So, I decided to give GiftLab a try for my Valentine's Day present this year. I ordered something on January 10th and it's still not here. I keep getting the same responses from their customer service team saying that COVID-19 is the reason for the delay. But, honestly, I've ordered things from other places just as far away and they've come in as little as 3 weeks.
Plus, the tracking number they gave me doesn't even work. It's frustrating because my money has been taken, and I have no idea where my present is or if it's even on its way. I have reached out to PayPal for help and I am still waiting for a response.
