GearBubble mother's day mug

Last Thursday I ordered a mug for my mom for mothers day. I did not receive a confirmation email and when I go on the website and try and search for my order using my email it says that my order is unavailable. I have checked multiple times and it will not let me see my order. I also checked with my bank and it says that they took my money already and I want to be able to get my order or get my money back.

I ordered a necklace for my granddaughter to be from grandpa, instead I received one saying from grandma. Do I need to sent this one back to get the right one? GearBubble 2 tee shirts with micky mouse picture

Feb 12, 2019 Client #9598 Barbara Shaw - Ordered 2 tees, $65.88
Tee shirts were of very poor quality and the expected size was not correct. I can not reach a human and I would like either a full refund or 2 replacement shirts Size 3X or 4X.
I will settle for the lousy quality of the shirt if a replacement of correct size is sent. .
A reputable company would not avoid phone calls and would want to resolve these issues. Please contact me at #[protected], Ask for Deb
I also intend on putting a review on Facebook as to the poor service and quality of your products.

I only ordered ONE (1) Pendant Necklace and you shipped two (20 and charged me for 2. GearBubble not what I ordered

I ordered a gold necklace for my wife and received a silver one I had never seen.You couldn't read it without a magnifing glass. It is not what I ordered so I ordered another one hoping I could get what I wanted.I want to send this one back and get credit for it as l have paid for the one l reordered. l also bought 3 for my girls and they were very nice and arrived as ordered.

GearBubble personalized coffee cup

The cup was smashed to pieces when received at the post office. I ordered it before Christmas to make sure I had it for my partner in time for his birthday.. now I have nothing to give him.
I am very very unhappy.
I have put in a complaint to the support team at gearbubble but am still awaiting a reply to have it replaced or my money to be reimbursed. I want some answers from this company .

GearBubble pendant for wife and daughter

I double ordered pendant for wife and daughter. I sent email earlier they said they would cancel the extra order.
I will send back pendants for a credit for all of them. The pendants are to small can't read the writing

GearBubble president trump seal flag color changing mug

Order #gb_695fa41d3fa00481 1/7/19. Received President Trump color changing mug today. There is something wrong as it is black and muddy looking when filled with hot water. I don't know how to submit a picture but It really is hideous and I would like to return it for a refund. There is nothing in the packaging on how or where to return it. GearBubble tee shirt

I ordered a shirt for a Christmas gift. It never arrived. I've asked for the shirt to be sent or give me a refund. Only thing I have heard from them is "Barbie (GearBubble)

We are so sorry for the delay in response. We are currently getting huge emails and all our support specialist are doing its best to respond you the soonest. If you are checking on the status of your order we kindly like to request that you please go to www.gearbubble.com/track/ and enter either the order ID that you received from us when you ordered or by entering the e-mail that you have purchased from.

If it shows"shipped"on that page you will see a tracking number on there. Most likely this tracking number will go to a USPS package but sometimes we use other services to ship with. The best thing is to copy that tracking number and then paste it into Google. It will detect exactly which service it has been shipped with and you can track your package from there very easily.

If your package is over 12 BUSINESS days from being ordered and still hasn't shipped please email us back with the subject line"over 12 business days" and we will quickly look your order up and do everything we can to rectify the situation.

Thank you for your patience. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but we have a lot of people looking for order updates and we are doing our best to help. If you are within the 12 business day window please us the track order page on our site.

Haven't heard from them since then. I just want my money refunded.

GearBubble daughter pendant necklace

Ordered this on 12-12-18 for a christmas gift. I did not receive it until today. The pendant is impossible to read even with a magnified glass. The chain is really cheap as well. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed. I emailed numerous times to cancel and just today received an answer stating that my order could not be cancelled because it was out for delivery. How convenient for you. Now I would like to return this piece of junk for a full refund. Wonder how long that will take? Another month? This company is a joke and a scam. You misrepresent your product and then expect people to forget so you do not have to ship. Customer service is a joke too. Can't call because you don't accept calls. Can't email because it take days to get a reply. My next call is to the bbb to report your company as fraudulent. After that will be my credit card company to decline the charge.

ordered early mug in early, Dec 2018, last heard in e-mail... "order is in process..." called numerous times,... got a recording... blah blah... "not taking recordings, messages", no one answers, additional choices, none of which results in any communications, asked for delivery or refund through... mail and a confirmation e-mail acknowledging my e-mails, nothing yet... over a month, what is going on?

Ordered something a month ago and still have not received it!! No tracking at all!! No customer service!! Takes days to get a response!! I will never order from gearbubble again!! I am extremely disappointed in how all of this was handled. When I do email the company, I don't get a response for several days and the response I do get it just a link to track my order, which is untrackable.

GearBubble necklace

My husband ordered a necklace dec 15 and when he checks the tracking it still says in process. If u are not going to send the product then please refund us the money. The amount was $34.90 and the person that ordered it was. If the money can not be refunded or the product sent then I will call the better business bureau and let them know what is going on.

GearBubble necklace

I ordered something several weeks before Christmas and all the tracking ever said was order being processed. When I contacted GearBubble after the first of the year, they apologized and said they were behind and when I questioned when I would get it they said they could not tell me. Interesting that they charged me for it the day I placed the order and then 30 days later they said that they could not tell me when it would be shipped. Never do business with this company!

GearBubble necklace

We ordered a necklace on line 12/17/18, order still shows in process and my credit card has been charged for an item that has not even been shipped. It should not take 3 weeks to ship a product. If I do not get a call from customer service today at 850-450-8354, I will call the better business beura and I will call my credit card company and decline the charge.

GearBubble 2 necklaces

The 2 necklaces I purchased, one for my daughter, one for my daughter-in-law, were received and they were less than acceptable. The writing on both of them was so small that it was unreadable without a magnifying glass! Tracking numbers
are:9400111699000746623181 and 9400111699000740756915.The plastic necklaces were rough around the edges as well.Please send a return label for each of these and credit my account or provide a refund.
