I decided to buy ring from the website www.gemporia.com. I placed the order and received total rubbish. It was authentic ring and I immediately contacted the seller and told to take it back. I asked for refund, and the seller agreed. I returned the ring, but this ### still hasn’t provided my refund. Maybe someone has any ideas how to return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.
If you purchased this with a credit card, DISPUTE this with your credit card company. A warning, however: IF you dispute this with your credit card, they WILL ban you from the site! They did THIS to me - I had a number of items NOT arrive at all; their process takes soooo long to resolve and I have a limited amount of time to dispute this with my credit card, so I went ahead and filed a dispute. After this, I was banned from the site - they even accused me of "keeping the jewelry"; in other words, calling ME a thief! That's great customer service, isn't it? Don't need them, anyhow! I still order jewlery from other sites, and I guarantee you that STONES DO NOT FALL OUT OF THESE "CHEAP" SETTINGS!

I have been a gemporia customer for years and have today tried to get my £20 price promise refund on a pair of black diamond earrings whom phoned was told they were a different pair of earrings completely which they were not do not believe they're price promises they lie and I also have had rings in the past that have been substandard and the settings very poorly and cheaply made and the stones have fallen out will not waste anymore of my money on this scam of a company
My tanzanite fell out my ring too..the colours of the gems do not look as they do on tv..morrocan amethyst is meant to have a purple colour..my ring and earrings look more like topaz they are barely rose de france..very disappointed .
I ordered wings from company, received 2 different coloured wings, which I sent them in email, they advised me in writing that I could return the wings they would refund me plus the £14.75 postage. Since I returned them 2 months ago I haven’t received refund or contact from them. I have sent several emails which were all ignored. I phoned today to be told that all return items are fully inspected, find that hard to believe as I have previous buyers details as they forgot to remove her returns slip and they believed they were acceptable therefore postage not being refunded. Think this is an absolute disgrace as they agreed in writing after seeing photos to refund & also made no contact to tell me this information. Might just report them for their GDPR breach & they can put the £14.75 to their legal fees.
I also got a bad ring from Gemporia. First of all, I waited a very long time for delivery and the support service did not answer me. I found an analog of my ring on https://www.bikerringshop.com/products/lion-of-judah-ring and that was my best decision. I received it 3 days after purchase.
I am still waiting for my returns payment. They have paid some but I don’t know why they have not paid the rest. All the items are in one box. I have contacted Royal Mail.
