GearBubble I ordered a coffee mug, "to my wife" where is it?

I received an E-Mail today asking me to give a review of the coffee mug I ordered. One big problem with that request, I HAVE NOT received that mug. I'm beginning to think I'm involved in a scam situation. I have paid for an item but have not received it. Yet I am being asked to give a review of the item I did not receive.

I ordered the coffee mug on April 12, 2018 from Gearbubble LLC on my computer. I was issued receipt #[protected]. I paid $27.90 with my credit card. As stated earlier, they are asking for review/feedback for something I have not received?

GearBubble ordering site

I ordered two coffee mugs for my wife... However I ended up with Three coffee mugs... need to cancel the one below as I do not want a duplicate... You might set up your site with an app that lets you order multiple items... instead of one at a time... Thanks for listening and Thank you in advance for addressing this problem... Mark

GearBubble jewelry

I ordered a necklace which stated it would ship within 7 days, it took forever to get. The necklace was very light weight, cheap looking and flimsy. I contacted customer service, via email, as you can't reach a human, only to get a sarcastic reply from them. I will never do business with them again and want to warn everyone to stay away from this rip off company.

GearBubble sweater

I have written in many emails regarding my late delivery package, but every time the customer service dodges my question and my product is still not on my doorstep. I ordered my product on the 8th of March and was only shipped on the 27th of March and still nothing till now! Plus the website promise that the delivery days would only take 7-14 business days but ?

GearBubble blue wolf lovers mug 2018 with moon

We received the mug in good condition 02/01/18 and all looked well. It was a Birthday gift for my son later that month. He only used it once and loved it that is until we hand washed it. Parts of the paint rubbed off next to the handle now it has two chips on it and is ruined. We loved the mug if we send it back can we get a replacement? [protected]@aol.com

GearBubble my daughter mug

I ordered this mug to give to my daughter for her birthday which is the middle of March. I was so excited when I received it on the 2nd, it was here in plenty of time. But then I opened it and read it again, because I love what it said so much, my chin hit the floor when I got to the end and it said LOVE DAD! I am her MOM and the one that raised her by myself! GearBubble necklaces

ordered 3 necklaces on 18 Dec 2018. Sent e-mail and called to change the order. Received conformation that it would be changed. Received the wrong order still. Not satisfied with product, high cost and very poor quality and so small you cant read inscription. Sent numerous e-mails and telephone calls to resolve issue but no response. I would like a return shipping label to return all items.

I ordered 3 necklaces on January 31 2018 item ##gb_0ac7a99b1a3d54fb #gb_60a665a7229d88 #gbeca55c2d6dad68a3 these three necklaces were to be delivered in 7 day itis now 11 I have tried to contact them by the phone # they list no one answers and the web site get not return. I fully think this is a scam and people should be wear you will lose your money. The address in Las Vegas is no good either.

GearBubble son & daughter necklaces

I am not satisfied with the quality of these necklaces. The printing is so small you literally have to look at them with a magnifying glass to see what it says. I am looking to get a full refund. I do not know how to return this product to the company in order to accomplish that. My name is Nancy Walters and I reside at 54 Olde Harbour Trl; Rochester NY 14612. GearBubble to my daughter necklace, necklace never arrived

i have been waiting to receive the necklace "to my daughter love dad" which had been ordered in october 2017 and was promissed to be delivered by end november 2017 and now it is january 2018 and have still not received it . The gift was for my daughters 13th birthday in november and i was forced to purchase another gift as this one did not arrive even now so i demand a full refund to my credit card as i feel that your company false advertises and does not fulfill its delivery promises . Also i have been told by dhl that my package which your company has stated would be couriered was in actual fact posted by mail. So i ask very nicely to please refund my money or else i would go all over social media and explain your companys false advertising here in south africa too.

GearBubble order way to long, cancellation not refunded

I sent several emails with being made as an answer. I asked nicely to please cancel and refund my money to the account. Nothing has been done. I do not want the necklace, I want a refund ASAP or I will take this to the next step. BBB.
I expect to see the refund tomorrow as you certainly did not wait to take your payment, which by the way should have not been taken until the product was sent out.

GearBubble coffee mug

I purchased a coffee mug with 2 photos, supplied the photos, saw the preview of what they should look like, received the item, had 2 of the same photos, not the 2 different photo's we had chosen! Please call me at [protected]! You got my money, but never completed the item as we wanted it! Please call me asap, I need this fixed, or I will take legal action!

GearBubble cup with the saying the rainbow bridge with my dogs pic on the front.

I set my order in Dec 6th, I received it on 12/22 . But it was not what I ordered. I got a mug with a poem on it about a wife and husband with their picture on it. I would like the mug I ordered and a paid return label to send the wrong one back. Thank you. GearBubble order #gb_282f15ec34ba57f5 15 oz custom picture mug

There is no way to contact you directly, and since tomorrow is Christmas Eve, I am trying every way possible to reach customer support. I ordered 2 mugs-- the same mugs with the same custom picture on them. It took much longer than anticipated for the order to finally ship and I was concerned they would not get here in time for Christmas. Imagine my delight when I found out they would be delivered today! I opened the box and much to my disappointment, despite the outside of the box stating that they were two mugs inside-- there was only 1 mug. In fact, the box was really not big enough to accommodate two mugs. I have no idea where my other mug is. It does not indicate anywhere that there were two boxes shipped or that I am missing a box. When I check tracking it says delivered and the shipping label does not say 1 of 2. It just says contents are two mugs. These were Christmas gifts and now someone isn't getting one. I have no idea if this was caught by the vendor and I will have another by tomorrow, or if they just took my money and ran :o( I will update this as soon as I know what happened.

GearBubble don't bother

My money was taken in a blink. I waited over two weeks, didn't receive my order, so decided to contact them. As far as I remember it was last Thursday. They said that the t-shirts weren't shipped yet, but promised to ship them on Monday. Today is Wednesday, I called them again to check if everything was done and guess what? My t-shirts are still in their warehouse and looked like they didn't even have my ticket with the issue. So they have never heard of this. They again promised to send it as soon as possible. Ahhhh... Who cares... I actually ordered them as Xmas gifts... :(

GearBubble necklace

I'm very disappointed with gearbubble I was told that the necklace I bought for my wife for christmas was postage free but I have just had to pay £11.61 in customs fees for import duty I shouldn't have to pay this feel and hopefully you will refund the £11.61 back to my account...

GearBubble long sleeve sweatshirt

Yes, I ordered the Christmas cat sweatshirt, received it on Saturday, the 25 th. I ordered an extra large as per size cart and it is SO LARGE I'm not able to wear it, plus after I washed it in cold water, the design started to break up, it actually looks like the work of a child. In September I ordered a t shirt and I love it, but this sweatshirt is totally unacceptable.

GearBubble refund not issued on 2 refused shipments

Ordered the Gilmore Girls mugs. One mug a month for 6 mugs. After 3 decided I did not want to continue. Cancelled. Still took money out of my account. I refused 2 shipments. After numerous contacts, they have cancelled my account but guess what? No refund. Still waiting. Everytime I contact they say they have to contact accounting. Where is my money Gear Bubble? Stay away from this company!
