Google Some one has created a business account with business google

I I recently got a email from google business that a account was set up, I never asked for an account.
I live in the north east of the uk but the address provided was a scottish address, posted as a bricklayer, I am a retailer.
There was fraudulent attempt to with the same address at paypal to purchase a £900.00 camera but was stopped by the retailerand I suspected my paypal account was hacked.
I would like for this account to be investigated and removed, if any future attempts with my email address to be flagged as I will never use google business as my business is not viable.

Google Unauthorized charge

I have 3 unauthorized charges to my business bank account for Google amazpay that I have never authorized. I don't even know what that is or can find any information!
I am a small business and don't even use my debit card often let alone on Google. The first charge was the initial charge to hold the account at just over $1...
Then charged on July 6 $431.52 transaction ending in 7436
And July 12 for the same amount of $431.52 transaction ending in 0739

I am a small business starting out and my bank account is now empty and can't pay my rent or expenses. I want this money back asap.

Google Google *Yalla Tech, *Google Play

On June 21st 2021 and June 26th 2021 I was charged on my unemployment debit card by Google *Yalla Tech 11 charges for .99$, 14 charges of 8.99$ 1 charge of 43.99$, 1 charge of .45$, and 1 charge of 15.00$ which the 15$ charge was displayed as GOOGLE * Google Play which totals $196.19. I have contacted support.google.com probably 75 times explaining these were unauthorized charges I did not make these charges and I would like my money back. In the meantime as I was waiting for the response I contacted my debit card company and explain to them what's going on. They canceled that debit card and sent me a new one as well as open the claim to dispute these transactions however their conclusion was to deny me because they're investigation States on my statement there were other charges from Google that I did make but I did not dispute them because I actually made them and they say that that is why they denied me. Because I did not dispute them. Also Google finally returned an email because there is no human you can talk to when you try to find a real person. And they also denied my refund stating that they're investigation was not able to determine that it was a fraudulent charge so therefore no refund would be returned. I went back through all of my bank statements since September of 2020. All of the Google Play store charges that I made I acknowledge I did make those for my slot machine games but the ones in question that end in the words Yalla Tech I did not make I do not know what this company is and I've never heard of them and they do not show up on my Google pay statement so why am I not receiving a refund Google? I don't understand to me I feel like Google stole money from my unemployment debit card therefore I feel like they took food off of my table and are causing me to be on the verge of eviction from my home. I would like to complain that there is no one I can resolve this issue with there's no one I can speak to there is nobody at Google who can help me why is this? You're a multi-million dollar corporation if not multibillion dollar corporation why can you not resolve these issues of your customers complaining or reporting fraudulent charges on their statements and still deny them and not return any of the money that they did not charge? On your support for him the information I read States if you do this and fill this out and get back all this information to us we will refund your money. However that is never the case so to me that is a lie. How can you lie to your customers who depend on you daily all day long? You really disappoint me Google really disappointing.

Desired outcome: My desired outcome of this complaint is to have Google refund me my $196.19 somehow because these charges were not made by me they were fraudulent

Google google alchemy and higgs

i am rose cook i have been fraudulently charged for alchemy and higgs .the sad part is i don't have a damn clue what that is . but i have been charged 20times from july1st, times July 3rd 2021..the debt card was a new card i never released the number to anyone ..never give permission for google to steal my information and charge it the card had to be cancelled because of google.. it has been reported and there is a fraud investigation actively going on as we speak..it seem to get worse when I contacted google support to dispute the charges of the higgs charges .. they asked for a screenshot of the card .. ant all of a sudden i start getting charged for this ALCHEMY. 11 TIMES ON THE FIRST OF JULY 3 TIMES ON THE 2ND OF JULY AND 5 TIMES ON THE 3RD OF JULY A TOTAL OF 30.65 WORTH.. .. YOU STOLED MY CARD INFOMATION AND MY MONEY I WAN'T A FULL REFUND ASAP THE CARD ISN'T IN USE ANY LONGER IT HAD TO BE CANCELLED BECAUSE OF YOUR THEIFING COMPANY..THE LAST FOUR DIGITS WAS 2693 YOU PROABLY ALREADY KNOW THAT SINCE TOU STOLED THE INFO..I WANT A FULL REFUND I NEVER GAVE YOU MY INFO AND DAMN SURE NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM YOU I DON'T HAVE AN ACOUNT WITH YOU

Google Unauthorised Payments

Identical to the other complaints listed here, GOOGLE*TERA TURK has taken from my card AUD$35.99 twice in two weeks (5 July & 12 July 2021).

