Thank you for your email. I did finally find a support page where I was supposed to sign in. I looked everywhere I could think of and could not find my password. I clicked on the link where I sent my [protected]@gmail.com request for reset. When the page came up I entered my correct email and then entered my new password twice. This was supposed to reset my password so I could access my games from the library but after I hit enter, I received the same message as you did. That there were no games listed under my name. Here is what you are requesting to help locate my purchases:
1. Carolyn D. Ahrns
2. Billing address is either 3068 Bellavista Lane, Las Vegas, NV 89122 or, my new address which is 306 N Linn Lane, Las Vegas, NV 89110; Telephone numbers could be either [protected], [protected]. My recent telephone number is [protected].
3. Email on account would have in the early days [protected]@anv.net, but that was dial-up. My email has been [protected]@gmail.com for many years.
4. It took a bit of looking but I did finally find a few email receipts.
a) The Price is Right, Purchase Date: [protected], Ref #: 6133423, Prod price $19.99, Unlock Code DWLTL-R6AX-KD33, Purchased from "HP Games" Also purchased a Backup Disk - CD for $8.95 But that backup cd never made it to my house.
b) Purchase of Build-a-lot: The Elizabethan Era for Windows, Purchase date June 11, 2010, Order # [protected]-[protected], Tracking # 7223938, Registration code: IFD3-4A0A-ABE2-4EC7-D3F7-6C5D-75CF
c) I have an Order Summary where I purchased 10 games at once. That order number is: 664506, The Order summary is 10 Games: All games say "Purchased Buy Digital Item", 1) Build-a-lot 2 $2.99, 2) Beach Party Craze $6.99, 3) Home Sweet Home - Christmas Edition $9.99 4) Mahjong Medley $9.99 5&6) Build-a-lot 2&3 $6.95 $6.18 7) Big Kahuna Reef, which is one of my favorites, and it was free! There are a couple more I can't think of at the moment I probably won't miss them as much. The 10 games I do have a few invoices for but some are printed on a sheet of paper just says the name and order number etc. I hope we can figure out why, just a week ago, everything was great then a upgrade and now everything is wiped out? I also have purchased Polar Bowler and Polar Golf.
