GearBubble necklace for my husband

Purchased necklace to give my husband on Valentine's day. Picture portrayed on Facebook is NOTHING close to what I received. Very poor quality, appears to be made of plastic not metal. I tried contacting then via email inquiring delivery date. No response for 2 weeks. Spent $40.00 for something that could have been bought for $5.00 at discount store.

orderd this cup on 01/29/2016 paid in full have not received item yet looked on line to see if it had shipped found out it had but was sent to the wrong state shipped to CT not MA i am not happy with this as it was a gift please fix this for me thank you order # 5956lf550f8a6336 i hope i will not have to go further with this Robert Taylor i would like a answer to this soon

GearBubble just read this! they are scammers!

I have ordered a pendant necklace from this website GearBubble back in November. It was a Christmas gift and I was expecting to receive it till Christmas. Unfortunately it did not arrive and I was not able to reach anyone from customer service. In the end I gave up.
But last week I received a notification message from GearBubble stating my order was shipped! There was only a notification, but they did not give me a tracking number. I tried to contact them but they ignored me. I want to know what is the meaning of this? I heard nothing from them since November and then three months later they decided to remind me about my order! What a terrible site, don't buy anything from them! I don't actually expect I'll get my pendant. Scam!

GearBubble vampire diaries vervain necklace

I ordered a necklace from gear bubba beginning of jan. Was free with you paying for shipping. I have yet to receive my order. They give you no updates nor a tracking number. Only immediately charging my card. Im highly upset at this scam! After reading all the reviews, i have not yet seen one person say they received this necklace. Its false advertisement and should be reported to police as scammers and fraud. The website should be immediately taken down. 😡

GearBubble poor customer service

After waiting three weeks for my cup, it arrived broken. (You call it "custom made". But it is exactly the one pictured in your advertisement.) I immediately contacted customer service. I was asked if I wanted them to ship another, or issue a refund. So, I ask how long it will take to ship. At this point, I am told that customer service doesn't know if they have any in stock. Only the production crew could answer that question. Since I ordered this three weeks ago in order to have it for Valentine's Day, I couldn't afford to wait another three weeks. A good customer service department would be able to (or offer to) contact the production department to find out if one was in stock.

GearBubble never received necklace

My husband ordered a necklace for me last month. According to gearbubble support they sent it but it was undeliverable, so he emailed them to make sure they had the correct address. They said, they would resend and they did but they didn't send it to us. Apparently, it was delivered today in Connecticut and we live in Georgia. Ridiculous! We're extremely frustrated and requested a full refund.

Just wanted to give you folks a heads up. If any of you have ever listened to country music there is a song out there by the group Rascal Flatts that has the same line that you are using on the above mentioned necklace. That came out in 2008. I would really hate for any copyright infringement litigation to come about. It's nice but, please rethink this product. GearBubble viking mug

I purchased this on December 10th of 2016 almost two months later and still no mug. I sincerely hope I receive it soon, or there may be more complaints against company.

GearBubble daddy's little girl necklace

Hello,
My partner brought our daughters the (daddy's little girl) necklaces for Valentine's Day we paid $90 Australian dollars and the quality of the necklaces are very poor, the daddy's little girl quote is just a sticker my partner wanted to get them ingraved but due to the poor quality of the necklaces his unable to do that, we a quite upset that we paid a small fortune to such bad quality,
We are hoping to either get a refund and set the Necklaces back or get a semi refund.

GearBubble no inauguration mug

I ordered a color changing inauguration mug on 12/24 and after 6 emails back and forth and multiple calls, I still have not received my mug (today is 1/24/17). There is no way to get your money back because no one answers the phone number and who knows who the person is on the other side of the email. I will be complaining to the BBB and will check into the practices of Gearbubble. Don't order anything from this company, they take your money and do not produce the product.

GearBubble pendant

I ordered the product and fortunately paid via PayPal. I received a notice that my product was "being produced" and then a week later another one saying that my "item has shipped". Two weeks later did not receive the item. Sent two separate emails to Gear Bubble that went unanswered. Finally sent a message to them through PayPal, just asking what happened, and then next day my fee was refunded. I tried to inquire further, but was told via PayPal that the incident was closed. I figured it was just a scam, but it sure looked nice on Facebook!

GearBubble a memorial mug with my grandfather's photo whom we lost in august and this was supposed to be a christmas gift.

THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST! I ordered a mug for my father on Dec 2nd with the guarantee of delivery by Christmas. I have sent countless emails to have my money refunded. Instead I get an email with a "preshipment" tracking number. My mug still has no delivery date. I called the customer service number only to get a recording to email. I sent an email because I want my money back! Nothing. Worst customer service. I will never order another thing nor will I ever recommend this company. I will be filing a complaint.

GearBubble love mugs

I am right handed all the info is put on the wrong side of the mug, so when holding the mug you cant see anything, not what was suppose to like. I ordered another one also and it's the same..maybe you need better employees that can do the job right...can't even give it as a gift it's such poor quality..what a ripe off very disappointed, never ordering again.
Will be letting all our friends no about this site.
Hope you enjoyed our hard earned money.

GearBubble order #gb_3fd87e31640ad803 - best gift for your wife necklace

Ordered on December 5th. Got an email saying it was shipped on December 15th with a USPS tracking number. I still have not seen it YET!
I have also been in touch with the postal service and was told it was never shipped. Based on the other comments I have seen on the complaint site, it looks as if Gearbubble.com has "CONNED" a lot of people out of their orders!

GearBubble scam... ripped off on round pendant necklace - gold plated - sku #61

Purchased a custom made necklace from this company as a christmas present for my wife for $29.99 plus postage. Changed colour within a couple of days it states "Note: the core metal of the necklace is zinc alloy that is then wrapped in a gold plating. Since the core of the pendant is zinc alloy it doesn't have a karat rating. The gold plating is 0.2 millimeters thick to ensure a beautiful, lustrous, shine"

I never received a reply to the following email sent to gearbubble's customer service department:

On december 14, 2016 at 16:22 pst, I emailed them the following.

"before I give feedback, I would like gearbubble to answer the following question: did your company keep all the money spent on this item, or did standing rock protesters benefit from my purchase? I hope to hear from you soon. Thank you. "

I still need to know whether the standing rock protesters benefited from my purchase; if not, then gearbubble took all of the proceeds and I would never purchase from them again, because my purchase was made to assist their cause. Thank you.

Purchased a custom made necklace from this company as a christmas present for my wife for $29.99 plus postage. After only 11 days the gold coloured metal on the pendant and chain has oxidised to a dark coloured version of the gold coloured metal of a few days ago. Also the wording on the pendant has faded and is no longer readable. My wife does not use any body cream or oils that could have affected the product. This is just very poor quality and clearly doesn't even last a fortnight once expose to air.

GearBubble necklace to my wife

Ordered on 12/16/2016 was suppose to get before Christmas. I ended up with 2 because you said something went wrong with the 1st one. Now I've received Both of them 1/3/2017. Both haven't been opened and I'm taking them back unopened to the USPS and returning for my instructions to send both packages back, like was said under any circumstances. I've been Refunded by one bank and now they will collect from Gear Bubble . I never received tracking order or anything for that mater . My name is Rick Enix -Phone # [protected]. Time here is 10:30 am . The # is my mobile. I always carry it with me. Would be greatly appreciated to receive a call today This is my request for refund instructions as of 1/4/2017 I hope you can tell I'm being polite as possible. GearBubble lack of communication for full refund.. scam

Looking at other complaints while filing this one out, it seems to be a pattern of not returning customer emails, complaints, bad merchandise, etc. We ordered 3 weeks before Christmas, received it after Christmas. Then on top of that the necklace looks like something out of a Cracker Jack Box, and that's an insult to Cracker Jacks. I have sent an email 3 times and they now say, we will forward your complaint to our complaint department. I've already complained, now I want to know where to send it for a full refund. I believe this company to be a scam to make their money for Christmas and deal with us customers later. Will never use or recommend this company ever again.

There was no invoice with this item as well, very unprofessional!

Wow...you are right...that is an INSULT to Cracker Jacks...I ordered 2 different necklaces...they look great online...Very displeased...I've never been this dissatisfied with anything I've ever bought online. THEY NEED TO GIVE YOU A MAGNIFYING GLASS with your purchase...You can not read anything on these pendants without one! VERY DISAPPOINTED
