After spending thousands over a decade they keep going back to when I was in bankruptcy and had financial trouble. I finally talked to a top manager and fixed all past issues and they reopened my acct without any issues. After over a year of no issues on my end and just buying $500 worth of loose gems I get a call that they are reversing their decision from 2yrs ago and then disable my acct. I am done with these gestapo attitudes and how they treat paying customers like dirt. I will never buy another item from them again! Im done with this nazi organization.

I ordered the jewelry order [protected] on 21.01.2022, $395.25 total value. The shipment time specified for the order was 5-8 days.

I did not receive the order and Gemporia, I have indications that the order did never leave UK, and Gemporia refuses to make investigations with the shipping company.

I made this order based on the delivery time specified. I requested a refund of the order. given the fact that it did not arrive in the terms specified on the order and there is no investigation nor indication of time of arrival. Gemporia refuses to process the refund.

I have returned many items from the Gemporia Companies...JewelleryMaker .Gemcollector and Gemporia for the last couple months and have not received them

many items were purchase on their budget pay and well they take the money fully and have not refunded my items.

It is hundreds of dollars of product that was returned and they are thieves...

I will no longer purchase any jewelry, jewelry making, or gemstone product
from them any more.

The company is criminal in not refunding for products returned.

I purchased three items on the 28th of November upon checkout it says delivery in four to six days, eleven days later I am still waiting for the items to be delivered, when I contacted them I was told delivery is four to six days from dispatch, it also is displayed on the TV four to six days, I was also told that they had emailed the warehouse to tell them to dispatch the items, then I was told they would be dispatched in the next few days, they change the goalposts to suit themselves, once they have your money you are no longer important to them

Disgraceful, when you purchase items and checkout payment it clearly states delivery in four to six days, after eleven days items have not arrived, when you contact them you just get excuses and they say delivery is four to six days from dispatch, yet on the t.v it says four to six days also, once they have your money you are no longer important to them

The ring I wanted I placed in my "basket" but when I checked out and was ready to pay the ring was a different price. First price was £154 when I tried to pay it went upto £185. Phoned the company could not get a satisfactory explaination. Was told if I paid the full price they would refund the difference that day? The bells of being conned began to ring. Phoned again later that day after receiving an e-mail, which said I had left something in my basket, again I tried through this e-mail to buy the ring at £154 but it trurned into £185?

I still have the e-mail, but don't know how to photo it and send to you.

Scam. So please, be careful if you buy from the company www.gemporia.com. I ordered necklace from them, but they cancelled my order and no one warned me about it. I sent them emails and messages, but everything was completely useless. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.

I bought two rings from the company www.gemporia.com. I placed order and paid for it within couple of minutes. After that I waited for the confirmation email or the tracking number, but this scammer didn’t provide any info about my order. I sent multiple emails and asked about the status of my order, but no response. I told them to return money, but again they ignored me. Be aware and better avoid these jerks, as well as don’t believe them.

I bought quite a few items with them from United States. Many sent are defective. Used return policy that takes forever to process. I used their "price promise guarantee" to adjust prices. Today I call in to adjust the price on 2 items I bought shown for lower today, and they rudely tell me I have to call within the same hour. I was told by them as late as last week it has to be done within the same day, their hosts advertised within 30 d, all keeps changing. They replied that this has been the rule for the last 15 years (are you kidding me?) I asked to speak to the manager - the guy on the phone was very immature and rude, refused to recognize any facts. After my conversation with him I realized they immediately deactivated my account and I can not view my outstanding orders! Their 'policies' keep changing all the time, but I never realized I would be the victim of such scam! This company operates from UK, does not stand behind any of their words/policies to US customers. Taking big dispute by PayPal. By the way, called back and asked representative why I can't view yesterdays orders, and got reply: because of dispute with PayPal! Very nice. Also, the Feefo system that they claim is independent for reviews is not what they claim it to be. I am unable to leave any review for them on Feefo anymore! I also noticed that some negative reviews for defective items were never displayed on their website. Glad to be out of this company full of scam - proven again, things too good to be true are in fact very bad.
