I ordered somethin' from Gracious Style, they charged my card, but I never got it. Their customer service line is fake, I sent 'em five emails and no one ever called me back. I don't know how this company is still around.

i hate Gracious Style. i got the wrong stuff and some of it was broken. they didn't fix it and their customer service is terrible. don't buy from them.

I been waitin' for my order for like 4 months now. Ain't nobody told me it was back ordered or sold out. They just keep takin' orders even though they don't got the stuff. I wish they'd be honest about the wait time and let us know if it's sold out or back ordered. Ain't nobody know how long they gotta wait until they finish the order.

This company is a scam. They have a nice website but when you order, they charge your card and don't tell you when it's coming. They don't have good customer service. If you're lucky to talk to someone, they don't know when it will arrive. They'll say they'll cancel but won't give your money back. Don't buy from them.

Gracious Style (www.graciousstyle.com) is a bad company, if it's even real. I order a vase in Feb which never came. I've called the phone number many times. No one ever answers it, and if you leave a message, no one calls you back. When tracking the order, GraciousStyle sends a No Reply email with the same message, but changes the delivery date (e.g. from Feb, to Mar, to Apr). Don't buy anything from this company.

This site is a scam. I ordered a soap dispenser and toothbrush cup in July , which were supposed to be delivered quickly because they were in stock. However, I only received the dispenser in October. The item was supposed to be made from brass by a famous artist, which is why it took so long. But when it finally arrived, it was made in China and was cheap, rusty metal. All the gold came off, and there was no way to contact them. After a year since I purchased the item in July, I received a message that the warranty had expired. I explained that I only received the item in October, but no one responded. The item was extremely overpriced and poorly made. It's a scam!
I ordered from Gracious Style back in April
I ordered from Gracious Style back in April. I talked to someone before I ordered and they said it wouldn't ship until July, which was cool with me. But then on June 17th, they sent me an email saying my order was shipped and gave me a tracking number for "Forward Air". I tried to get an update on my delivery from Forward Air, but their phone numbers don't work and the tracking number ain't valid. I've emailed Gracious Style a bunch of times and they ain't answering. When I check my order on their website, it says it's complete, but I ain't got no stuff and they ain't saying nothing. I gotta file a fraud charge with my Credit Card now.

Bad experience! Gracious Style was terrible. Communication was bad, and I got the wrong item, which was damaged. It took over 3 months to get a replacement, which was also damaged. They have few staff, and each person tells a different story. They don't sign their names in emails, so you never know who you're talking to. In the end, I couldn't get my exchange, even though the manufacturer was willing to help. Gracious Style was inflexible, unprofessional, and didn't follow up properly. I had to call them constantly for help and updates. I spent over 2k on a designer item, and it was the worst purchase I ever made. I'd rather spend more money elsewhere than buy from them again. Terrible business!

This company might be a scam or just not good at running things. I bought a coffee table on June 7, and after sending 3 emails, they finally told me on July 27, that they don't have it anymore. It took them 7 weeks to tell me that! I know that Covid has made things slow, but other companies like West Elm kept me updated when I ordered a dining table that took 6 months to arrive. Gracious Style doesn't keep you in the loop at all. You can't even talk to a real person on the phone. Emails do get answered, but it takes forever to find out if they have something in stock or not. They gave me a 10% off code as an apology, but you can get that just by signing up for their emails. It's not worth it. Don't shop here unless you're careful.

I had a bad experience with Gracious Style (GS). I ordered a cake dome on 11/7 as a gift. GS sent me an email on 11/9 saying that the cake dome was shipped to the address I gave them. On 11/17, GS sent me an email saying that the shipment was delivered. But when I checked with the recipient on 11/20, he told me that he didn't receive it. I checked the UPS tracking and found out that the package was delivered to a different address, hundreds of miles away from the intended recipient. I called and emailed GS to tell them that the package was missing. They investigated and admitted that the gift was delivered to their warehouse and not to the recipient. They wouldn't have known this if I hadn't told them. I asked them to ship a replacement immediately since I had already paid in full. I suggested that they give me a discount or comp me because of their mistake. I never asked to cancel the order. On 11/21, they sent me an email saying that they were sorry for the inconvenience and that they would be shipping the order to the correct address. They provided a tracking number. I asked for a link to review my experience, but they never sent it. Minutes later, they canceled my order and refunded my money. They said that they were sorry for the inconvenience and that I could re-order from their website. I'm not happy with GS. They never delivered my purchase, didn't follow up on the tracking, misreported the delivery, and then refused to honor the purchase contract when I asked to review. I won't be ordering from them again.

I ordered replacement silverware as a gift. (12/1) Order was cancelled and notification sent to my daughter not available Meanwhile the charge was on my credit card. 12/27 charge and order was put thru again without my permission, Order arrived 1/10 - Only 6 pcs. Should have been buy 1 and get one. (Or total of 12 pcs) Seems that the size changed and new forks larger by 18" Bottom line no return policy because special order. This company should quit false advertising and not use fake supplier. Peerless distributors said items are not real but Look-a-like.

I ordered Sabre flatware from Gracious style for Thanksgiving dinner on Oct. 6. When I tracked the order a few weeks later, it had an estimated arrival date of November 10 - plenty of time. Nov 10 came and went and so I decided to call. MISTAKE. There is a fraudulent number that only goes to a voicemail, no live person will pick up. I called 5 times before getting a return call. Victoria, who seems to be the ONLY person who works at Gracious Style, apologized and told me unfortunately my order was being held at the New YOrk Port authority. This definitely sounded suspicious. When I didn't hear back like she promised I would in a few days, I emailed and called again. This time she told me my order was still in France. I think she forgot the first lie. In any event, I just wanted to know if I would have the order by Thanksgiving, and if not, I would cancel and purchase from somewhere else. She said she definitely thought it would be there. Of course, it wasn't and I never heard from anyone with an update. I then contacted her after Thanksgiving and was upset and frustrated. She called me and screamed at me and threatened to cancel the order. I tried to ask her questions to understand what in fact was going on and she had zero accountability and turned it on me and provided no help whatsover, - worse *** experience I truly ever have. She then screamed at me that she was going to give me a tracking number for the entire shipment of orders coming from France and that was the best she could do. I tracked it and the shipment was delivered to Gracious Style last friday. I just emailed her and she said she has no update whatsoever on when I can expect my order, even though I placed it over 9 weeks ago AND it is sitting in their warehouse per the tracking number she gave me. I tried to reach out to somebody besides "Victoria" via social media and no response. I really don't know what else to do. This company only gets one star because I anticipate the product will be lovely, if I ever get it.

i ordered a silverware set from Gracious Style on September 10, 2022. i didn't get any updates about my order, so i checked the website on September 22 and it said it hadn't shipped yet and was delayed. i decided to cancel the order and bought the set somewhere else. i got an email on September 23 saying my request was completed and my card wasn't charged. i thought my order was canceled. but then on October 10, the set arrived at my house. i emailed them to return it and get a refund, but they said i couldn't because it had already shipped when i canceled it. their email was confusing and made it seem like my order was canceled. i talked to customer service but they won't let me return it. i want a full refund.
