Globe Life and Accident Insurance Company I filed a claim for my son's Accidental Dismemberment

I filed a claim for my son's Accidental Dismemberment. Hello, I'm trying to find out about my claim for my son's policy. The claim is for accidental dismemberment (My son was in an accident on 12/31 which resulted in the loss of his left hand and blindness in his right eye). Customer service reps initially claimed I didn't have coverage, but I provided a copy of the policy to prove otherwise. I've been assigned an ambassador who is doing a great job, but there's still no resolution as the claim is under investigation. I understand the policy has been active for less than 2 years. I've submitted all required paperwork including doctor's notes, hospital and police reports, and even photographs of my son. I'm inquiring if the policy is under scrutiny because of the nature of the claim, as my son needs ongoing care. Thank you.

I used their website to get a quote on life insurance in December. I ended up going with another company and told the woman on the phone that I was not going further with them. I have been hounded with calls so much that I had to block them from my phone trying to get me to sign up. Today I got a letter in the mail that this company decided to sign me up even though I told them NO! I want this policy canceled. I called and spoke to a representative that she canceled it,but Saud she was u able to give me a confirmation number of letter stating it was canceled. I want reassurance that this has been canceled since I never gave permission in the first place! Policy number is

4/2/2022 Dear Sir/ Madame I applied with Globe Life Insurance Company and they are denying me coverage. Is their practice to deny life insurance because that I take Brktarvy also im unable to contact anyone in Reference to policy number 0047A9520 no telephone number is listed on correspondence dated 3/23/2022 nor is a signature. Globe Life and Accident Insurance Company In early 2021, I found through my mother that a policy was active on me through Globe Life and that I was the only one allowed to speak on it

In early 2021, I found through my mother that a policy was active on me through Globe Life and that I was the only one allowed to speak on it. She did know who opened this policy but it was being withdrawn from her acount. I contacted Globe Life and informed them of the fraudulent policy and I asked Globe Life to cancel it and remove me from any contact due to a fraudulent opening. I was told it would be done. A month or so later she got billed again so I emailed and requested cancellation with no response. The next month she was billed again so I called again and asked for it to be cancelled due to fraud and was told that her account was removed and that it was cancelled (4/26) and I wouldn't be contacted. Then I started recieving mailers and emails that it was past due so I called again on 5/27 and was told it had been requested to be cancelled but wasn't, and it was requested again. The policy is 003KXXXXX and as of writing this has still not been cancelled.

I have been with this company for over 35 years. I have my son insured with them. I am now 80 years old and because of my age I want to change the beneficiary. I have called over 6 times, written numerous letters, even to the president, Brian M. My son has called as requested but no one does anything. All I want is the beneficiary (me) changed to ***. They also sent me forms to make the change, which I filled ou twice and returned to them but nothing ever happens. I need confirmation papers that the beneficiary has been changed. I don't know what else to do, as I am getting nothing back from them, so I am reaching out to you for help. Please do what you will, I most certainly would appreciate it. This has been going on since May .

In June 1988 I was issued policy through Globe life in Oklahoma City and have paid monthly premiums since then by automatic payments through my bank. While reviewing my monthly billings today I realized I had not received a *** for some time. I contacted Globe Life this morning and spoke to an extremely abrasive gentleman. I gave him the police number XX-XXXXXXX but he was unable to locate a policy with that number. He requested the telephone number and the address for the original policy. i tried to explain that that information was from some 30 years ago and I have no idea what my phone number nor my address was other than I lived in Kansas City at that time. Globe Life has been accepting my monthly payment of $58.05 for an unknown number of years. At no time has anyone ever questioned the payments or returned them. Apparently the money went into the coffee fund. At a minimum I believe that I am entitled to a refund of money paid in after my coverage apparently ended

I bought three life insurance policies for my children from Globe Life. The first month should of been $1 that was never on my bank statement. When I called the person said for some reason there were multiple policies for each child, and they would correct it and payment would not be until end of May. May 11th they took a payment out automictically when I called they said they would refund it. Never did and one June 1st I called to make a 1 year payment so I would not have monthly problems with them. A few days after they took another payment out. I called again, everyday it is something new on what they want to investigate. It is now near the end of Sept and nothing has been done and NO money has been returned to me.

