Shipment arrived weeks ago, yet receive parcel, called like hundred times finally line had been pick up but been told back logged delivery, cnt commit when to deliver. Fine, proceed with self collect at skudai branch then. Arrange self collect with full of execiment today, but the parcel is with driver today, execuse me! Seriously?
Staff called driver, alr left my house with Sorry card.
Staff : We are open half day tomorrow, do you want to pick up at office or I ask driver to deliver tomorrow?
Me : If by deliver, can I get my parcel by tomorrow?
Staff : I cnt commit
Me :... (WTF! U all think i' m free like hell izzit? Hav to come twice to pick up a parcel! *roar inside my head)

Your courier guy is very rude. Come to my house and honk few times. They supposed ring the house bell and wait till i come out. Few times your guy did this. Honking is not appropriate and disturb the neighbors as well. Please teach them some discipline and manners on how to come to people's house. Such act is rude and like a bully it makes people scared to go out. Please do something. Thank you.

I would like to lodge a complaint that few of my or else were delivered to wrong House and after contacting customer service, no follow up was done. I have lost a total of 3 parcels. 2 that were delivered to the wrong person was returned to me by the receiver himself! I am very disappointed as my house no is 20 and it was delivered to House no 2! Till today, no one from gdex has contacted me to check or anything! I doubt the Credibility of gdex services now 😡 I am going to lodge a formal complaint to taobao and get their customer service to take action!

Subject : Cargo missing from Gedex [protected] shipment from China to Malaysia.
On 19 Dec, I personally went to Gedex Puchong to collect above mentioned shipment. However, I notice that the light brown plastic bag was slightly broken (10cm). Due to staff busy, she didn't not entertain me much and I also never make a complaint from there since they were busy.
I notice that one of cargo not in this shipment when I opened cargo in few hour later. Cargo missing as below :

delayed parcel for already one week!
This is my first time using gdex and I will never ever gonna use it again! What happen to the delivery system? Does it normal for a courier to deliver domestic parcel for more than 5 days? I check the website to track my parcel everyday, but it still remain at johor bahru! Thats mean during these 5 days they still havent handle the parcel from johor to kl! Even the international shipping is way better than this! Your company should really update your lousy delivery services. Gdex should also teach their hotline staff to answer the question from customer properly and not answering those excuses about how many parcel you have! We malaysian all know gdex is not the most famous courier that have the most parcel! When other courier could manage it properly, why cant you?!
pick up service
Good morning Gdex.
I would like to raise my concern regarding your pickup service. This is not the first time that we disappointed with Gdex service. We did informed the staff that we called before, they said they will noted and take action but seems like nothing change. No improvement on your side. When we called up to ask for pickup service, the delivery guy didn't come and only come the next day, only after we make a call again on the next day. Certain documents is urgent to be posted because we are handling customers documents and tight up with the dateline & also our company SOP. We really hope Gdex look into this matter seriously.
Since GDex introduce the operator system who will pickup our call, no longer your staff who will pickup & entertain our call... only the operator straight away give us the tracking number, seems like this system makes all the process getting worst. Most of the time we cannot go through the line, we even cannot called the number. It said, "The number that you called is not in service." We try to call the number whole day, still cannot get through. Its getting harder and harder to reach your number. Some more, for the operator system voice, it would be better if Gdex make some changes & improvement about it. The pronunciation of the word is not clear enough, the operator speak too fast and it is a bit difficult to catch the word.

20/12/2017, I call to gdex number 03-[protected] to ask about status of my parcel. My tracking number is [protected]. I check from system, the parcel is clear kastam at 13/12/2017. So I wish to know that why one week oledi the parcel not collect by ur courier team.
But ur staff is very rude to me during answer my call. I call around 11.15am is a malay guy. I forget to ask his name. If ur have recorder u should know the staff name. He ask me to check myself. He said not his responsibility to check for me.

