Home vibe keep stating that they are sending missing item
I orrdered a heated guilet from you via homevibeand paid for the power pack. I receved the guilet, but not the power pack. I have emailed them many times and given my adress twice. Both times thay have said they have despatched the missing item and i should receive it in 3 to 5 days. I still have not received the missing item.
Bear in mind my order was place on the 4th of february 2023.So it has been 3 weeks and i can not use the item without the power pack.

. I placed an order with yourselves on 23/12/22 with prime to be delivered by evri. After a long delay evri contacted me with a delivery date, I stayed in all day and they didn’t turn up.On the app they claimed they attempted a delivery and they would be contacting me with another delivery date. They have not done this and I have since been bounced between the supplier and the courier with no answers given . I ordered a fan heater on the 9th December 2022 and still to date I have t received this.
It’s says that it is with EVRI since the 20th December but not moved.
I have been in touch with GoGroopie around 10 times to look into this and even asked for a replacement to be sent out and I am still waiting. To keep customers waiting this long with no real resolution is a joke

Today I received 12 pairs of socks which were described as Washington sports socks. there is no mention on the labels that these are Thermal socks, as portrayed in your advertisement, which clearly showed a Thermal label.

I’m getting concerned as I haven’t heard back from you for several days. You told me you were looking into my lost parcel but I’ve heard nothing. I’m really worried.
It’s coming up for 2 weeks since this was supposed to have been delivered. You started a dialogue with me and now it’s all gone quiet. That cost me £399. I’m a pensioner who has just lost her husband and this whole incident is very stressful.
I purchased a go pro hero 11 bundle of you and it was due to be delivered on 14th November by UPS. I am a pensioner and I rely solely on my pension as an income. Sadly my husband passed away on the 11th and that was a Christmas present for him from me. I was in and I had visitors coming to pay their condolences to me and there were 2 dogs in the house. It has been raining today. I’m very annoyed that UPS just left the parcel outside and didn’t knock or if they did they didn’t wait for someone to answer the door. In fact the porch door was open. My visitors have checked outside the front door and it’s not there. This is a bad time for me and I am unable to deal with this as I have just lost my husband. Leaving such a valuable parcel outside is not good enough and especially as it was raining.

Purchased a pair of slippers size 10.5 UK size for £14.99 on Gogroopie Paid , Paid Delivery Voucher £4.99 which mentions the company OBERO When slippers delivered on the packet was a label with the size 37, no idea what this represents, butwhen taking out the slippers it was immediately obvious that they were to small. Then the sarga begins I contacted Godroopie by email the same day, two days later a received an email from them putting me in touch with OBERO, Forefront Trading Ltd Canton China. After numerous emails the company has made so many excuses not to accept return of these slippers. Firstly telling that according to them Size 37 equates to 10.5 UK size, then demanding that I send them photo's of the delivery parcel & of the packet the slippers were in,which I did. Five/six emails, including to support at Gogroopie,the latest email I have received has informed me that as more then 14 days have passed since I received them OBERO/Forefront Trading will not accept them back. I have contacted Gogroopie who have been no help, all they do is tell me to contact Obero. I have purchased numerous items from Gogroopie & have had no complaints but if this is the way they treat their customers I personnally will not be using them again. I would also advise any customer of Gogroopie to check on the delivery voucher the name of the company that you are receiving the goods from & research them OUT before going ahead with your purchase. I WARN YOU NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM From OBERO or FOREFRONT TRADIND. I wish I had do so as they have a terrible ONE rating only because you cannot give any lower.

Two to three items ordered but not received, as money taken out of my Bank Account, kept contacting to get my money back or the products for a full refund, but not forthcoming with information.
Keeps sending me standard proforma message, following several messages via email by a lady from Gogroopie, saying that the code/voucher should have worked, but did not, every single time, when the products were ordered. They were quick in getting the money from my account, but the after sales service is not impressive, to say the very least.
All I am asking for is, after all the emails back and forth, I just want a FULL REFUND of £35.96, as the matter has been going on from March 2022:
