I ordered pendant from the company www.gemporia.com. I placed the order and paid with my Visa card, but it turned out that the pendant was sold out. I decided to get money back, ‘coz I didn’t want to wait for it. Ok, I waited for money back, but nothing. The seller also kept silence. I several times tried to reach the seller, but each time there were different excuses and explanations provided. The company is ripping customer off. I wonder if there are people, who have the same problems and what have you done in such situation, please post comments.
i have had many orders from Gemporia and i have never had any issues. There are some of the most friendly customer service team who have always been there to help me if i ever need anything from them. i have had an order where a ring was not able to be sent to me because they couldn't locate it but i think that they have so many goodies in the warehouse that sometimes they can get lost. it wasn't the end of the world as they had many more to choose from. they didnt take the money it was held by my bank and i got it back in a couple of days. it wasn't gemporia's fault. i am so pleased with everything i have ever had and i would not buy my jewellery from anywhere else. :)