Waited 2 weeks and got no correspondence by phone, mail or email. [protected]: I sent a letter to Globe Life Company explaining my September 1st correspondence and requested the surrender forms. I included my phone number and email address again. [protected]: Again called [protected] and was transferred to customer service (Gloria). She said they needed Austin's Date of Birth (DOB). Called back with the information and got a different c. s. rep: She said to go online ([protected]@globelifeins.com) to change the address and fill out the information. Called [protected] to [protected] I talked to c. s. rep (Toshi) and explained my situation. She said she talked to her supervisor and that she would get back to me today. As of 2 days later I have not heard from them. I've been getting the run-around. I want the cash value for the policy.

Globe Life is not paying out policy. Took three weeks for family to be notified that there was an issue with the paperwork submitted. My brother died unexpected on January 11.Documents(obit and original death certificate).Office copied original and placed copy in system.

The transactions started in 1990. They stopped in 2009. My grandmother and mother purchased insurance from globe life. My mother paid up a policy for me and herself. The company claimed to have gone out of buisness. I researched and found that out to be a lie. My mother lost her paper policies. She went into the nursing home in 2012. They claimed they closed out the policy? After my mother struggled to pay for years on end. My grandmother passed away and never received her death benefits she paid for. I need some kind of resolve. I reached out to the company and they lied to me. Something needs to get done.

I have requested several times via mail to be permanently removed from the mailing list of this company and all of its affiliates, partners, and subsidiaries. (Globe Life, Farmers, Bristol West Insurance Group, etc. - PO Box XXXXXX, Oklahoma City, OK XXXXX-XXXX) to no avail. The mail is unsolicited. No matter the industry, a business should operate in integrity and respect the wishes of a consumer. If a company won't respect the simple request of removing a person's name and address from their mailing list, why would I want to do business with them? And stating that mailing campaigns are done months in advance is an unacceptable excuse, especially considering the fact that I didn't ask or give permission for my information to be shared, sold, or included on the mailing lists of your company or affiliates.

Globe Life and Accident Insurance Company My mother owns a policy insuring my life

My mother owns a policy insuring my life. For over three years we have been requesting a complete copy of the policy and all addendums, to no avail. My mother purchased policy #XXXXXXXXX many years ago. We have called many times requesting a complete copy of the policy including all riders and addendums. They told her it would be sent in 7 to 10 business days, but it never was. Then she was told I would have to request it because I am the insured and an adult. So, I called and was told it'd be sent in 7 to 10 days, but it was not. I tried again, and was told she had to request it. They have done this run around mulitple times. I have also tried sending written requests, by letters dated 10-12-2016 and again 03-16-2017, all to no avail. This is outrageous. If they can't even produce the documentation, we are afraid of what kind of problems we will have if I die and my mother wants to collect on the policy that she has been paying for faithfully for many, many years. Please help us.

Months ago my brother, the Durable Power of Attorney for finances for my mother, Wanda *** tried to set up a irrevocable funeral for my mother using her Globe Insurance policy, but the company would not honor his DPOA and wouldn't communicate with the funeral home about her policy. Our attorney has twice sent them the actual DPOA for their attorneys to review, but to no avail. We are trying to apply for Medicaid for our mom and we need the cooperation of Globe Insurance to complete this application, otherwise she will be denied Medicaid with no place to go and our final Michigan Medicaid extension ends on August 9. We aren't even sure they have sent this DPOA to their attorneys. The Customer Service individuals seemed to be lax on following up on this and if this isn't cleared up my mother's Medicaid application will be denied. I feel this is unnecessary and irresponsible of Globe Life and I would never sign up for their insurance myself or recommend anyone else do this.

Globe Life and Accident Insurance Company App for $5K increase in cover

App for $5K increase in cover. Rec papers stating that cover. is a "Rider" to policy w/expiry date of 20 yr but was not adver as such, FALSE ADVERTISE On my premium notice for GGrandaughter life policy, I was given the opportunity to increase my coverage by $5,000. All well and good. Recieved the paperwork showing the increase, but, it was in the form of a "Rider" to original policy, and indicated that it was only good for 20 years, ie... had an expiry date after 20 years. In my opinion, this expiry date should have been shown with the opportunity to increase the coverage amount, therefore false advertising by omission of pertinent information about "expiry" fact. I have sent a request by email for refund of $60.57 that I had paid, to Globe Life and Accident Insurance Company, Globe Life Center, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, XXXXX. Globe Insurance Company should be required to make this fact known (expiry date) in all future offers to customers, or cease and desist creating the offer at all.

