I have sent email and currently calling regarding this problem

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Yesterday booked my Ticket, but not got a confirmation (I sent email to customer service then they replied - my flight we have found one failed booking attempt, but this booking was automatically cancelled since the payment was not successful. Although we cannot see any detailed information regarding the payment, I paid by Debit card not Credit card, and I received conformation from Bank, payment deducted from my account.
I have been trying to reach the call center for an hour now but no one is answering the call. I keep getting the message telling me that if I am unable to wait I should email. How many hours should I wait to get connected to an agent?
I filled in the right email but didnt get my booking airline ticket. Please fix my problem.

Very soon I receved a message that the trip was CANCELLED"due tu UNFORSEEN EVEN", an alternative route was offered, but in another day, out of our visa validity.
Customer service said that we would receive a refund in max 3 weeks, but after many calls to customer service, I was told that the refund was not processed "due to UNFORSEEN event".
So I will forward the issue to the Customer Authority in my country, do you have any other suggestions about the possibility to solve the issue?
