An employee of my company used a company credit card to subscribe to Genially several years ago. That employee left our company without canceling the subscription. Genially provides no way to cancel the subscription except from inside the account. I have full access to the former employee's email account so I could log in as them and use the "forgot password" to gain access and cancel but there is two factor authentication on the account. This means that nobody in my company has access to the Genially account and the only way to cancel the subscription is from within the account. Genially has no phone number to call to get help with an account or subscription. When I fill out the customer service request form (as I have now done 4 times), I get no response. This leaves me with one option to cancel the subscription and that is to cancel my credit card so they can no longer charge it. My credit card is linked to probably 50 different accounts that my company uses, so canceling it is a major undertaking that will require a lot of work.
Desired outcome: I want the account closed, my credit card to stop being charged, and the charge for this year refunded.
