They have owed me a refund check since December . Every time I contact them, they say it's going out. As of this date, I still haven't received my refund.

I bought a 2018 *** from this place. Got it in July but couldn't take it home right away 'cause I didn't have a valid license. So it just sat there for almost two more weeks. Now, my air ducts don't work right, can't change the air flow. I had to replace my brakes and both headlights already. They gave me a patched-up back wheel that keeps showing low tire pressure. And my windshield wiper fluid sensor is messed up too. I filled it up and checked for leaks, but it still doesn't work. They say since it's not a new car, I gotta pay for all the repairs. I don't think that's fair, you know?

On May 30th, 2022, I went to Gerald Kia *** of North Aurora to buy a car. I gave the sales agent, ***, my driver's license, latest pay stubs, insurance info, and Social Security Number for a credit check. On May 31st, my credit card company, ***, messaged me about a declined charge of $500.00 to Fan Duel due to insufficient funds. I didn't make this charge. I locked my 2 credit cards and contacted ***. They told me to file a ComplaintsBoard.com claim. On June 2nd, *** emailed me about a declined charge of *** with Adorama because my card was locked. I didn't make this purchase either. I think someone at Gerald Kia of North Aurora used my personal info to access my accounts and make these charges.

I took my car to Gerald Kia of North Aurora for an oil change that was scheduled in the morning. I dropped it off at night and planned to pick it up the next afternoon. When I left my car, it hadn't been washed because my bumper was missing from a rear-end collision, and there was a chip in my windshield. I knew that the pressure from the car wash could make the chip worse, and it was visible.

When I picked up my car, I noticed that the dealership had taken it through the car wash, causing the chip to spread across the windshield. Unfortunately, I couldn't turn back because I needed to take my car to its scheduled appointment for the accident repairs. However, I made sure to document the spread of the chip. I called the dealership to address the issue, but they didn't return my call. I had to call again, and when I did, the manager argued with me. He claimed that I couldn't bring the car back since it was already being fixed for the accident damage. He refused to take any action because I didn't call immediately. I informed him that I had taken before and after pictures, and he instructed me to send them. I did as he asked, expecting to hear back from the other manager, but I still haven't received a response.

This situation is completely unacceptable. I had to replace my entire windshield because the dealership took my car through the car wash and caused the chip to spread.
