Gearbubble sent the wrong item. While it arrived before Christmas, it wasn't the item I had ordered as a gift, and I had to pay for overnight shipping to buy another gift from Amazon to replace this. I have reached out by email, chat and phone -- during regular business hours -- and have received no response. I finally had to file a complaint with American Express.

Have had zero contact from gearbubble.com [protected] Nv since I placed and paid for the order, in the amount of 93.60 by Discover Card, on December 8th of 2016. I was told on the confirmation that the order was being submitted to somewhere to be made and that I would be notified when mugs were shipped.
I had the same thing happen to me. Ordered 2 mugs for Christmas and was my account was charged in November, but no update since Nov 30. Emailed customer service, received their standard email and ticket was closed. Just emailed again for a refund. They really suck.

My husband ordered my necklace on November 24, 2016. Order number gb_f0fdaf4b2945b329. When I call the number provided, I get a recording that tells me to email. When I email I get an automated message telling me my request is being reviewed. It is now December 24 and I still have no necklace. There is a tracking number but it is useless. At this point I just want my money back and never to hear the name "gearbubble" again.

Item was ok but a LOT smaller than expected (I could hardly read the writing on the necklace) but that's not the reason why I wouldn't use this company again.
The price of the item(s) on the website aren't marked clearly enough - I had to pay a lot of postage to get this shipped to the UK which then got lost in the postal system when it arrived in the UK (I had a tracking number I could follow luckily).
I contacted customer support via their website about the issue of my missing item and they completely ignored me! Luckily I paid via paypal so put in a claim and surprise surprise they got in touch the very next day. They then expected me to chase this up with the post office to see where my item was - I'm the customer for God's sake. I shouldn't be expected to chase up my own missing item I didn't receive.
A few days later I received a letter from the post office saying that I had to pay import charges for the item. It did NOT mention anything about this on the website.
So basically I had to wait 6 weeks before I received my item and due to the postage cost (and an extra £13 to pay in import charges!) my item actually cost twice as much as advertised.
Never again!
It was 6 weeks before I received this (not that this has ANYTHING to do with you) so get a life!

I ordered just one Daughter Necklace on December 14th. I received an immediate confirmation, followed by an email on December 16th stating the order was "being made." That was the last correspondence from them. As of today, December 23rd, I have not received the necklace. I have emailed them at their [protected]@ email, not once but twice, and have had no response back. So I plan to file a complaint with the BBB. And I will make sure no one that I know ever orders from them!

I had a similar experience. I tried to change my order immediately after I placed it, didn't hear back for a couple of days. They said I couldn't change it, could only cancel, so I tried that. They charged me for it anyway, sent the one that I cancelled and have not responded to any of the four messages that I have sent. And, they sent me a link to review the product .. which I did, and included everything that had happened and I have heard nothing.

I downloaded the picture I wanted on the mug. The picture is so dark it is barely recognizable. I am incredibly disappointed with the quality. I cannot believe the company would send something of such obviously poor quality without contacting me first to let me know how compromised the item would be. The mug was to be a very special Christmas gift for my husband with a picture of our son, a US Marine who is away from home this Christmas. This is terribly disappointing.

I ordered 2 mugs from them on December 4th, 2016. It says on their website it could take up to two weeks to ship, which seems like a lot but I figured its the holiday season so that might very well be the case.
However it is now December 23rd and my status still says "PROCESSING".
I emailed them this past Tuesday and they said that due to the holiday influx it may take longer, but how in the world is an order for two mugs processing for 19 days?!
(the holidays don't always happen in December and there is no way they could have possibly predicted the major influx in orders this month...) [yes sarcasm]
They were quick to respond to my email but nothing has been done. And my refund that I requested has yet to be addressed.
I am extremely dissatisfied. I will never order from them again and I will be sure to let anyone I hear of looking to order from them let them know this website is a complete scam with the worst service.

I received an email to say that it was being processed and then another to say it had been shipped ( I live in Australia) using the FedEx Tracking number, the only information I can get is that it was in Sydney (I live in Melbourne) on 20 December and is in 'transit' with no scheduled delivery date. I ordered my mug on Dec. 3rd they took the money out of my account right away and i got an email on the 5th of Dec. that it was being made and still saying it is processing i have sent emails after emails and no replies! I ordered a necklace for my son on Dec 9, 2016. The company promptly took my money, however I have not received any thing to date. Only a email saying that order is processing. This is a Christmas present, however I guess my son will not be receiving it this Christmas. If a company cannot deliver, the decent thing to do is to let customers know that their product will not be delivered.
gearbubble as a seller
I was recently a seller on Gear Bubble. I created a store on the site in August and didn't make a penny! That is a side note.
I was also a member of the group on Facebook. I posted a legitimate question on how to deal with complaints about products and items being wrong or late in terms of shipping. Well, I thought they were located in Kansas which is where the founder is located, so I responded to an angry person on Facebook who shared a post on my gear bubble page, to contact gear bubble directly at [protected]@Gearbubble.com with any problems and mentioned that the founder was located in Kansas because I thought his company was also. I was then informed by the founder (Donald Wilson), through a comment in the Facebook group, that my page's name was confusing to people and to send them to the customer service email. Well I did so and I also changed the name of my page so people would not be confused. Apparently he saw my comment to the angry customer and the next day (today December 22nd), he again commented but said what I did was "uncool"by giving his location to a customer and claimed he had given me one chance to fix things, then removed me from the Facebook group. I could not respond so I am posting this complaint. By pulling a ##### move like that, I blocked him on Facebook, deleted my Gear Bubble Facebook page and emailed Gearbubble to delete my seller account. I will NEVER have anything to do with that company ever again and I advise any one else to stay away from them. From the looks of other complaints here, I am justified in feeling this way because the founder was butt hurt and responded to me the way he did. I tried to legitimately sell through his platform and ask a real question but was met with bull####. Well #### Donald Wilson and Gear Bubble. Please feel free to share every complaint you find about this worthless company. You're better off buying or selling through a different platform.
I agree Donald Wilson is a scumbag liar and thief. I listened to his spiel on their DFY ecommerce business that you can buy for $1995 it included them building a website ( which turned out my 12 year old could have built), they give the same exact ugly website to everyone that gets the program.. Then they are supposed to fill my new store with a certain number of products monthly they are now 50 products behind, Then they also guarantee that they will send traffic to my website and guarantee I will get a sale within 90 days. Well didn't happen. They have a double your money back if you don't get a sale. Not only did I not get a sale in 90 days I didn't get a sale in 6 months,
I just wrote to them and their "Gatekeeper" Daisy wrote back and told me " I see that we have had your store built up with all the promised products. We also generated one sale for you for the campaign Dog mom custom mug in Aug, 2021. The sale was from our traffic, and the payment went through our processor" WHICH IS A BOLD [censored] LIE ! I got my store in April and August is more than 90 days . I guess not only can she lie she can't count. I tried to login to see this sale that supposedly happened and lo and behold I'm locked out of my $2000 account. I'm so pissed off right now I may have to go to Kansas or Vegas or wherever that [censored] thief lives and do something I can't say here. You'd think as much money as he makes he'd at least live up to his word. But all he really cares about is Donald Wilson. KARMA go get him and get him good. DO NOT WORK OR BUY FROM GEARBUBBLE ! He employs underage kids overseas to make his products. He should be ashamed
