An employee named Ellen very rudely cancelled my account. I recommend she be fired. She's a rude, nasty woman. She had no right to cancel my account because I insulted the employees. Ah, I hurt their itty bitty feelings.
I opened a new account under a different email address. I want all my games back that I paid for, or my old email address.
A lot of people say the customer service at Wild Tangent is horrible, and I agree. I emailed Ellen on November 1, 2023, but she never wrote back to me. This is not good customer service.
I want something done.

I have just paid for a rental of a game called whispered secrets morbid obsession I went through all the payments and I had a green arrow on the game. I pressed play and then it came up with error play and it said at the bottom of the game game did not start in a reasonable time I tried again and it came up saying the same I even closed the app and restarted it again but this time the game I had paid for would not let me back in it had gone back to the blue box I never had these many problems before the change of web page it's useless and should be put back to the old one were you knew were everything was and how it all works and never had these problems it looks like I will have to find another game app that don't have all these problems

app not working and no help from support
I have used and purchased a large number of games from Wildtangent in the past years. However, lately they have been "upgrading" constantly and ever time it "upgared" it breaks the app to play the games. I get canned responses and NO help to get this working. I have found some ways around this until this week and now there is no help for fixing this app. The game console executable is never installed so of course the app doesn't work. Also they changed their selling module and the wildcoins I have already purchased are no longer any good to purchase games.

There have been multiple charges to my account and we do not have any of your games or games affiliated with wild tangent games. I have tried to contact them by phone and have been unsuccessful. I got a generic reply to my complaint telling me to submit a new complaint. I still have the same issue I had in the original call and email. You are taking money you are not allowed to take from my bank and I want you to reimburse said money immediately!
I cannot open wild tangent at all I am a member and I purchase monthly coins
I have a contract with a computer service company because I am not adept at navigating all these changes that disrupt my computer/internet service. Their name is "Geek Squad." I had My provider "COX Communications and Geek Squad try to resolve the problem. They could NOT. However, in speaking with GS I suggested they call you. I do not know whether they did or not but the information I was given was that there is a global problem. So tell me when will this GLOBAL problem be resolved? I have a HP desk top with Windows 10 and I purchased this mess around the end of March of this year.

I visited your website on 3/17/19 and had the option of renting or purchasing a game. I decided to purchase a Blasterball 3 game instead of renting because I didn't want to pay a monthly rental fee. I received my credit card statement and noticed that I was billed a purchase price for the game plus you charged me a monthly rental fee. The rental fee is in error since I purchased the game. Please have the rental fee removed since I purchased the game. I can no longer access games that I purchased
I purchased close to twenty games from WildTangent, including four Nancy Drew Games, and I can no longer access them because of the newly renovated WildTangent Website. I bought Hidden Path of Faery. This game does not work, when I try to open it my screen just goes black and I have to sign out.
Also the game does not show on my screen where other games I have bought do.
I am also having difficulty opening other games I have bought. The games tell me to wait for a solution and this can take a long time before the game plays. I am seriously thinking of not paying any thing else to WildTangent. I would like these issues solved as soon as possible. This problem has been going on for some time now. I also have another game The Great Unknown Houdini's Castle Collector Edition which is problematic as the hints button does not really give any hints at all, only telling me that there is nothing more I can do in that room.

witches legacy: awakening darkness
I was playing Awakening Darkness and the game stopped working. The only thing it lets me do is click on the pause and main menu. I used 4 of my coins to play for the game when it started acting up. I tried closing the game hoping that would fix it but it still won't let me do anything. All together I used 8 of my coins and its still doing the same thing. I would like to request a refund for my 8 coins.

I tried to play a game called Burger Bustle (Elly's Organics version) 2 times in the same evening only to have my computer freeze completely both times. Wild Tangent uses virtual coins that they subtract for each game. It is 4 to 5 coins per game. 10 coins were subtracted from my account ( I purchased 50 coins). Not only did the game freeze but I literally had to shut my computer button down by holding the power button both times. The next day I tried to play another game called Jane's Hotel Mania. I downloaded the game clicked the coins button to start and not only did the game never appear it showed a box that say thanks for playing. I never got to play. I tried 3 times to play. That's another 15 coins subtracted from my account. As you can see that is half of what I purchased and I was unable to play these games. I am interested in a refund of my purchase. Their records of my account will prove this. Who purchases 3 of the same game in less than 30 minutes. Each game has a 4 hour game play.
flashing commercials ruin games
Every time I try to play a free game on wild tangent games, I am so distracted and annoyed by the commercials that I quit the game and leave the site. Today the flashing lights in the commercial were bothering my eyes and distracting me from the game. On other days the streaming commercials caused the games to pause every few seconds and created a delay. Very annoying. Not fun.

Cannot access the 322 coins I purchased
I have had the same problem for the past several months - I am unable to access the coins in my account to pay for games or play time. They keep telling me it's my problem, although I've tried to sign in from many different computers literally across the United States - same thing. I can't use the 322 coins I have with them - THREE HUNDRED and TWENTY-TWO - and now they sent a final email to me saying they've done all they can and they closed the ticket so I can't even give them feedback anymore:
