Item received different to the one advertised
On 15 November I ordered a fluffy silver cardigan through Go Groopie. Supposedly worth £29.99 reduced to £9.99 plus postage. The item I received on 27 November is completely different. It's a cheap rag sewn together, it's not silver, it's not fluffy, is very thin, its very small it would just about fit a 10 year old child let alone an adult. This is not worth £10 let alone £30. I contacted Go Groopie with my complaint. I asked for a full refund as I was very disappointed with the item I received as it didn't resemble the cardigan they advertised. I feel this was false advertising by Go Groopie. I've not received any contact from Go Groopie not even an email acknowledgement of my complaint. They have removed this item from my order history. I still have the email confirming my order and a screen shot of the cardigan they advertised. It has been over a week since I complained and no contact from them or a refund. This is disgraceful behaviour from a company.
Festive lights laser projection with 12 slides
I placed an order on 13th November 2019 for Festive Outdoor Laser Light Projector with 12 slides which I paid £14.99 and £4.99 delivery.
I didnt receive my item so I contacted Wish Whoosh Offers which is the company that is selling it on go groopie and they say they have no order from me.
My order has now also disapeared off my go groopie account.
I have proof of my payments and an email to confirm my order. I cant use their contact form as it asks in a drop down menu which item I am contacting them about. My item isn't there! So I cant submit a form without it. No phone number to speak to a direct person either. All the phone numbers on google do not put me through to anyone.

I was told I on January the 7th that I would be refunded within 7 days for a faulty laptop I purchased. It is now May the 3rd and I still haven't received it. I am going through Resolver with the issue, but they can't guarantee my refund. I have contacted Gogroupie many times, they say they will look into it but I never hear back from them. On the Resolver website, they just reply with the same message telling me to fill in a form on their website to get a ticket number, the form doesn't let you enter anything in one of the boxes (the arrow just goes up or down when I click on it). This is really upsetting and not good for my anxiety/depression disorder.

I ordered this item through gogroupie on 16th december which was the last day to purchase to guarantee delivery before christmas.
This order did not arrive until january. When it arrived with dpd the box had been broken into and four bottles removed. Dpd had taped the box up but I did not accept the delivery, on the doorstep the drivers entered the reason for refusal and my signature on hand held device, he then took the order away.
I contacted gogroupie immediately via their contact page. Several days later I received a forwarded email from the seller saying to reorder they required photos of the broken box, with a covering note from gogroupie asking me to contact them if I needed any further assistance.
I immediately sent another contact to gogroupie saying I needed assistance, I did not have photos as I had refused the delivery.
All I have received back again was a further forwarded email from seller saying they needed photos to process a replacement and another covering note from gogroupie asking me to contact them if I needed further assistance. This is a joke.
I now have no order, no refund and seemingly no assistance from ggroupie,
The seller or gogroupie need to contact dpd who have all the information on the refusal on their system. They need to either send me another order or a full refund and then claim against dpd for the loss or damage of the first one. I do not have photos, the order was never in my possession.
I need someone to help me force gogroupie to do their job and actively assist in getting me my order or a full refund.

no item 19 days after ordering
I placed an order on the 1st December (voucher code [protected]) for a infrared body massager, I chased up what had happened with the item on the 11th December, to be told to wait until the 14th. I advised at this point I wasn't willing to wait any longer as this was a Christmas gift for my mother and I was going away with my family for Christmas so the last day I could receive the item was the 19th December. This was ignored and on the 14th December the first item was finally marked as lost, but rather than checking with me whether I would prefer a refund or reship the employee 'Lux' took it on them self to reship the item. I then advised I did not want this and I was now ordering something different for my mother for Christmas so I would like a full refund. That email was ignored, I also completed an enquiry form through your website (Ticket #[protected]) and on the 17th December I was advised that the item was now no longer with the merchant so couldn't get a refund. I didn't ask for the second item to be dispatched, I had also made it clear the reasonable reason for that. I do not expect to be treated this way when I have waited for the item to arrive. I have made a payment to you, and I have not had the item I paid for, therefore it is well within my right to request a full refund as Gogroopie as an organisation has failed me, I expect this refund to be actioned as I am out of pocket and there is no way I am going to get this item now as I am not home.
I had also marked my emails as a complaint from the 13th December, however I have yet to have an acknowledgement of that so therefore in the correct lines of complaint handling there is only one day left to acknowledge this. I as the customer have made every attempt to get this resolved, I have also made it quite clear what it is I require.

I purchased a dash cam with rear camera (all singing and dancing) in July 2018.
August 2018 wondered where it was, so emailedyou, assuming it was en-route so not worried.
Email ignored. Left it, waited. Emailed again, waited, repeated same again.
Today 14/8/18 I logged in to my Gogroopie account to give feedback to discover they had DELETED my purchase from my history. Oh my god - what dishonesty... absolutely disgraceful.
Fortunately I have a screenshot of my paid voucher with codes etc and a second screenshot of the missing item from my history list of purchases.
I have also searched the supplier who conveniently disabled their website. How convenient.

I have been dealing with your customer service department since around 5 June as a I received a watch that doesn't work. I sent video footage of the problem on two occasions as requested and have asked for a full refund of £14.98 (£9.99 watch/£4.99 p&p).
I've been waiting since last week for a satisfactory response. The last email I received said they would send me a replacement, which I responded to straight away with a no, I just want my money refunded and have heard nothing since.

The price was £29.99 and so I paid. I also paid £9.99 for postage. I downloaded the voucher and order confirmation was sent via email. I never received a despatched email to say the item had been sent. The money came out of my bank. I bought this for my partner for his birthday. We are on a low income and on benefits. My partner cares for me full time because I am disabled and bed ridden. It took me 4 months to save up for the drone. I read on the go groopie website to allow upto 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. After three weeks I contacted go groopie and informed them the drone had not arrived. I am home everyday and not parcel had arrived. No leaflet was left in the post box to say we had missed the parcel delivery. There were no parcels in my garden, green house or out buildings or even with neighbors. My father works for royal mail and there was no parcels at the sorting office in either of our names. I got a email to say they were very sorry and that they'd contact the merchant to see what had happened. After I got a email from the merchant apologising and that the drone was sent by royal mail and to allow more time for it to arrive and if it had not arrived by the following week to contact them again. I was OK with this and gave the merchant benefit of the doubt and replied to their email and accepted this. So I left a week. And again nothing had arrived. So I emailed go groopie again and again several times and had no response until 2 weeks later. I explained the situation again and was told they would contact the merchant again. The merchant contacted me again and said the item the drone was sent again by royal mail and that it would be here by Thursday of last week. I was at home every day and again no parcel arrived, no missed parcel delivery note was left, no parcels were outside, in my green house or out buildings or with my neighbor, and again my father checked the sorting office and there was nothing there. It is now Monday and still nothing has arrived. I am deeply disappointed. I was not sent any proof of postage on both occasions nor a dispatch email. My mother recommended this website to me and my partner. He saw the drone at Christmas and fell in love with it and was very excited about receiving his new toy. Nearly 2 months on and he's lost hope and no longer wants the item. We asked for a refund on both occasions and was never given the option. This is very bad and the customer service is very poor. I will be leaving feedback. I have all emails sent and received. Also when I log into my account the order is no longer there and appears to have disappeared from my account. Before this when I tried to get infomation from the order it said the order is no longer available or a refund has been issued... please contact customer support team. I checked my bank and we have not received any refund at all. I am at my whits end and want this resolving. Please can you help. I look forward to hearing from you.

I was told the manufacturer would contact me in 7-10 days. I had already waited a month. I then had to chase it up again as i'd heard nothing. Since being told there was a problem with producing the wine, I have contacted gogroopie 3 times asking for a refund! Every time I email again I am told it will take 7 days, 5-7 days, or whatever your company decides at the time. Basically, my money is being kept from me which is illegal. Your company cannot indefinitely keep my money from me, and then every time I ask for my refund I get told I need to wait another week! For the last time of asking, can I please have my money back? computer bought from computers reborn ltd
Hi, I bought a computer from computers reborn linked from one of your vouchers on the 3rd December 2017. It was a gift for Christmas and the recipient couldn't get the unit to work properly. The issue isn't with go groupie as I got the item sent. However, after nearly 2 months of trying to make contact I was asked to return the computer so they could take a look at it. This was returned on the 1st March. I cannot make contact with the company, the phone rings and rings and they won't return my emails to give me an update. I am going legal with the company and wanted to make you aware of it as I believe they don't represent a good customer to be on your books. Extremely disappointed and their feedback doesn't make good reading.

I ordered this product on 21 November 2017 and redeemed voucher immediately given 2-3 weeks delivery - ideal for intended Christmas Present. Having given almost 4 weeks due to Xmas post I have tried phoning on a number of occasions and been left in a queue - on one occasion for 47 minutes before I hung up. I have sent a number of Customer contact mails but none of these has been answered either. I have googled GoGroopie and problems and find long list of people who seem to be receiving, or not as it seems, any responses either by email or phone.

I am writing with regards to a recent purchase made on December 15th, 2017. I would like to return the goods as I have changed my mind. To explain in more detail I've received two watches that I ordered through GoGroopie. Unfortunately, one of them arrived with a cracked screen and both of them arrived with no instruction, no returns form, with just one small paper in Chinese and they are not at what I expected them to be, very bad quality. I tried calling customer services several times and was waiting to be connected for more than 20 minutes, which is unacceptable. I tried following some returns procedure but it's not very clear, so I filled in two forms to cancel the vouchers, but received no email or any sort of confirmation from your company. TO be honest, after my really bad experience with ordering though your company, I will think twice now before ordering again.
To resolve this issue I would like you to I would like to return my items (which at the moment I can't do because they arrived without any returns for or even a return address!) and would like to be reimbursed for the items and the shipping (5 pound fee for each item, although they both arrived in one parcel!). Could you please respond ASAP, because I'm going away on Monday and will not be back until the second week of January, therefore wouldn't be able to send out the items to return, I can only do it tomorrow (16.12.17). I would appreciate your acknowledgment as soon as possible, along with an offer of resolution within 7 days of this correspondence being received.

Got voucher off this site for 2 nights at holly bush to stay in tepees.in hay on Wye.
We lost the money, as the site not fit for anyone to stay. The site was filthy, tepees didn't fasten correctly and everywhere covered in mildew, not being fussy, but very upset, we had to stay in bed and breakfast, it was awful. It's important to vet these places as it was a hazard in every way. We are campers, the facilities toilets etc distance from tepees but not fit really to use. An awful experience, I was in tears as it was so bad, it was like going into a tip, no one else was there ex cept Duke Edinburgh award chap and student s they had own tents, they said they wouldn't stop inside tepeee either awful.. smelly, dirty, unsafe... Disappointed!

Do not order anything from this terrible website, they will take your money and you'll never get your order. Mine was ordered over three months ago, I fell for the good price, and now I do regret I did not check any reviews before I placed my order! GoGroopie is a scam! When my order did not show up I immediately contacted GoGroopie and asked for a refund. The rep I spoke to said they were really sorry and promised I'll get my money back within 2 weeks, but that never happened! It's been 3 months now and I'm still waiting, and it seems like these clowns decided to keep my money. Stay away!
I wish I had checked them out first then I wouldn't of bothered buying the laptop, so I have lost 89 pounds, con's and cheating site,stay well clear
