I rented a car in Portugal Lisbon from 3 of August to 17.. with "LOVELY COMPANY GOLDCAR.
After a week i received all the invoice on my email.
The amount of 58.18 Eur for the tolls charge was tooked twice! I have spoke with them about this issue.. they asking me to proof that! I have sent a credit card statement with double transaction charge.
Few emails i sent to them to give me an update regarding refund progress, didn't get any replay yet.
Still no refund! .