4 urgent parcels delay/lost & pic is irresponsible

I am not sure where will this email routed to but I hope is routed to a management team who have authoirty to take action on your
operation, customer service, and PIC for my shipment.
Please call meimmediately when you read this email.
I hope you guys know what you are doing and who you are dealing with before you make up this trouble to me, my business and to my customers who need the parcels for their proposal and wedding dinner.
And, this delay issue of the shipment (your HQ who deal with my China shipping company-postnbuy &comone express that they do not know where are the exact location of my parcels, dont you think this is just so funny?) and poor call service (called more than 10times very hard to reach them) really make your company looks unprofessional. PEMA, SAFFUAN, MURNA, this three people you may re consider their professional and capability in handling oversea shipment. Yes, I am not your direct customer, but I am your end customer. One more thing, Murna, I have talked to Comone express, guess you will be in trouble soon as you dare to hatred two companies saying that they allow your team to deliver the parcels as long as within 14 days. Also, please study the business law before you speak to me.
Please highlight this to your higher management and I hope to see GDEX improved and become a good courier company.

but until today already 19/12/17 but still not receive my parcel and from 14/12/17 i call to customer service said i want to pick up myself but reason is parcel not ready yet i keep call until today also not ready yet my parcel.I very disappointed for the gdex service, because your can't make the time please don't promise customer the courier service but can't do and i wanna to pick up myself also cannot so my parcel until today still at your warehouse and i still want to keep call to confirm how i can go to your PJ branch to pick up my parcel.
suspicious delivery man
I had ordered from zalora and quite pleased to see the items were delivered in time. But i can't help but be suspicious with the delivery guy when he asked to come in to the house porch and i was pretty sure he was looking around at my front door. Then he asked whether i am at home all the time! He even stayed pretty long in the van outside my house before he went away. I can't help it but feel unsafe.
delivery period taking longer than other courier services
Parcel picked up by Gdex on 12th Dec 2017, but status updated on 13th Dec 2017 morning 6 am, and in transit at Petaling Jaya on 14th Dec 2017, 2 am until 15th Dec 2017 also not update parcel status.
Normally, Pos LaXX takes two days for parcels posted from West Msia to East Msia, means it will delivered to customer on 2nd day or 3rd day.
I am very disappointed with Gdex movement and delivery time taken.

I bought something from Lazada and received a call from gdex delivery guy [protected]) on 30 November 2017 asking me to go down and collect the parcel myself. When i said he can deliver to the mgmt office coz im staying in a condo, he replied me, i ada banyak tempat nak hantar, you bagi nombor IC, when i refuse to give him the IC number, he asked me, sekarang you nak parcel you ke tak, kalau mahu, bagi no IC. He asked me to go down and collect the parcel myself coz he's not going to send up to my unit. Is this the way your courier guy should talk to the customer? When i told him to hold a min, he just went off and I tried to call him back a few times at his mobile number, he doesnt pick up my call at all. When i check online again, the status of the parcel was undelivered due to access not allowed. This is not the way the should act.
2nd time was yesterday, I have a parcel from Lazada again. This time I missed the call from the caller [protected]) and same thing, I called back few times, no one answer and my parcel again was not delivered. The same status undelivered due to access not allowed. Do your guy really ask the guard? I have inform the mgmt office of my parcel and they already taken note of it. I never encounter a condo that dont allow courier service to send things over to the residence.
Please do something to both courier service guy. Their attitude is not right and this is service industry, therefore we expect to have better treatment from GDex.
Why Gdex courier guy need our full IC no when he deliver parcel?

Ive been waited for my parcel almost 5days. Everyday ill check my tracking number on website but still no progress. After that, i noticed that my parcel was out for delivery about 3days include this day. I come over Gdex branch at Nusa Bistari and that staff told me today ill get my parcel about 6pm. Till now my parcell still in the lorry (driver carried my parcel where ever he go) *my house-gdex branch just about 10min.

I ordered some clothes from Lazada Malaysia and they sent my ordered items to me thru Gdex. They promise to send me my parcel on Monday. But I didnt receive anything from them and not even a call. This is the 3rd time that they send parcel in such an unprofessional way. I called Gdex butterworth on Tuesday morning and i still didnt receive anything from Gdex. pick up service is not on time, not once but a few time happen.
call customer service for feedback regarding pick up matters, the call for any feedback for pick up request, phone is not answered.

I m going to complain gdex bayan baru branch. Is it INSUFFICIENT worker?! Calling so many times and nobody pick up. This is not the 1st time. And not only me facing this prpblem.

Status update stated "Undelivered due to Refuse to Accept - Consignee Not In, " but I haven't see any delivery personnel. I'm waiting since morning. No one is calling me to pick up my parcel.