Customer services agents using clients info in personal capacity. On 3/10 my mother received mail from globe life defaming her character calling her names saying she smelled calling her a *** and a retard. All of which was after she and I called into customer service to resolve an account issue. The lady was rude and disrespectful and my mother set her straight by saying ma'am all you have to do is ask. I'm sorry your having a bad day. That's all it took and that agent said you know what I'm freaking sorry but it looks like your account was accidentally closed. Bam. We've lost our money no one returns our phone calls and now that same agent is using our address and changing her name on the envelopes one pic is attached there are a couple dozen more. I want all of our money returned at once and that customer service agent fired. As well as supervisor ***. Because he was made aware of the situation then he gave us a fax number we faxed the documents to him. Spoke with him shortly after for him to say can't you take a joke and hung up. This is beyond disgraceful. And I intend on taking this as far as I must. Right now with the nation in a panic and everyone at home I have all the time in the world.

Globe Life and Accident Insurance Company 1. I am the Insured of a life insurance policy with Globe Life: 00AXXXXXX 2

1. I am the Insured of a life insurance policy with Globe Life: 00AXXXXXX 2. It has been in effect since 10/6/92. 3. My mom, ***, is the owner of the policy as she took it out on me when I was 1 years old. 4. She originally emailed Globe Customer Service to request the policy be cash surrendered. They sent her the attached email saying I was the owner and I would need to make the request. 5. She also called and was told the same thing. 6. Since that time, I have called three times to request this surrendered. Each time they said they would send me the surrender form to complete and mail back in with proof of my identification. I have not received any email or standard postal mail from them. 7. I have even created my own surrender request and mailed it to them along with proof of my identification. 8. I still have not received any response. 9. I have done the same thing with Gerber Life and they promptly took care of my request. 10. I don't know what else to do to get some help with this. 11. The annual premium is due 4/6/22 which I do not intend to pay. But, I don't want to have more issues getting this policy surrendered if it goes into an unpaid status. Please advise at your earliest convenience. Thank you for your time

On 04/21 spoke to (Female ) Eron regarding payment for policy number 008wXXXXX not registering as it should,she than let me speak to( Rachel) from resolution department i told her what was happening she looked into the system seen what was going on and stated the next pay for this policy *** be August 7,2020 May 6,2020 look at the policy again it stated a pay is coming up soon like may 7,2020 through all of this i have spoken to 6 other sales rep last but not least i spoke with a supervisor name Fredreckia M *** sent her numerous copies of the proof of payment from the bank and yet it still wasn't acceptable she stated i should speak with my bank for which i did i they found the merchant received the payment the bank did their own investigation and told me it was paid and the merchant definitely got the payment and this is when i ask for your help with this matter this transaction is from my husband's bank account for which i pay bills from and it's actually 3 policies that are paid to globe which i normally pay all 3 together and somehow the said policy payment in march 26,2020 was denied,can someone please get to the bottom of this these are my children life insurance policies and i just don't have money to be taken from me as if it never happened.

Globe Life and Accident Insurance Company Monthly payment was increased without letting me know

Monthly payment was increased without letting me know. Reason, info from Milliman IntelliScript, but there is nothing there and they won't tell me. When I took out the policy for my wife, I was quoted $ 11.47 per month. I did auto pay and deducted $15.88 without telling me. When I found out, I was told it has to do with the pharmacy records they received from Milliman Intelli Script and gave their info. After contacting them, I received a copy, at least 4 items where not from my wife, El Paso, San Antonio and Rochester NY, she has never seen a Dr. or a Pharmacy there. There where 4 items left, Benzonate Cap !00 mg from Dr. Anjelica Graves in Tucson, which is also most likely wrong. Here are the correct ones: Prednicarbate Cream from Dr. Melody Jordahl-Iafrato (a cream for skin conditions like rashes) Fluvrin, a Influenca Virus Vaccine from a Stacy Stevenson Proair HFA, a Albuterol Sulfate Inhaler from a Dr. Morgan Lyttle, the most likely problem, but only one Inhaler, no refills and that in Tucson with 100 degreesd plus and a humity between 3 and 12 %. After sending an email to the Globe Underwriting Department, I received a letter, explaining the same reasons and referring me again to Milliman Intelli Script. but still no explanation why. I can't see that one Inhaler (if that's the reason) in the extreme heat would create this increase which will get greater at each age period and and up costing us in 22 years about $ 2736.00

Globe Life and Accident Insurance Company I was left with no choice but to file this complaint, I am still grieving from the lost of my only child

