this busines falsified a signature with my name for a warranty that was put in place and the warranty company let me know it was canceled. i never canceled it, my car needed repairs and i find out about this. they gave me the wrong warranty. due to them falsifying information and giving me the wrong warranty i want my $5,000 and whatever consequence for their actions.

I spent ovr $40,000 on a 2017 Audi Q7. The Sales person told me the car had a clean *** of sale and no repairs were needed even though the warning light was on to replace the headlights on the car, which I was guaranteed to be repaired, I still bought the vehicle. I scheduled the vehicle to go to the Audi dealership and they informed me their was over $13,000 of repairs needed to be done on the vehicle. I contacted the car lot and have continued to receive the run around. I have spoken to my salesperson ***, a lady named *** who requested the proof of repairs needed and a gentleman named Mo who claims to be the Manager, who stated he would handle it and I havent heard from him for two weeks. I want the money that spent on repairs that was clearly malfunctioning on the vehicle before purchase.

Transaction Date: 08/27 Put $100.00 deposit on a 2014 Buick Regal. On 08/30, I came back with an AA *** check for $12,120.76. About 20 minutes after leaving Highline on 08/30 with my Buick, the check engine light came on. I called ***, the sales representative, and he told me to go to AutoZone to get the check engine code scanned. So, I did that. The next day, *** told me to make an appointment with *** at ***. I was scheduled for a diagnostic on 09/02. The manager, ***, checked the car and said he needed a WeOwe statement to proceed with the repairs. In the end, they also found an issue with the oil pan removal screw, which I reported. As of today, 09/09, no repairs have been done. They didn't give me a warranty, but I expect them to honor the 500 miles, 15-day law. The issues started right after I bought the car.

I want a refund of $5,000 'cause we ain't puttin' no engine in the 2009 *** Outback. We bought it from Highline Auto Sales on May 4, 2022. The mileage on the car said ***, but when my nephew took it for an oil change and tuneup, the mechanic said the engine had *** miles on it. My nephew didn't understand what the mechanic meant 'cause he's young. So we think Highline Auto Sales sold us a lemon 'cause the engine was already replaced, and it wasn't on carfax. After I sent a letter, the owner agreed to give us $2,000 for some repairs. But we still ain't got the car, the title, or the ownership papers. It's been 2 months, and we still owe $4,500 on a signature loan for a car we can't even drive. We've called the dealer many times, but still no title. I also think somethin's fishy 'bout Highline Auto Sales 'cause they asked for my nephew's Social Security Number after we paid with a cashier's check. We want the car title and $4,500 in cash.
