GDex / GD Express Service of delivery

Today 04/03/2020 I heard my phone ring when I'm in washroom, just after I come out from washroom I call back the number which suspect it is from GDex delivery. When try to call back, no one answer the phone call even tried a few times.
Then my parcel tracking status becomes "Undelivered due to access not allowed".
I think you may on hold a delivery if no one answer with few calls attempt. Pick up call if customer call back to explain the status and possible delivery date and time.
In some circumstances which a person unable to pick up call at that instance then that delivery become "Undelivered due to access not allowed", this kind of service method probably will face failure of delivery in high percentage.
Recommend to improve this service method

GDex / GD Express Poor and very rude service

Hi Customer care,

Good evening.
Yesterday one of your guy cane to my restaurant for delivery. He requested to give my full IC number to filled up in the receiver form.I have mentioned as per PDPA and due to confidential I'm unable to provide my IC number, hence I will only able to provide my contact number or my company stamp / my business card for verification.Right after immediate he just told me to collect the item from his office instead...and he was very very rude in front of my customer. When I asked for his name, he just ignored me n left from there.

May I know what is your protocol or rules for delivery?

We are paying for your service, it is not free delivery... then why is he behave as such?

I'm really very very disappointed with your service...kindly provide me a valid reason for your poor service and action to be taken as well.

GDex / GD Express Delayed to collect the items and came after office hours

So this is complain regarding the gdex arrived to collect the items after office hours. On 10th of February my company had to courier few items to different state urgently . As an admin of my company I created pick up in gdex in the morning, clearly stating that the parcel will be ready by 3.00 and the office will be closing at 5.00pm. However, till 5pm there no one appeared and i had to call to confirm when they will be coming. My manager and i waited till 5.30pm which was after office hours. This is not the first time that they delaying to come and collect the goods. Furthermore, the goods that have been collected and delivered appeared to be damaged . There is also an issue that the the parcel partially opened.This kinda behaviours is not good for a company. Unfortunately, I couldnt find the specific email to lodge a complaint regarding gdex service. I would be obliged if whoever it may concern could deal with this issue at the earliest.

GDex / GD Express penghantaran

Gdex bukit pasir tidak menghantar barang kepada customer.. Tetapi meminta customer datang amek barang sendiri di pejabat gdex bukit pasir.. Sangat mengecewakan.. Walaupun customer duduk jauh dari bukit pasir tiada penghantaran terus ke rumah.. Tetapi menggesa customer2 untuk dtg amek barang sendiri.. Kos penghantaran menggunakan perkhidamtan gdex kami bayar.. Tetapi barang kene amek sendiri di gdex..

Tolong telefon jika tidak tahu alamat tu dekat mana..Bukan nya terus update status cakap gagal dihantar sebab tidak tahu location.. No telefon semua lengkap kan tertulis..kenapa Ambil mudah dengan update macam tu Tidak fikir ka orang nak pakai barang tu cepat atau pun tidak? Menyusahkan pekerja yang macam ni ..merosakkan nama sahaja Ambil mudah sahaja dengan kerja yang diberi..Jnt juga terbaik

GDex / GD Express undelivered due to misrouted between station

Hi,
I would like to lodge a report on my parcel # (GAM007652091) which depart in Bukit Mertajam branch and should be send to Penang Branch but was misrouted to Ipoh.

The reason i bought this parcel (mattress) was mainly due seller inform me there is a possibility of the parcel to be delivered to me during weekends, since it is in between mainland and penang island. However after checking on Saturday morning, the parcel have routed to Ipoh.

It bring inconvenience to me, as the purpose of me buying this was to received it during weekend (due parcel is BIG), as I am working during weekdays and will be back home at night.

I have come across previously that GDEX do not send parcel which are BIG and try to delay it as much as possible.

I am disappointed on how GDEX handle this as parcel did mention the POSKOD so big that it is unacceptable for this human error to occur.

Please look into this matter and solve ti ASAP.

GDex / GD Express gam007552219

The e-tracking shows that my parcel GAM007552219 has been out for delivery since 9th January 2020 but the parcel is undelivered due to Hold for Reattempt date. I have been staying home to wait for the delivery for two consecutive days already and have wasted two days. What sort of express delivery service is this? Because you sent me message alerting me that a delivery is forthcoming I therefore stayed home to ensure that you would not be wasting a trip. I ended up wasting two days.

GDex / GD Express courier service - undelivered due to hold for reattempt date. (for 4 days)

The e-tracking shown that my parcel is out for delivery since 6th January 2020. However, it shows that the parcel is undelivered due to Hold for Reattempt date.
I have called the 2 customer service numbers, where none of them can tell me when can my parcel be delivered to me. Also, the customer service did not call back as promised for feedback on the parcel delivery date and time.
We have requested for self-collection through calls, similarly, they promised to call back once date for self collection is ready. (Did not call back)
We have been told that the parcel is undelivered due to no one to collect, I would like to clarify that we neither receive any calls nor do the guard informing that there are parcels delivery.
I have been receiving messages informing me that the GD Express rider will be delivering my shipment since 6th January 2020.

