- selepas menerima mesej tersebut saya telah menghubungi customer service gdex di no telefon "[protected]" pada pukul 11.35am. Saya telah memberitahu berkenaan mesej yang saya terima dan bertanyakan kenapa tiada orang datang ke rumah untuk membuat penghantan.
- pertugas tersebut telah membuat semakkan di dalam sistem dan memaklumkan semula bahawa"penghantaran telah dilakukan pada hari semalam (21.07.2022) dan ulasan yang dimaklumkan adalah courier tidak boleh memasuki kawasan ini iaitu pangsapuri lagoon perdana". Pada 21.07.2022 saya ada menerima mesej miscall dari no yang tidak dikenali dan saya menghubungi semula tetapi tidak dijawab. Line telefon di kawasan ini sangat terhad terutama telco celcom. Saya juga telah memberi no telefon kedua (no telefon suami) kepada petugas.
- sepanjang saya tinggal disini tiada apa-apa isu berkenaan courier yang tidak dibolehkan memasuki kawasan ini. Saya juga telah menghubungi pihak management pangsapuri lagoon perdana ([protected]-no management) untuk bertanyakan tentang situasi ini dan pihak management maklum "tidak pernah menyekat mana-mana courier untuk masuk membuat penghantaran. Cuma untuk barangan besar seperti perabot sahaja yang courier kena turun isi borang (alamat dan no kenderaan). Setakat barang kecil atau document, pihak courier boleh masuk terus.
- jika tidak mahu masuk ke dalam kawasan ini jagan membuat ulasan yang menyatakan"tidak boleh masuk". You are not the only courier in malaysia. Sedangkan courier lain tidak pernah ada permasalahan seperti ini. Jadi jangan gunakan ulasan yang tidak logik. Jika document tersebut tidak penting saya boleh consider. Tapi document tu penting.

VERY rude delivery driver
9.28 am : Called from the driver stating that I will have a delivery at 12pm. He asked for my last IC no.
(My parcel hasnt arrived and he already asked for my IC no? I told him i cant give unless i have received it)
He then rudely say "you better be on time then"
12.02 pm: He called and told me he is on the way and ask me to come down now (tone is rude as well)
(when i came down and wait, I didnt see anyone so i called at 12.06pm)
12.06 pm: He asked where am I, he is at the guard house. At this point I didn't know what area he is at because i dont have guard house. So i asked where is his location. He answered rudely and even more rudely when he found out there is nobody home (its at my parents house in Penang) (First of all I do not know what item is the delivery- i didnt buy anything)
He said very rudely " your own purchase also you dont know what is it"
After that i called my mom to clarify and she doesnt know what is the item either. and i was told our guard house needed photo to claim the item. So i tried to call him back twice - he ignore my calls. The third time he answered. when i ask him if he can help to take a picture. I remember clearly he said "CIS" and say "Do you know im not in that area anymore? I cant take picture for you" and i told him my situation and he said "no, you settle yourself"
When i ask which delivery platform and his name. After telling me his name and company. He said "You want to complain? complain la" and off my call.

Worst courier service
My item was out for delivery since morning and I waited until evening also not yet arrived. Called GDex and they told me the lorry breakdown and go back to office already. At the end my item will only be resend on Monday since today is Saturday. I don't understand why the lorry can get back to the office but cannot reach my house? I check the GDex location there are so many branches here but they only have one lorry? One lorry breakdown cannot send another lorry? This is so ridiculous! I'm really urgent for my parcel and because of this I can only get my thing after few days even though it supposed to arrived by today! So far the worst courier service that I have met!
Delivery truck dangerous driving
On 15 May 22, 11:10pm your delivery truck (BPD 325) almost hit my car. He aggressively cut me from behind and straight turn in to cut my lane. Without care about other driver, he is driving a truck, the side of the truck almost hit the front of my car. Sincerely hope you would take action against the driver. Thanks

Rude rider
On 25th April 2022, roughly around 12.50pm, Gdex rider delivered an item to my house. And that time my parent at home to collect the item. According to my mom, she politely requested the courier man to put the parcel on top of gate pillar because she got walking problem so it will takes time for her to walk to him. To her surprise, he rudely reply to her "you tak boleh datang ambil and mau itu barang atau tak" even after my mom explained to him that she got walking problem.
His rudeness makes my mom angry and asked him why is he being so rude.

