received was open and stick back with cellop tape, 1st i though it was custom necessary checking, is normal, it was happen every time when my parcel was received and i accepted the goods.
3) This time, the goods received was short very seriously - 15pcs in Green colour - 20 sided dies. This is first time short goods received from your company - GDEX.
Please advise, how your management look into this happening, please give me an explaination, reply me ASAP.
I had bought several items from Tao Bao and one of my item was missing while I tried to open the parcel. The parcel was opened and the shirt was stolen which left over the empty plastic bag.

I am very angry, a big transportation company. In a small town for six days, I was unable to deliver the goods to my hand. After receiving the information for six days, I will deliver the goods. I have never been there. My address is not the home but the store. I am from the morning eight. The point is half open until 5:30 pm. I try to call up gdex few times and the team told me that they will help me to follow up and respond. However no news. Subsequently I had log a case, reference nos 921592, address to ms syahidah and team but takes long time to receive feedback. Any possible to help to speed up investigation process? I am a client who made an e-banking in shopping online in Penang, Bayan Lepas area. I've been calling since 10th this month, and until today no one picked up the phone during working hours. I've tried three numbers: 03-[protected], 03-[protected], [protected]. I want to ask about my consignment's whereabouts. I've tracked and it's currently in Johor Bahru I have no idea why. I called multiples of times wanting to know a confirmation so I can pick it up at the nearest station around me, since the consignment fail to reach at the location I have provided in my address input. I hope I get a reply soon from Gdex authortities. It has been consuming my time in trying to solve this problem.

Hi, we would like to make a report about our damage item. We have call for pick-up for parcel on 14/09/18 consignment no.: MY40095161837 but due to the urgency we had send the item to your warehouse ourself. After few days the item not received and we are informed the item is lost. So our staff been to your warehouse on 21/09/18 to search for it and found the item is littering somewhere (as in picture attached). After the item found, you guy further delay the delivery to 24/09/18. From the date we call for pickup till the actual delivery date it has been 10 days!
The worst thing is the item received is damage here and there.