I was left with no choice but to file this complaint, I am still grieving from the lost of my only child. I son died August 27,2020, I reported his death on the August 28, I spoke to Yolanda. The Funeral Home in Philadelphia sent in a copy of the death certificate and it wasn't accepted. I found that out on October 12, when I called to check the progress of the claim. I was told to send the original death certificate, I compiled and sent the one I had. Now I become involved with being told to fax the Medical Examiner report, I did that it, then I get a letter saying they never received Death certificate and they did because I sent it certified. I spoke with Herlinda on 10/30, she disregard the letter they had it, now I needed a Police report, first time hearing this. I have been getting the run around, they say because of not being a natural death. In the meantime I am still grieving and this is bringing more stress and grief to me. I find out on 11/5 that my son did die a natural death and the ME, issues the correct death certificate, the Funeral Home sends Globe the correct Death certificate now they put another nail in my heart by saying I need to get his biological father who was nothing but a dead beat dad who hasn been in my son's life for 45 years. I was sick to my stomach, my husband and I raised my son and this policy is 23 yrs old, and have paid faithfully and on time and in full, for Globe to say that I am not the beneficiary and that his dead beat absent father has to be notified and share in the proceeds of my husband and hard earned money is a slap in the face, if this is not resolved we will sent legal representation.

Globe Life and Accident Insurance Company My debit card pmnt was not processed as requested

My debit card pmnt was not processed as requested .Website says Payment was received.Pol was cnld . Cust ser was bad. Rep discon the call. I made a payment on three policies on April 22 two of which were processed one was not, The policy unprocessed was in the amount of $30,I notice today that 1 account was canceled due to nonpayment. So I contacted the company spoke with an agent (Siska) the customer service was horrible ,she didnt provide any answers and if she did she wasn't knowledgeable She even disconnected the call. I contacted my banking institution(PNC Bank) I spoke w/ Laura, who verified the 1 transaction had never been submitted from Globe Life. Yet the other two payments had processed and cleared. I had no declined transactions they had no history of the particular transaction for this one account I checked the companies website it shows that the payment was made as indicated but the date does not reflect the date I called to make the payment as well as the date of the next payment which It's showing August 1 I'm trying to figure out why all three of my policies were not paid as requested. This company does not provide confirmation of payments per Siska I only noticed today through mail that this particular account had been canceled but I'm not sure why when on 4/22 The agent Supposedly processed my payment request for 3 policies.As a result I have paid two months of service on a policy that was apparently canceled as of June 1 of 2020 and the agent is telling me that I'm paying for services for the month of May and June and I'm not understanding how if the policy was never paid then how am I being billed as of today June 15 through July 15 for two months of service?

Globe Life and Accident Insurance Company I have been trying to resolve policy coverage and premium issues since September for my grandchildren

I have been trying to resolve policy coverage and premium issues since September for my grandchildren. In June , I purchased life insurance for my 4 grandchildren: *** Policy *** Policy ***, Policy *** and ***, Policy *** Each policy was for $10,000. I elected to pay the premiums quarterly and paid $62.40. In September, I received a premium notice along with and advertisement stating that I could increase my coverage amount by $5,000 by checking a box. I did not select the box but I paid the premiums as billed. I noticed that the premium amount had changed from the previous quarter so I contacted Globe Life and asked why was the premium higher than the first quarter amount which was $62.40. This quarter I was billed $104.64. I was told that my coverage amount had been increased. I told them that I did not request an increase in my coverage. I told them I only wanted the amount I signed up for. The representative said they could not change it. I told the representative if he could not change it, I would cancel the policies. I was transferred to a supervisor and I explained what I understood to be the problem. She said she would correct it and I should only be billed for the coverage I requested. When my next quarterly premium was billed in December, I was missing a premium notice for ***. I noted this when I sent in the premium and included the payment due for *** along with the other three. When I received the premium notice for March, I still did not receive a notice for ***, but instead received two for ***. Again, I noted that ***'s premium notice was missing for the 2nd time. This time I included a copy of the Policy coverage for *** along with payment of his premium. I also sent a letter with the payment outlining the error and I requested that someone contact me to let me know that the problem had been resolved. I received no reply to my letter. Instead, I received a notice two weeks later, saying that *** premium was past due. This was incomprehensible. I contacted Globe Life and the first person could not answer my questions, so he transferred me to a resolution specialist. When I explained the problems to him (Dyron), he said that the premiums that I sent in had been misapplied: *** and *** were credited for five months but nothing was credited for *** payment. He said that I needed to pay for Nia's coverage to be current. I told him that I would not send any more money until the problem was fixed. I told the representative that if he could not fix the problem, I would cancel all of the policies. He transferred me to Maurgerite who apologized for all the confusion and vowed to fix the problem. She asked that I be patient and give them one more chance to fix the problem. She said she saw what happened and she was going to send it forward to her manager for resolution. I'm requesting that my money be refunded if there is no satisfactory resolution.
