They took my money and never shipped a tent. I ordered the tent online, paid for it online, received a cheerful confirmation letter saying it would ship in 3 to 5 business days, then for some reason (unclear), several days later (and after the money is withdrawn from my account), they needed an copy of my driver's license and my credit card. When I called about this, they could not explain how it was they needed this level of security AFTER they had already taken my money and it had cleared the bank. I found this to be suspicious (you should, too) and asked for a refund. Here we are, a week later and no refund. I have no choice now to contest the charge, cancel my credit card and redo all of my auto-payments. A pain in the butt.
This after trying to call them for hours... no one answers their phone.

Disappointing - the first word I would like to start my complaint with. We were planning a graduation party for my daughter and ordered a tent for this.
But the quality of material leaves much to be desired. It was torn when the wind blew.
I contacted them to ask several questions and to find out what they could offer me instead. I would prefer a refund, it's pointless to ask for a replacement after the event. But they didn't answer. And still there's nothing from them. I wonder if it's a scam or not.
Very happy with the tent I got from them. Unfortunately, my contractor ripped a hole in one of the sides when he was moving it for storage, and his xacto knife got caught in it.
I called their customer service number and they sent me a new sidewall for free, I offered to pay but they said it wasn't necessary! Will definitely buy again!
I had a fantastic experience with them. I bought a 10x30 tent, and received it in 3 days. We put it up, it was great and I was happy with it. We were tired after the party and left it up all night. Over night there was a storm which ended up destroying one of the connectors.
We called them to get a replacement connector, they just sent us a whole new tent, free of charge. And they overnighted it because we had another party the next day.
Would recommend to everyone!
I had the identical experience as you in July 2017. They did absolutely nothing to stand behind their product even though they claim to have a "100% Satisfaction Guarantee." The only choice I had was to file a dispute with my credit card company, which I lost. In their response to my dispute TheGazeboStore outright lied claiming they had done everything to work with me and had even offered me a full refund if I would return the merchandise. The truth is they never even contacted me. But no matter- my credit card company, Capital One, took this fraudulent's merchant's word over mine. Since they can't seem to figure out how to protect their customers from fraudulent merchants, I'm closing my account with Capital One after using their credit card for all my daily purchases for the last 15 years. Yes, TheGazeboStore.com is a total scam. Instead go to a big box store for your party tent. It will be half the cost, ten times better quality, and if you're not happy, they'll take it back no questions asked.