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. I have sent an email to helpdesk@gdexpress.com and squ@gdexpress.com. Looking forward for your reply.

GDex / GD Express i've not received my parcel when I was promised.

I called up gdex to find out on my parcel and it was unable to be delivered on the 3rd of Jan 2020 and we scheduled Today, Saturday, 4th of Jan 2020 before 2pm. It's 3:06pm and I'm yet to receive my parcel. This is ridiculous. I need my parcel to be delivered today as I will be away from the country and I was told that I need to receive it and not by a third party receiver. Sort your [censored] out GDex!

saya order baju murah ja tapi mau ambil tu barang 40km.. saya cadangkan buat cawangan gdex di tuaran dan tamparuli. sewa la kedai apa pun supaya dekat sikit nak ambil barang2. Rajin memang rajin tapi kalau boleh sebelum membuat penghantaran mesti kena inform sehari sebelum dan deal pukul brapa ambil supaya senang nak buat persediaan untuk hari esok...

Sy buyer brgn lazada. Seller gunakan khidmat gdex. Sy beli brg dengan hrga termasuk penghantaran.. Tp tunggu punya tunggu, tiba2 email masuk bgtau item failed to delivered.. GDex / GD Express misplaced of my parcel.

Greetings,

As usual this complaint is about bad service provided by the counter staff.

Received sorry note on 27 Dec due to no one at home.

28 Dec morning called ampang branch to check on the status of my parcel. The staff counter confirmed the parcel is there.

Rushed myself back from klia to amoang branch just to collect myself.

Reached there half pass 11 since the office closed half on Saturday. Waited for sometime they end up told me they couldn't find my parcel at the warehouse.

I was very angry because when i called earlier the girl said the parcel is there! and now the parcel is misplaced somewhere.

Moreover i am very tired came back from overnight flight rushed myself there.

The unbecoming attitude been ignorant of own responsibility are often happening among the staff in Gdex.

FYI, this is not a 1st time i experience as such. Lodge a complaint once, yet not a single response from respective department.

I do not choose to use Gdex services but the sender company chose it.

I strongly disappointed with overall services provided by Gdex.

GDex / GD Express tidak hantar barang

Saya beli barang lazada patutnye 23/12 delivery tapi sampai kan hari ni tidak sampai. Saya pon tidak tahu punca kenapa gdex tidak delivery barang saya. dah col gdex terengganu tapi dorang minta pick up driver tak nak hantar. Katanya hari khamis 26/12 tidak pick up barang tu akan di hantar kepada seller semula. Kalau saya ada kenderaan saya dah pergi pick up masalah bandar terengganu dengan tempat tinggal saya di setiu jauh. Jadi saya tidak dapat pick up saya harap barang saya akan dapat di hantar semula dalam masa terdekat ini

The Gdex rider replied rudely. Refer to the sms reply from him. Situation: I pick up his 1st call but he might able to hear me since I sit inside auditorium attending a training class session and the lecturer talked loud. GDex / GD Express servis penghantaran

Saya pesan barang di Go Shop. Dihantar menggunakan perkhidmatan GDex. Rider call suruh saya ambil barang di satu tempat. Dalam maklumat, saya sudah letakkan alamat dan rider telah menghubungi saya untuk tunjuk arah. Rider lalu depan lorong rumah, dan kebetulan saya ada di luar rumah, tanpa memberhentikan kenderaan rider meneruskan perjalanan. Bila saya hubungi rider, dia kata tiada yang menunggu dia di depan lorong rumah. Servis ni tak patut macam ini. Saya bekerja. Cuma ada nenek di rumah. Hari ini saya cuti dan terpaksa berdepan dengan situasi macam ini. Tolong la perbaiki kualiti kerja staff. Sebelum ini saya guna perkhidmatan pos tak ada masalah. Jangan la bagi alasan tak munasabah.

Undelivered due to sorry card. Means? My tracking number CNMYG0021090344. But there is no card. Kindly delivery my parcel for me. GDex / GD Express rude and no manners deliveryman!

I am very convinced that GDex company's profession, even if I am not at home, I am very confident that the deliveryman will put the goods in front of my door. How do you know that something so bad will happen! Your delivery Guy is very rude and no manners, he "smacked my parcels"! please take serious action or i will post the video on social media.

GDex / GD Express delivery made at wrong time

Despite called up to customer service on Nov13 requesting not to deliver parcel at the specified time (12pm to 2pm) but I've still received from GD Express notice to inform that the delivery was made at this period while I'm away for lunch...Hence, I'm not sure how difficult that GD is able to address for such a simple request ( prefer delivery time has been stated in GD Exp system on Nov13) ? Looking for your prompt response...Have a great day?
