I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the customer service I received from your team. Despite multiple attempts to resolve an issue, I was met with unhelpful and misleading information.
We were trying to change our flights and were given incorrect information about the availability of economic class seats. However, when we checked online, we found that there were economy class options available. Despite this, we were still want to charged an additional $900 for the flight on bussines class, which was originally priced at $150 in economic class
It was a long and difficult day dealing with your team, but we were unable to get any meaningful response or speak with a supervisor. The lack of help and misinformation we received was unacceptable and I hope that you will take immediate action to address this issue.

I recently had a disastrous experience with your company's customer service. We tried to change our flights, but it took an eternity for them to verify our tickets. And when they finally got around to it, they told us that we couldn't change our flights at all. To add insult to injury, the customer service was atrocious. We were given the runaround and refused even basic assistance, such as speaking with a supervisor.
The lack of help and transparency was appalling. We were left feeling frustrated and helpless. Needless to say, I will not be recommending your company to anyone.