Hi GDEX,
Here i would like to make a complaint for the delay shipment of my item (MY40440225186) where it is still not move out from address Petaling Jaya since it been posted on 17 January 2022. i am very disappointed with this situation. Please help to expedite the delivery as i need it urgent. i have called customer service careline and they keep on giving me the same feedback, so far they (customer service) have no info or update what causing the delay.
Unpleasant / inconvenience behavior of gdex sandakan delivery man

I am writing to complain the poor service and unpleasant behavior of the same delivery man in GDEX Sandakan. This is the third times I encounter bad experience with that delivery man. My points are:
1. He refuses to send my parcel to my address. I observe, every time this delivery man's turns to deliver my Shaklee's parcel, he will call to know where I am whereabouts. At 19 / 1 / 2022 I was at my workplace unable to pick up the the phone since I was teaching. I rang the phone number it turns out he reported me to GDEX Sandakan and asked me to take my IMPORTANT parcel to the counter.
Notes: He was already in front my home but refuse to give the parcel to my other family members.
2. I am aware that, my other Shaklee's parcel was delivered by other GDEX SANDAKAN delivery man was smoothly delivered even though I was not at home (received by my family members). Usually I have no issue. Only with the mentioned delivery man I always frustrated and unhappy. Since the Shaklee Products are for customers.
3. Once I reported to GDEX Sandakan due to the same issue. I was unpleasant because he called my phone number trying to reprimanded me. This is super unethical and inconvenience
My hope is to get all my Shaklee's parcel smoothly delivered next time.

Lying on the delivery
The delivery suppose done on last Thursday 16 December evening, while we're waiting for the delivery. But when I check online tracking around 8:9pm, the system showing failure delivery due to no present, and sorry card have been dropped.
We got a problem here, we're waiting at home and there is no delivery on that day.

Hi Gdex,
I demand your explanation of solid reason of why taking 7 days to deliver a parcel from Parit Buntar to Pulau Pinang whereby the travelling hour just requires ONLY one hour trip.
On top of that, we have made at least 5 calls to GDEX in daily basis to request for expediting the shipment, yet no answer was given and we were just asked to wait for update.
My customer even called GDEX Penang yesterday and your staff there even requested my customer to pick up by herself and reason given is the whole Pg GDEX site is going for vaccination. What a good excuse to totally push away your responsibility.
I would like this to be addressed in management level by GDEX, i do not see urgency in your work nor action to meet your customer need!
Please get back to me asap!

Parcel not delivered to home
I already faced this problem quite a long time and keep facing it until today. Every time use this gdex courier, i have been asked to pick my parcel by myself in stationery store in Triang, which located besides the BSN bank. The distance from my house to the store is about 30 minutes. It is so troubling and annoying. As we know, during this pandemic, we must limit our movement. People bought things online so that i can be delivered at our homes. All i can say is the service provided by GDex Triang is so poor. At least, they can put parcels in Sinar Utama which is nearer. People pay the postage, but they still told us to pick out parcel by ourself. Where's the logic? If they dont want to deliver, then they themselves should quit being an agent. Other courier does not even have problem to deliver parcels in my home. Why should gdex got problem? I hope this complaint can improve this problem.
Desired outcome: Delivered parcels at home instead of telling people to pick up in stationary store in Gdex Triang.

17/7/2021 : My parcel MY15002351186 was sent to GDEX for delivery.
29/7/2021 : It was still pending undelivered at GDEX. WhatsApp customer service and promised will check. Then someone called and informed agent didn't pickup parcel because there were too few to be collected, so reluctant to deliver as to reduce costing which was unacceptable excuse. I have paid for EXPRESS CHARGES and that was the reason given for not delivering my parcel.
2/8/2021 : Parcel still pending at GDEX. WhatsApp customer service again. Still checking was the answer which was EXTREMELY ABSURB. Was informed Ms Nirosha was the person handling my case but seemed she did not bother to solve my problem. Promised to call me back on 2/8 but did not do so. I have to feedback to my customers as they are waiting for the parcel urgently and who is going to pay for the loss. I am really disappointed with GDEX. Please check ASAP.

Parcel has been hold and still not deliver to customer for 5 days...

My Parcel was delay and upon e-tracking checking, my parcel has been hold in the Gdex Segambut branch since last updated on 21/7/2021 ("Inbound to SEG station (Segambut)"). No further update after 21/7/2021 upon cheking on e-tracking.
I call Customer service since last Saturday (24/7/2021), the agent said will ask the Segambut Gdex branch to ask why Parcel is holding without delivery. Promised to call me back to update status. However she didn't call back and Never follow up my case.
Whatsaap the customer service at [protected] & I have raise the case for this shipment. Again in the whatsaap stated will follow up closely and promise to revert also NO Reponses and action..
POOR customer service, Empty Promised with no action taken... LOUSY Staffs!
1 parcel been holding and keeping in the same Gdex outlet station with no explanation and follow up to customer.
PLEASE investigate my parcel ASAP and revert.