Also exactly like the other complaints on this page, I do not recognise the transactions or vendor, the deductions do not relate to any subscription with Google I have, nor does the transaction appear in my order history in Google accounts. The 'developer name' pulls no entries online - this is clearly fraudulent activity.

Response from Google was pitiful and unhelpful. Upon the first instance last week, I logged an unauthorised transaction claim with Google, to which they concluded that they could not conclude anything and to go to my financial institution instead - geez, that's helpful. To add insult to injury, I was on hold with my financial institution today to report the fraudulent transaction, and during the call I had a toast alert come through from the same card with identical details as that I was reporting from a week ago. I immediately cancelled my card for replacement and will now be reporting both transactions as fraudulent by my bank.

Long story short - if you experience a debit from GOOGLE*TERA TURK - cancel your card immediately and report the fraud to your bank/financial institution, as they will continue to charge as long as the payment source works. Google will not assist and simply say they can't verify the transaction and provide no further assistance.

Desired outcome: Refund of unauthorised transactions and halting the scam.

Exactly the same thing happened with me with a transaction Tera Turk Sydney AU Aus (via Google) for $35.99 for 3 Mondays in a row. I cancelled my card and I'm reporting the fraudulent transactions.

Google Keep trying to charge my credit card

This problem came to my attention from my credit card company that a transaction had been declined from Google *Rita Neman for the amount of $421.68 due to not enough credit. I called the credit card company which is Capital One to advise them that I was not trying to purchase anything from Google nor do I have an account with Google so the credit card dept closed that card down which ended in 6715 and said the would send out a new card but the same exact thing happened with the Google transaction being put on the new card that I had not received so I called Capital One back to report the same thing happening as before with old card so they said I would receive yet another new card that was also comprised by Google . I have tried in vain to contact Google with absolutely no luck. I really need help in resolving this problem because attempts are made twice a day and I'm sure it is hurting my credit score which is not great. Please advise me as to what I can do to stop all these attempts

Google fraudulent charges to my business debit card

I had to cancel my business card, have a new one done (5-7 days) and contact all reoccurring, legitimate charges to that card number because of your security, lack of, for phone or internet charges. I better get that money back soon or there is going to be a whole lot of loud complaints. It appears nothing is being done as I read multiple complaints about the same schemes going through Google. There is a reason we do not even use your browsers or apps.

I was going through our finances this morning and noticed this EXACT same thing just happened to our business. Same dates and same charges, called our bank and started the fraudulent card dispute. This has happened to us in the past and has resolved the charges prior. I would check with your bank ASAP and file a fraud claim/dispute as Google may not even respond.

July 2 2021 I checked my direct express debt card mobile app and noticed I had 9 unauthorized transaction that where not mine.i am 58 yrs old whom lives alone .how was my card info stolen.i don't know what this company is about I googled the name to fined it.im contacting you before I report this to my social security fraud department.

I am having money taken out twice from

Tera Turk (via Google) G.Co/ helppay#

I don't know who they are and I don't know who they are

My email is [protected]@hotmail.com but my gmail is set to a diff email address

I noticed someone else is being billed as well in June from same person

They are taking out $35.99 two weeks in a row

I think this is a scam but have seen other people scammed now too

Google Nest learning thermostat

I had a nest learning thermostat which suffered the issue documented here: https://9to5google.com/2021/05/27/nest-thermostat-ac-off/.

I opened a case with support, had a really stupid conversation with support that ended with them recommending I remove the thermostat and putting in another one.

My A/C ended up with a compressor throwing a rod or locking up because it was cycling every couple of minutes. This has costed me a lot of money, not to mention having to replace the thermostat.

I have tried in two tickets to contact someone in support management and have received only emails from support that do not allow escalation to management.

This was/is a great product, but support is horrible. Getting to anyone in management is impossible.

Desired outcome: I would like someone at Google or Nest to contact me about this. 1) The product is a really neat product and deserves better. 2) they have costed me $1200 and I would like to be reimbursed for the broken compressor and replacement.

I was charged AU$ 34.99 from my account and the description says Tera Turk (via Google) G.Co/helppay which I have no idea what that is about. I would like to be refunded soon. Google Suspending my paid youtube account

I subscribed to YouTube for $11.99 per month. Suddenly, I could not sign in, and I got a message from Google that my account was terminated due to violations of their policies. I had no idea what I did, and I still don't. I have appealed their decision to no avail, but I am still being charged for YouTube even though I can't access my account! I have written to both YouTube and Google many times with no response. There is no way to contact them by phone! I want my Youtube back! I have heard many similar stories such as mine. I also had a hacker on my computer and phone starting in April. This problem could be the result of that. I called the police but they did not want to do anything.
