On Day 8 of our tour (9/9/23) we were in Kilkenny, Ireland. Told to be back at coach for: ten-to-2 departure. Upon returning we could not find the coach. The tour director left 2 of us behind and drove to Waterford. Another tour driver helped to get the cell number of our director. When we got thru to him he screamed at me on the phone and told me I would have to "take public transportation to Waterford". He said he called the corporate office and they were trying to reach us. This was a lie. He had no concern for our well-being at all. We would never purposefully be late. When we got to Waterford the group was outside the Waterford Chrystal shop, he came out and yelled at us in front of everyone. His behavior was extremely UN-professional and un-warranted. I never received a call, missed-call, voice mail, text or email from anyone in the Globus organization. I verified this with my cell carrier that evening. Subsequently to this horrendous incident we were ignored and not spoken to the balance of the trip by the director. We were at the back of the coach and therefore the last to get off. He started giving his talks prior to our being off & able to hear. Previously said he could help us get back to airport but reneged on that. The rest of our trip we felt ostracized by him and some members of the group.
Desired outcome: I am aware that this director has been with Globus many years, perhaps he should retire. We are asking for compensation of $100/usd per day left behind to end of trip, per person: 9/9-9/13 = 5 days @100/day/pp = 1,000 USD
